There is no NO later time and date therefore that is not a postponeIt is CANCELEDI want my money back or I'm contacting my law firm next

Be careful with this website , they will rip you off everywhere they canAwful customer service !!!!!
No intention to help you with your problems, only looking out for their benefitI tried to speak with the manager or supervisor but they didn’t want to provide me any information about itIf you want to buy or sell tickets just go with different website because this one will give you a headache for sure The only one who benefits is them!!!!!
Worst experience in my life !!!!
I wish I can give NO star

I shouldn't even give starI have never been more disappointed or let down than I was this morningWaited for weeks for the Justin Timberlake Presale tickets to go on saleReady to go minutes earlyoclock, nothingA few minutes later, section row GG pops upof them! I'll take themI wait and wait and waitand then all of the sudden they are goneI go back and search againNOTHINGYet, I go to Stubhub.*** and wow- those section row GG seats are now being sold for close to $1kWHAT IN THE WORLD IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE? What a rip off! I am not sure how any of you can sleep at night knowing you rip so much people off! This business should be illegal and should be shutdownI work hard for my money and saved up to be able to go to this concert and because of your company, now I can't afford it

Worst experience ever, I removed tickets for sale and they still sold them to someone causing my bank account to be charged 40% of the listing that was removed

On March 7th, I purchased tickets for Journey/Def Leppard for July 14th at Wrigley Field in Chicago on a credit card ending in A couple of days later, I realized I charged them to the wrong cardI called Stub Hub Customer service and explained the situation to themI was told no problem charging the correct credit card ending in *** and crediting back***I then noticed on 3/12, that Stub Hub charged me $1,TWICE for the purchase on *** and never provided an original credit to***I called on 3/12, the same day I received the notice from my credit card company and explained the issueI even saved the chat log and I was told yes they(StubHub) made a mistake and I would be seeing the two credits in 24-hoursI told them how they can take peoples money right away but take their time returning it, especially with issuesSo at this point, I have paid $3,for these tickets that were $1,I believe Stubhub has committed consumer fraud and did not have

Was charged for a sale that was cancelled by the ticket buyer, after sending them my ticketsI was then told by customer service that this was basically too bad, and that there is nothing they can do to guarantee my tickets will be unused

I searched online for how to close/delete my StubHub account at approximately 3:30pm on Wednesday April 11th, On the StubHub website, there is only an FAQ that indicates: "How do I close my account?" "Please Contact Us to deactivate your account." I contacted StubHub via chat, and the customer service rep informed me that she could deactivate my account, which is LIKE deleting the account, and that I wouldn't receive e-mails from StubHub, but I could still access my accountI told her I no longer want to access my account, I want it deleted, and she said she could not delete it because the system wouldn't let herI asked to speak to a supervisor and she informed me that the supervisor could not delete my account either, and that the supervisor would provide me with the same information she didI would simply like my account deletedI do not trust the privacy/security practices of many large websites such as this one (and Ebay, Paypal, etc.) and do not want them to retain my a

I purchased tickets to an event on their website that came with a Fan Protection Guaranteeweeks later they told me the tickets were unavailable and offered me comparable tickets until they found out that the comparable tickets would be about double the priceThey offered a refund and a 30% coupon but I would need a 54.4% coupon to make up the price differenceThe company rep that I chatted with on their platform said "I totally understand your concern and I can assure you we will get this resolved and get you comparable replacement tickets." But this is no the case30% is not comparableNow, after talking on the phone for hours the rep was unwilling to escalate my call she said she make the final decision for the company

I was trying to sell tickets to Hamilton in San Francisco, and I listed the tickets in DecemberThe show was in July, so by the time June came around and the tickets had not sold, I decided to try to sell them myself on ***I ended up selling them within a week, and cancelling the Stubhub availabilityThree months later, I get a charge from Stubhub saying that I owe them $because I listed tickets with them and they were sold and never fulfilledI tried to call in twice, but both times their support phone number only had a message that said they were too busy, and for me to call back at another timeI finally got connected to a chat agent and they informed me that they had no idea where the $number came from, and also that they had no further action they could doI will never try to use them again, what a horrible experience and a useless support line

I have been a Stub Hub customer for years and had purchased tickets to an event for my husband for a Christmas gift however immediately after purchasing the tickets I realized I had selected the incorrect stadiumI called stub hub and they would not cancel my order or refund meThey informed me my only option was to resell the tickets on stub hubThere is no guarantee that the tickets will be sold and we are days away from the event, I will also be losing about $on thisHow Stub Hub actually thinks it’s okay to scam their customers is insaneI will never use them again to purchase tickets

I listed two tickets, which I originally bought from *** for a total of $132, for sale on stubhub for a concert the following dayOn the website interface, I selected the option that stated the seats are in the same rowI was then asked to enter balcony, row and seat information of each ticket and then I uploaded a pdf of the tickets as requestedThe seats are on the same row, but seats apartThey sold within a couple of hours for a total of *** *** Two days later, I received an email stating I will not receive payment, and will incur a $fee because “the buyer didn't receive the exact tickets they ordered”When I contacted customer service through a “chat”, I was told the problem is that stubhub allows only consecutive seats to be soldThis is nowhere in the user interface during the selling processI went through all the steps as requested and answered all questions appropriately on the websiteI was told the policy is in the seller agreementIt

On March I purchased concert tickets from Stub Hub for my son's birthdayI have contacted them multiple times and all I get is the standard canned response that I am sure they are told to useNow, almost four months later, I still do not have the tickets nor do I have a straight answerI am being told that the tickets will be sent to me on September The show is September If anything happens during shipping, I will not have themIf there is any problem with the tickets, I can do nothing about itThey keep telling me that they have a "satisfaction guarantee" but there will be absolutely nothing they can do about it if I get them a day or so before the showAfter spending almost $I should be able to receive my purchase almost immediately and not get their excuse that the tickets have not been issued by the venueVenues issue the tickets almost immediately upon purchase because they would not be selling them if they were not available for shipping

I bought tickets to a festival assuming I could pick the tickets up at the venueTurns out, the Last Minute Services center (where they have the tickets waiting for you) is not at the venue in this case meaning I'd be wasting valuable festival time and money taking a cab to grab themI figured I'd just cancel the order and pick tickets up on Craigslist for the market rateIt doesn't make sense to pay $over market rate on tickets for a convenience that isn't offering much convenienceUpon calling customer service, they inform me that cancelling the order is not possible since they're just a marketplace connecting buyers and sellersI decided to re-sell them and take a lossSo I go to list them and find out it takes up to hours for the listing to be liveThe festival starts in less than hoursWowLookout, *** and ***, you have a new competitor in the race to provide the worst customer experiences

Original tickets purchased were not received amount $I received a credit on from StubhubI went to purchase new tickets for the event and it took the money from my paypal account of $I have called two different timesone on ** *** ** *** ** *** ** ** *** They sent me an email telling me I would receive my money back to my paypal account for $I just wanted to use the coupon to pay for the ticketsI tried to resolve this via telephone calls but was not resolvedI still want to attend the eventI will not purchase again from paypal after I use my $It is an AWEFUL experience

I chatted with their customer service, but they declined to help me and just repeated my information back to my like a robotAnd I think the person might have insulted me by calling me a "fgudrk ." Whatever that is, but I think it's a sort of expression to blow offAnyways, tickets are usually available to print hours after purchase and in this case they are notSo, it seems they have changed the rules and I asked for a refund and they declinedI ordered under: ***

For Christmas I wanted to purchase Wicked play tickets for my daughter, NYC locationI went to Stubhub, selected the date of January 27th 2018, selected the seat went to pay and the date changed to 12/5/a site error, clicked pay believing that the 27th was selectedNow I called and told them it was a web site error and they refused to reimburse or trade to the date I was supposed to have...now at Christmas time I am out $ dollars

I and my friend missed a soccer game because Stubhub showed the wrong event time in the confirmation emailOutside the statium we met other people in the same situation, who also purchased the tickets from StubhubStubhub refused to refund it, stating change of the event time isn't their responsibilityHowever, I checked online and found the official game time was never changedI contacted them twice -- the first time the agent said it will be escalated to the right team, but no response after daysThe 2nd time I contacted them, the agent ended the conversation after stating they will attend to this asap

I purchased four tickets to see my daughter perform at half-time of the *** *** v *** *** *** on ***I spent $*** for four seats together in section *** *** *The purchase was made on*** and paid through paypalStubHub delivered four tickets, but they were K9, K11, Kand JFundamentally they never even delivered the original four tickets as orderedWhen I arrived at the arena, the tickets were invalid and I was denied accessI called StubHub and they said that the only choice I had was to purchase alternate tickets and they would refund the differenceSeeing as how I was on the phone, standing outside the area with two small children (one of whom was scared about her upcoming performance) I had no choice but to do what StubHub saidThe StubHub rep (Joe) refused to tell me what the refund would be, but he confirmed that they were similar tickets to what I had orderedI told him I just needed to be in the building and he said that my only option was to walk

I explained this to Donque M onlineI have never used StubHub before to buy or sellI downloaded the app to my phoneListed the tickets as FOUR tickets at $** each and clicked submitSomehow tickets were soldThese tickets were to be sold as a group so I inquired through the online chatDonque indicated that the app does not have all the features for listing like the websiteHow was I supposed to know the options were different? I listed the tickets as and it was my understanding that I would sell them as They cannot be splitDonque M stated that I would need to file a dispute form in order to receive the credit because he was not able to do it over the web chatStub Hub offered only a partial refund which is unacceptable, a FULL refund is expected

I'm not issuing a complaint because I understand they can't force their sellers to reprint a ticketWhat I am reviewing for is to complain about the abysmal customer service they provideThey don't respond to emails in a timely fashion, but I saw on their facebook page they typically reply within the hour, so naturally I decided to contact them thereThe representative on there explained their policy well(I lost my wristband for coachella weekend coming up next week, 4/21/2017, asking for a reprint) And I understood that they would try to contact the seller and ask them to request a reprint from Coachella's ticketing. So I waited days with no responseI messaged them again, to inquire as to whether or not they'd made contact with the sellerA woman who claimed to be the manager of customer complaints or something, called my cellphone a few minutes later, and then proceeds to repeat the information I'd received days ago with one small catchShe said, "Even if we make contact with the seller and ask them to request a reprint, it's not guaranteed that they will do it." The keywords being, "Even if" so I interrupted and asked, "Are you telling me you haven't even bothered to try?" to which she responds quite sternly "I didn't say that, I didn't say that!" and I replied "well you just said even if, meaning you haven't even tried, I understand that it's not guaranteed but I was under the impression that someone had already reached out to the seller"to which she gives me her copy paste speech about reprints not being guaranteedAnd then proceeds to give me some rubbish about her having worked with Stubhub "for a long time, years and years," and that she has rarely ever seen reprints go through, and there's really only a very very small chance that the seller will be able to get a reprint because the process on the coachella website is hardWhat I took from this experience is that this company is too lazy to bother helping their patrons, once the money is in their pockets, they don't careThey didn't even offer to help me purchase a new ticketAnd I'm not talking discounts, I mean they didnt even say, you can always purchase a new one and sell it if your reprint comes throughjust a bunch of " I'm sorry but our policy states..." Which seems to be the only response they know
