I called StubHub on 03/at 8:56pm to ask about the website not allowing me to use my credit cardA lady answered within a minuteShe had not asked for any of my information before she placed me on holdAfter being on hold for minutes, at 9:01pm the call disconnects on their endI call back immediately only to get a message that they are closed as of 9pmMy guess, she was trying to get out of work on time instead of dealing with a simple inquiry but that's just my opinionI have used StubHub many times and never had a negative experience until yesterdayI would like for this "customer service" agent to be looked into and I need a call back from StubHub within hours to resolve my issue***

WOW if I could give negative stars I wouldBuyer beware!
First and last time to ever patronize this company! I went online after the Brewer's made it to the playoffs and bought what I thought was World Series Tickets for 1st game on October 23rdThen I got a notice on Oct 14th asking me how my event wasI thought, what event, I haven't even gone to a gameClearly, I had not even used the ticketsI called customer service and they didn't even say they were sorry it happened just that they had reviewed my session and I had purchased tickets for the 1st playoff game on the 12th and that they could not refund me because the game had already passedBuyer beware!
I will NEVER use their site again! What a ripoff that there was clearly a computer glitch and they have the audacity to just not say anything until I asked for a supervisor(clearly not trained customer service agents) I am sure this happens all the time and that is how they swindle people out of their moneyI'm a single mom with a special needs son who was trying to get tickets ahead of time and they just swindled meBad bad business practices

I tried to use stub hub to sell mavs tickets I had and I ended up selling the tickets elsewhere and tried to take my tickets off of stub hub but was unable to figure it outStub hub then sold the tickets and I again told them I no longer have themThen stub hub charged me dollars to find different tickets for the buyerI shouldn't have EVER been charged!! I told them I no longer have the ticketsI spent hours on the phone arguing with customer service to try and get my money back and they claimed there was nothing they could doI called the police and filed a report for fraudulent chargesHopefully I get my money back soonDONT sell your tickets on stub hub!! They will take unauthorized money from you!!

I have UNsubscribed to Stubhub email communications 3-times now and it hasn't workedI als reached out to them on *** and they assured me that the issues were taken care of different times yet I keep getting emails from StubhubI'm sorry but this is annoying and I have gone out of my way to unsubscribeIf their IT dept is so messed up they can't complete a simple request they should be punished for that! This is like a DO NOT CALL of the 21st century! When are they going to stop harassing me via email advertising???

Seller beware!! Sold a ticket on Stubhub for a concert at *** *** gardenThe ticket was uploaded straight from my *** account to the Stubhub listing I got an email from Stubhub days after the concert stating that the buyer was refused admission to the concert at 10:30PM (for an 8PM concert)I was being charged for the price I sold the ticket for plus an additional 45% for a replacement ticket It was pretty obvious that since the ticket was scanned in before the concert began, the buyer left the concert around 10:and tried to re-enter knowing he/she would be refused admissionThe person contacted Stubhub and the end result was the buyer had a free night out courtesy of Stubhub and I was robbed of $The Stubhub rep I dealt with*** refused to let me speak with his supervisor

I purchased tickets for a “*** Gallagher ” concert at The House of Blues in Boston totaling $for November25,The show was cancelled due to illnessStubhub has the cancelled show under their category of ”Postponed”Mr Gallagher subsequently finished his North American tour and returned to England where he is now touring Europe through September I contacted Stubhub and The House of Blues regarding this matter to no availStubhub insists the the date is “Postponed”Since the date of cancellation in November to September is almost a YEAR! I would consider that “ Cancelled”I seriously doubt that Mr Gallagher is going to fly back to Boston with his entire band and entourage for one and a half hour show in BostonI feel that that would fall into the CANCELLED categoryIf the price involved was to dollars or so I would just chalk it up to an “ oh well”, but $is another storyThank you for your assistance concerning this matter

Stub Hub promises guarantees but does not fulfill themI purchased tickets to a soccer game they did not provide the tickets until 24hrs before the game the tickets were not the tickets that I had paid for in a different section of the stadium yada yadaCustomer service Director does not respond to customers complaints and robo response from customer service online is useless...never ever again

I purchased tickets for a baseball game and learned that I could not attendSo I placed them for sale on Stubhub's siteI uploaded the tickets and sold themThen closer to the game time, I received an email from Stubhub stating the same tickets were soldThey didn't remove the tickets from their websiteThey charged me $***/US for what they stated was my error (what they accused me of is impossible to do as there is an error mechanism that will not allow you to do so)I called and they stated that the charge would be reversedThen days later they send me an email that I will be charged $***.00/US and I am losing the $*** I sold the tickets for and they will be charging my credit card (which I don't approve of)To add "insult to injury", every time they charge and refund my credit card, I lose money on the exchange rate

Stay awaySold tickets to *** *** *** via StubhubTickets rejected at gate*** *** Ticket office says barcodes change when sold thru stubhubNow stubhub charges me the price of tickets PLUS penalty for invalid ticket

Email to *** ***, per *** We traveled *** *** *** to see the show and were very excited! When we arrived at the venue at approximately 11:am to get in, line, we checked with a yellow-jacketed usher who stated they had scanners to read the bar code on a paper ticket, but not the ability to scan a plastic card and was denied accessThat's when I bought reserved tickets *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** ** ** tickets: Total $1,At that point, after considering the time and cost of traveling from*** wasn't too bothered about the floor tickets being bogus because now we were going and I buy from *** knowing they have a "Fan Guarantee"Which I trustedPlease help me validate my claim with *** that I was not able to enter the venue with that plastic debit cardI have attached a picture of the debit card*** *** *** *** ** *** *** ** ***

I would never sell tickets with them againI was told my tickets were invalid and sale would be canceled, which I was fine with, but then two days later (the day before the event), I got a notification that the sale went through and I was paid for the tickets and the payment went into my accountThen the next day (same day as event) hours before the event, I get a notification that the payment was canceled, they took their money back, and then still charged me a penalty fee for the invalid ticketsI was fine with the order being canceled, in fact I spoke with different representatives and told them to cancel it and charge me the penalty, however I when I got the notification and payment, I told my other potential buyers that the tickets were no longer available as I (like most people with half of a brain) assumed the tickets were now stubhubsThen they canceled it hours before the event, not allowing us time to use our tickets as the event was hours away, and then had the nerve to still charge a penalty feeSo I basically ended up having to pay stubhub for tickets that they made me not be able to useAnd their incompetent agents were unable to comprehend my gripe with what happened, and refused to waive the penalty feeI was fine with them taking their payment back, but not okay with them still charging the fee after everything that went downPlenty of other sites to buy and sell from that I trust more than this shady site

Stub hub has a preset to autofill seats on there websiteThe preset is set incorrectly causing the autofill seats to be wrongI sold seats on Stubhub with incorrect seat numbers because of there incorrect pre set seats that they programStub hub is charging me $*** because they are saying I lied about the seat numbers due to there faulty pre setAlso They cancelled my sale of $*** for no reason other than they're faulted presets

Bought tickets through StubHub for a Bob Seger concert which was to occur 10/7/Concert was "postponed" and as of this complaint has not been rescheduledWe requested out ticket price be refundedStubHub says we agreed to their postponement policy when we bought the tickets but we have an expectation that postponements should not be open endedAfter a reasonable period of time without reschedule we should be eligible for refund do to lack of performanceBy indefinitely postponing we have basically provided StubHub with an interest free loan

StubHub is trying to charge me a fee of $*** for the *** tickets I am selling because I am unable to sell tickets that I listed on one account while not realizing it was already posted to another accountThey claim that I made listings where I sold and deactivated oneI have printed and reviewed all information pertaining to the sale of my *** tickets and see that three listings were made, but why wouldn’t I be notified of having two accounts under the same name? Your system should catch that, I would thinkOriginally, I had purchased tickets in section CI later saw that tickets were available at a comparable price in section Band purchased those with every intention of selling the two tickets I had purchased in CThat being said, I went onto my computer at work and posted the tickets which sold on ***My computer was already automatically logged into StubHub prior to me posting the original post and I signed out after posting itAbout minutes after my

Stub hub has a selling option in place for only their best sellers, while others are prohibited from using itThey don't let the sellers know that thoughThe problem is that when you list your tickets, stub hub gives everyone the option of disclosing (in the notes of the ticket) the prohibited practice as means to complete the sale....they are instigating the use of the prohibited selling optionONLY afterward when the tickets get sold does stub hub let the sellers know they cant use this option and have to pay AT LEAST 40% of the sold price of the transactionStub hub should list only their best sellers has the option of using this featureI really feel like they want their sellers to back themselves into a corner where we all have to pay potentially multiple hundreds of dollarsI know that this is happening on a large scale (thousands) and stubhub could have easily had a note at the top of the event date stating that this practice(flash seats) is not allowedThey are relying o

I posted tickets for event which had one listing via mobileLater that day used computer and realized listing was entered incorrectlyTickets had soldI spoke to a stub hub rep who fixed listingThen stubhub sent an email saying I now owe more than ticket value because they had to find buyer other tickets

I've been using stubhub for years, and I have never had a problem I don't love how they don't post the service fees until later in the process, but that's standardInstant downloads, fair pricing - whole experience couldn't be easierI'm guessing you see so many negative reviews because most people who've had positive experiences won't write a review

Company has very strict me-refund policy, which is not right! as a consumer I have to have right to return my ticket I bought for the event I can not go toI purchased a ticket one week before basketball game, for $*** per ticket, they charged $*** purchase fee each ticket, which is too high, I was expecting to pay for tickets around $*** with tax, but I saw $*** charge on my credit cardI pressed the button to cancel my order but it went to purchase anywayI tried to call stubhub, but they would not accept return, they want me to sell it on their website, but if I do that they will charge me another $*** fee on top, which is unfair to me

I purchased tickets on April 14th, *** through stubhub for Game of the *** Playoffs in ***, **The game was on April 29th, ***I was unable to attend the game and decided to relist these tickets on stubhubThese same tickets were the sold and I received $***Today May 9th, *** I receive and email from stubhub saying the tickets were invalid and they are charging my credit card the original $*** and a $** convience fee chargeI submitted my grievance directly with stubhub and I am still awaiting a responseThe original tickets I purchased were from Order # ***, then I resold those tickets and that Order # ***
