I received a text message from this business advising me that my account information had been updated This is an issue as I do not have an account with this business I contacted the number provided in the text message, which provided me with options - neither of which had anything to do with customer service issues or concerns about account updates When I was finally able to get through this terrible IVR and speak with a representative, I was advised that yes, there is an account attached to my phone number, and no, my name is not associated with it I explained that I did not authorize use of my phone number for use with a *** account and requested that it be removed from their system, and was told that their team would need to review the request and get back to me, which may take up to hours This is ridiculous and unacceptable The representative was able to verify my number, see that it was the number from which I was calling, but was unable to remove it from thei

I recently purchase tickets from stub hub and was trying to reselling that the same day I purchase themI contacted the customer service representative and he (Chris) stated that I would be able to resale my tickets once I got the email to do soNo email never cameI end up calling stub hub backAnother customer service representative stated the same thing the first representative said about a emailStill no emailCall again the young lady stated that it was to late and the other customer service representatives should've told youThe only thing that she could offer me was a couponI didn't pay with a coupon so why would I except a couponThe worst customer service having to call four times with no resolution beside offering a coupon

I was motivated to write this review after having an issue claiming money I had made from a ticket purchaseI initially called PayPal, which was easily the least helpful customer service interaction I had ever hadThe service agent was rude, continued to say that my issue was "impossible" and that there was nothing he could do even after I provided proof of the discrepancy via emails PayPal had sent directly to meHowever, after calling StubHub, the issue was quickly fixed within about minutesI thought I'd have to jump through a million hoops to get funds I was entitled to, but the agent on the line was incredibly helpful

Beware of Stubhub.com I listed two tickets on this website and their site had errors which resulted in listing the tickets twice They charged me for their error and when I contacted them to explain it was their problem they insisted their site had no errors and it was my fault and charged me $ Another internet scam

Over a month ago I have listed a day pass ticket on StubHub for the Formula event in ***After the event was over I got notified that StubHub is charging me back for the ticket as well as a penalty fee because I did not include *** *** *** for the event, and I was of course very surprised! When I called in to see what has happened one of their reps told me that I uploaded only the first page *** of the event but I explicitly remember uploading and tagging all threeHe then told me that the reason the pages I uploaded were silently dropped from their system was because I was supposed to have specified that I am selling three tickets instead of one ticket, but this doesn't make sense because in the purchase page for the 3-day pass I could purchase one ticket (for example if you look at 2-day *** *** you can see that I can buy ticket so ticket = a 2-day pass: ***

Last weekend 8/31/I purchased *** *** Band tickets from StubHub as a friend gave me the suggestionI found the concert I wanted, purchased the tickets and made my plans to enjoy a fun filled day!
9/1/arrived at the Gorge Amphitheater and pulled up my ticket information only to be told that those same tickets were just used in the previous minutesI went to the customer service area and while waiting to talk to someone overheard several other people having the same issuesI had to them call StubHub and spoke to a customer service agent who tried getting me tickets and couldn'tI asked her "how could this happen?" and was told that she didn't know only that they don't condone such practices at StubHubI told her that I spoke to others around me that had the same issue of tickets being resold and why did they let this go on for so many others including myself!
She had no answers for me except that they could refund me my moneyI had driven over hours, tanks of gas and a hotel reservation at this point! I needed a parking pass for an event at ** *** ** ***On July 20th I saw a pass for sale on Stub HubThe only information that was available BEFORE purchase was the available date and the location of the parking garageIt was only after purchase that the exact time of day the pass was good forThe time frame on the pass didnt give me enough time to eat and make the start of the eventIt is even questionable if there was enough time to park and make the start of the eventI immediately called Stub Hub customer service and tried to reverse the transactionAfter explaining to the CSR the details, Stub Hub wouldnt void the transaction or at least waive the buyer fee of about $I never used the pass
