I have an outstanding issue with stub hub that I need help resolving On January 5th, 2018, I listed College Football Playoff Finals tickets on Stub Hub The ticket seats were in section C Row seats 5,When I listed the tickets, I was provided a chart of the stadium and you selected your section and seatsThere was only section C on the chart not specifying whether it was regular or suite sections so I selected Section C which is lower level with access to club On January 7th, 2018, I was notified that there was a purchaser for the tickets before the tickets were delivered I made sure to call StubHub since this was my first time using StubHub to make sure everything was ok and the purchase was ready for deliveryThe representative confirmed the tickets, the section, and the listing, on the site and the Ticketmaster asked me to send him the link for the tickets for him to deliver to the buyer He confirmed everything was in order and did not need anything from our side Wh

I was using stubhub to purchase tickets for the *** ** *** *** eventWhen buying tickets, I purchased two field tickets for over $*** a pieceWhen the tickets arrived, they stated that they were stadium ticketsI contacted an online agent who told me that they were in fact field tickets, and that all tickets they were selling for the event were general admission field ticketsI knew this was incorrect and had her verifyOnce she checked again, she told us to resell the tickets to receive money to buy field ticketAt this point, we had received four stadium tickets, so we assumed that stubhub sent us tickets for compensationTherefore, we sold all four tickets to have enough money for field ticketsAfter all transactions were made, the original seller in stubhub told us that he sent us the wrong tickets and had to reprint his for his own useObviously, this presented an issue since we sold the tickets like stubhub had told us toAfter calling customer support, they told us

I purchased two tickets to the Vegas knights vs flyers game scheduled for 2/11/The person advertised two upper VIP tickets selling for $We were able to get into the event but was denied access to the VIP area in that sectionOther tickets not listed as VIP were much cheaperWhen I called Stub hub to report the fraudulent posting and asked for 50% of my money back, stub hub recognized the advertisement was listed as a VIP ticketThey also recognized the tickets that printed did not have VIP anywhere on the ticket(I kept the ticket and purchase info) Stub hub offered to pay me 20% of the sale priceI informed them the ticket price was $a piece and even if the tickets are sold at sellers asking price, the VIP that was mentioned was never on the ticket and we were denied entrance into the VIP area of that sectionI was also informed that had it said VIP on the ticket, we would have been allowed to enter the areaTo me, this is advertisement and Stub hub should b

I downloaded their app then check out the process of selling ticketsI entered all my info and at the end before posted I hit the back button on my Android phoneThe app was not user friendly and I had many issues but in the end did not post the ticketA few day later I see in my email the ticket sold within hours when it was not even suppose to be on StubHubCalled and chatted with several agents and they all were very rude and did not want to rectify the problemBasically said they could waive the fee but it is what it is and they are charging me $because the listing was postedAfter pleading with over agents no one would help me and they blatantly refused to let me talk to a supervisorI also requested to see my app session and they just hung up on meBAD BAD COMPANY!
I am a single mother of and cannot afford to just give away $when the StubHub app does not even work properlyI even clicked on the links in the email they sent me and they don't workThis was an error and they still steal your moneyPLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SELLING ON STUBHUB!!! They steal your moneyThere are other sitesPlease check them out before you are charged for their website/app issuesIn the end someone should really do something about this companyI believe if there was an investigation they would uncover a huge scam happening here

I purchased tickets through StubHub back in *** of *** for an event occurring on *** 22, ***I received emails reminding me of the event but I could not download my ticketsThe MORNING of my event I received an email saying that my tickets (which I had paid $*** months ago) weren't availableI had taken a day off of work for this event, purchased a hotel room and was supposed to meet friendsThe customer service representative at StubHub that I spoke with advised me that the seller had a problem with his primary so he wasn’t able to fulfill the orderI had only two solutions to the issue offered to me: Refund the money or Send me tickets for the event in a farther section from the stage than previously selected for the same price I had paidShe mentioned I was covered by their "Fanback Guarantee" which promises to find BETTER seats than originally purchased if this issue occursI was only offered seats farther from the stageThis whole experience

I had posted tickets for sale on StubHub and I wanted to change the price on of themI called StubHub and they told me I had to cancel my listing and then relist the ticketsI cancelled my listing like they advised me to doI attempted to relist them but StubHub would not accept ticketsI called them back again and they said they will resolve the issue and call me when it is resolvedStubHub told me if I do not hear back from them by the same time the next day to call them back for progress reportI called back the next day and this time they told me they do not call costumers back about listings and can not hive a progress reportI asked them how and when will I knowStubHub told me I should not have cancelled my listing and I can not relist themI informed them again that it was them who told me I had to cancel listingThey said that they could not help me

On November 26, 2017, I attended a Los Angeles Rams game at the Los Angeles ColiseumUpon arriving to the game and proceeding to turn in to the parking lot, I was stopped by a parking attendant because both of the cars we were in did not possess a parking permit on the windshield of the car as required for entryBeing that I did not want to disappoint relatives who were visiting from out of the country, I quickly went on Stubhub to purchase parking passes that would allow us to tailgate before the gameThe first attempt was order*** *** $These "parking passes" gave us an address that led us to an unoccupied vacant lot under a freeway bridge, which was approximately miles from the stadiumThe second and third orders (order *** for $& order *** for $one for each car) led us to a parking lot in the coliseumHowever, upon handing the parking attendant my tickets on the Stubhub app, he informed me that he could not let us in becau

I bought *** *** tickets in***After three concert date postponements, the tour has been indefinitely postponedOther companies have issued refunds, and Stubhub has issued them to certain costumiers who have threatened to sueThey have a policy that they only give refunds if an event is cancelled; however, they have made exceptions to this policy in the pastAlso, this policy opens up a precedent of events being indefinitely postponed for years in an attempt to extort money

In October of 2017, I attempted to sell some Michigan Wolverines home football tickets via CraigslistI posted pictures of the tickets along with the listingI was unaware that thieves could steal the barcode from these images and sell the tickets to themselves using the Stubhub platformtickets were stolen from me, Michigan vsCincinnati ticket valued at $and two tickets for Michigan vsMichigan State valued at at $I contacted Stubhub's Trust and Safety division and told them about the theft/fraudThey identified at least one of the individuals who perpetrated this fraud but only removed them from their platformI asked Stubhub to reimburse me for the tickets stolen using their platform totaling $They told me to file a police report which I didAAPD File * ***I have attempted to contact Stubhub via phone and email to settle this matterTheir system for filing a complaint with their Trust & Safety division is not at all user-friendly as mul

Stubhub changed their pricing policy....it now is "less" transparent to the sellerIn the past stubhub would disclose selling price, +stubhub fee to seller, "plus" stubhub fees to buyerSo one can see fully disclosed end user purchase price for ticket one would list/sellNow the "end user" purchase price is no longer visible to the seller..."unless" one go on the stubhub site to see the "public" listingREquire : full disclosure on all stubhub fees to seller and buyersMake it visible and obviousDon't hide it! This is especially important sellerBecause without this...it is not obvious to the seller that there is ~30% markup on what is being listed to re-sell

I recently purchased *** *** from StubHub for a game that was nearly sold outI would like to make it clear that the stadium I attended has awful connectivity and wifi and I made it a point to download my mobile tickets beforehand for this reasonAfter arriving wih my tickets, the machine at the entry gate said that the tickets “have been voided.” I have purchased tickets from Stubhub for over years and have never had an issue with the validity of their ticketsExtremely confused, I went to *** *** and spent minutes showing them the confirmation email I received along with my mobile ticketsThey were just as confused and eventually decided to give me seats closeby that had not been purchasedWhen the internet connection did kick back on inside the stadium, it seemed I had received an email from Stubhub roughly hour before gametime saying my tickets were unavailable and that new ones were to be sent (with no detail as to why)Although new tickets were sent befo

I was a first time user trying to desperately sell tickets onlineA friend suggested stubhub so I posted my tickets onlineApparently my tickets sold at 10pm the night before the eventThat next morning I had to hit the road for a hour road tripDuring that drive I received a phone call from stub, less than hours from the tickets being sold, saying that the ticket had sold and for me to provide the ticket to the buyerSo I pulled over and pulled up my email on my phone and see that my ticket sold on *** about a hour prior to stubhub calling meThe Stubhub agent then tells me "its okay, I will go ahead and cancel the ticket and notify the buyer", never mentioning the feeI find out about the fee beginning of the next week on my bank accountIt's 2018, why isn't Stubhub using a text message service to notify sellers or pay to have more people make phone calls and notify the sellers right awayI'm sorry but I'm not checking my email by the minute, especially not that late at night and early in the morning before a road tripThis is a common complaint about this company and they still haven't changed the way they do thingsI will spread the word, and will let all of my friends, family, and associates know not to use this serviceIf I could give stars I wouldI will NOT ever use Stubhub again

I purchased an "instant" ticket before the cubs game at*** ** ** *** *** *** The order went through and to my credit cardHowever, I did not receive the ticket to my app for over one hour - the 5th inningI had already purchased a ticket another way to get in the game thinking that something was wrongI kept checking the app for the ticket when I got to the game and this is why I noticed the ticket finally appeared - but way lateThey made claims stating the ticket was instantIt was notThere was not link in the email to get to the ticket - just confirmation of the order being placedThe ticket did not load to my app until way after the purchase (5th inning and over an hour) and way after when it was needed to enter *** *** to see most of the gameThey also claim the following guarantee, see below, and when I called their customer service twice to have them make up for it, they did notInstead, they arugued with me that it was there when it was notI thi

I purchased tickets on this site for a concert October 6....when I went to print the tickets not only did I see that I had paid $each for tickets that stated $149.75, but the tickets were in the name of *** ***I did not realize that I was purchasing scalped tickets from a person who UPCHARGED each ticket $I fear that I will get to the venue and*** *** will be sitting in the seats; he will be able to provide ID to prove who he is and I will be humiliated to be escorted out with my year old step mom !!! I am not comfortable with this purchase and they refused to refund my money !! I called customer service twice and they provide NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all !!!!

I paid a total of $each for *** *** tickets for Saturday *** *** *** *** *** announced weeks before the concert he was changing the date to 10/25/17, Wednesday nightNoone in the group could go on that day as we all work or go to schoolAirline tickets and hotel rooms bought and paid forStubhub says no refunds unless concert cancelsWell for most people it is a cancellation because changing from a Friday night to a Wednesday night is usually an unacceptable changeStubhub says we can resell them...I have my tickets listed, and the value has gone down to half of the original priceThey are severely devaluedI NEVER would have bought these tickets for this nightThe "reschedule" is due simply to a "scheduling conflict on the part of *** ***, not for a any reason that would be understandablei.e., weather, tragedy (Route 91, hurricane), or illness

Sold tickets on December 23rd, Selected to have a check mailed to me and updated my mailing addressI then noticed December 26th they were sending it to a paypal account that I don't even have! I then contacted them via live chat to let them know and the guy said he changed it to send a check and made sure my mailing address was correct - which it was since I had updated it when I selected to have a check mailed to meI then contacted them again about a week or so later to check on the status, I was informed my check was mailed January 3rd and it takes daysI patiently waited my days and then contacted them once again where I was told it should arrive any day nowThen two days later I get an email stating they've reissued my check and the mailing address was my old one which isn't even on my account anymore! I then contacted them via live chat yet once again where I was informed they would let the payments team know to change my addressThen today I get an email stating to call them because my checks have been returnedHow was my check returned if the one mailed out January 3rd had my correct address? I call them like the email says to, which I'm then informed my check is processing to ignore the email and everything should be fineI have faith in this company at this pointI think that they gave me the run around on something that was an easy fix and I am so annoyed after this experience that I will never use StubHub again or recommend them to anyoneYou're better selling your tickets literally anywhere else! A month later almost and I still don't have my check and the tickets I sold will be used prior to me actually getting my check and that's if "everything is fine" like I was told on the phone tonightI feel as if I were almost scammed by them because whoever received my tickets will be enjoying a concert while I am still out of a couple hundred dollarsHorrible business, customer service wasn't rude - but they weren't helpful at all, I don't recommend ever using them

Please note that the nature of the complaint includes multiple discrepancies to include fraudulent advertisement, scamming, etcOn 20th February 2018, around 7:p.meastern time I visited www.stubhub*** to purchase tickets to a local concertI proceeded to search the database on this website for Portugalthe Man showtimes near meI found the following: Portugalthe Man, Athens, GA, Tuesday, February 27th, I was content with this date and location and continued with a purchaseAs I entered my credit card information, the date, time, and location aforementioned was reflected as confirmationHowever, after I proceeded to make the purchase, the tickets I received were for February 26thI contacted support for this company after noticing the post-payment discrepancy but they were quick to do nothing for meI verified the tickets before paying represented the dates I preferred (February 27th), yet after being charged $127, I received tickets for February 26th, a date I can

I agreed to sell tickets on StubHubI was legally in possession of the correct type of tickets to comply with their policy at the time of my listingI had trouble uploading my ticket PDF file once the ticket was soldI contacted customer support for adviceI had their customer service try to make the upload for me and something went wrongHe advised me that my files were incorrect and couldn't be uploadedI contacted customer support more times, and was given different information each time about how to correct the problemFinally, I was advised to cancel the sale -- and assured that I would not be charged a cancellation because I had tried in good faith to deliver the ticketsI was then charged more than the price of the tickets that I was selling

Bait & Switch!! I bought tickets for a concert months They were cheaper when they first went on the market but have gone up drastically sinceI just got a call from Stubhub the day before the concert saying there was something wrong with my ticketsThey refused to replaced my tickets and now i'm stuck paying almost $more for the same seatsI've purchased through Stubhub many times but will never give them my business again Terrible service!!

I sold tickets to the *** *** *** *** *** on StubHub on May 5thOn May 8th, my two sons told me they really wanted to go so I notified StubHub I did not want to deliver the ticketsPrices were significantly lower thenFor weeks StubHub delayed taking action despite repeated phone calls from me (they were waiting to see if the Caps would even be in the Stanley CupOnce the Capitals won in the earlier rounds, prices went way up and StubHub finally replaced the tickets to the buyerBecause of the delays, StubHub agreed to charge me "only" 40% of the original sale (or a fee of $1600)I called, again, to complain about this exorbitant amount and the supervisor offered to charge me only half of that ($800)The StubHub supervisor suggested I relist the tickets on StubHub given the high prices and then buy cheaper seats for my sons, in order to be able to make the $back in profit from selling the seatsHOWEVER, the CAPS WON!! There was no game -- and no tickets
