I setup some personal tickets to sell for a music festival eventThe company stated a short period of time to transfer tickets, I emailed the customer service email address to state that the transfer period was not possible due to restrictions at the festival(The ticket sales person was unavailable due to a death in the family) and I was asked if it could waitStubhub failed to respond to any email and instead applied a punitive charge to the accountWhen asked why they failed to respond to my emails they said that the account was unmonitored, yet, they also failed to respond to my emails with a notice that the account was unmonitoredThis, is an unfair business process and many customers must be finding themselves in a similar positionI believe that it is Stubhubs responsibility to respond to their "Customer Service" email address with some message stating that they do not monitor this accountHad it been handled correctly my charges would not have happened

I recently bought concert tickets for The *** Band online from StubhubWHen I bought them they advertised "Seats will be printed on back of ticket." When I dropped down to buy tickets, the statement changed to "Your seats will be together." Another purchase for the same tickets said seats will be 9991, 9992, 9993, I paid per seat for a total of price$When I printed the tickets they said :Standing Only"I could have bought standing only right through the *** *** *** *** site for $** * pieceI attempted to resolve with STubhub and they told me it said General Admission is ALWAYS standingI feel this purchase was deceiving and purposely misleadingI was told that we could choose to stand together so the tickets were not misleading and that 9991, 9992, etc was for "inventory control purposes." I was told that they weren't responsible for the way tickets are sold by individuals on their site

I experienced the best customer service I've ever had with StubHub! When the seller didn't come through and send my tickets UPS, I was almost in tears thinking I wasn't going to see the show StubHub found me replacement tickets that were actually BETTER than the seats I'd originally purchased and sent them to me electronically right away AND there was no upgrade charge!
