I had a fradualant charge made on my accountI called StubHubThey refunded the amountA month later they decided to change their mind, say it wasn't fraudulent and now want me to pay the money backThis is absurd! It has now been over a year with still no resolutionI'm disgusted with the amount of phone calls I have had to make about thisThe final person who just reached out to me today, *** stated he can't do anything, his supervisors don't speak to customers and I would have to file a Police Report to have the charge clearedThis is absolutely ridiculous! The gentleman was rude and refused to tell me how they determined it was a valid chargeThis implied that StubHub is invading consumers privacy which is unacceptableThere is no reason my account should be frozen over less than $It is not my fault StubHub has made multiple errors handling this situation and now punishing me for nothingInvading my privacy and not telling me "what they know" is worrisomeWhat

STUBHUB did NOT fufill there side of our contract - per there AP and website I was supposed to have my tickets by 7am and I received them at 1:pmThis was after at least phones and asking for superviors with NEVER a call back after many times I asked
I had to canel my morning vacation events to settle this issue - which was 100% STUBHUBs FAULT
AT A MINIMUM - I want my $in STUB HUB FEES refunded ....THEY DID NOT LIVE UP TO THERE PROMISES AND CONTRACT
THE SUPERVISOR STILL HAS NOT CALLED BACK
UNACCEPATABLE !!!! MY TIME I LOST WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY IN NASHVILLE IS WORTH MUCH MORE THAN THE $

I purchased tickets on 12/11/from StubHub to take my son to a concert at the House of Blues in Boston, MAIt specifically states 100% guaranteeI showed up to the concert location min prior to the show start timeI walked all the way to the back of a 1/long line where I waited for over an hour, with the line not movingI was not even able to get into the concert or even remotely close to the doorsI believe the concert was oversoldI left because I could not get inStubHub promises to deliver valid tickets, because I couldnt even get to the door I cant prove the tickets were even valid, therefor I am seeking a refund on the ticket priceI wasted hours of my time, the $I spent on tickets and $spent on parkingStubhub was rude when I contacted their customer service and unwilling to even look into the issue

I purchased Tickets through Stubhub*** and they were supposed to send them to me via emailI only ever received one of the two tickets purchased and was not able to attend my eventI contacted Stubhub*** and they said they did send two tickets, which I did not , and would not inviestage my claim further or offer me a refundI paid for a ticket I never received and this company refuses to take responsibilityI lost $because I was promised tickets that were never provided to me

If I could choose zero stars I wouldI just had my first and last experience with this customer and their poor customer serviceI listed tickets to an event on their site, but found a buyer elsewhereI immediately went to delete the listing on Stubhub, received an error message to "try again later" and tried multiple times until finally I did not receive this message againAssuming it had worked, I went on with my dayHours later, I received an email that my tickets had sold - the same listing I had deletedWhen I attempted to cancel the sale I was informed that I would be charged for replacement tickets for the Stubhub buyerI contacted customer service twice and was told that although the issue was on their end I will be charged anyway because they are a live siteThey suggested that I should have called customer service after deleting the listing to verify it had been deletedThere was no prompt to do this when I deleted the listing, so I am still unsure why they expect I would have called to verifyI now have to either try and get the original tickets back from the outside buyer or pay the same value for new tickets, effectively leaving me with no money for either sale

I bought a concert ticket through their website on 8/in the amount of $The day before the concert I decided to sell the ticketThey only allow you can sell a ticket is electronically through their websiteTheir website's "Sell" feature was not workingI reported this immediately to customer service and never received a responseThe "Sell" feature remained broken through the next hours and I was therefore unable to sell my ticket

*** are not able to receive a direct deposit of funds from ticket salesNowhere on the site does it say direct deposit is not available for ***I've been trying for days to get someone to change my payment methodSo far I have dealt with separate peopleI want the money for the tickets I sold

I tried to sell my tickets for a soccer match on StubHubWhen I posted the tickets it said that "electronic tickets" were permissibleA buyer quickly purchased my ticketsWhen I tried to transfer them StubHub then said I had to have a .pdf of the actual ticketI told them I did not have that so the order was canceledA month later they came back requiring me to pay $fee for the transaction not going throughWhen I called customer service to talk about the issue I was told there was no manager to speak with and I was put on hold for over minutes while they tried to push the transaction through

StubHub went directly against their posted policyI sold tickets to an event that was partially performedStubHub considered it cancelled and went ahead and charged my card for a cancelled eventthis was changed before I had been paid the original saleWhen I argued this with them multiple times they kept saying it was cancelledThey then agreed to refund put the refund in for processing and then cancelled itOnce I noticed this I went back to them and they again agreed to refundInstead they ended up charging my card a second timeSo now I have been charged twice when I should have been paid for selling ticketsThere may be a refund issued for this event however that has not yet happenedThis was weather related and event organizer must resolve with insurance company before issuing refunds which will be a minimum of two weeksYou would think stubhub would follow their own policy of partial event but they do not

I purchased concert tickets for a price of with guarantee of refundhours before the concert I was called by the vendor and told they could not give me the tickets I purchase but for me something comparableI accepted seeing this was a concert to celebrate another year of successful chemotherapy for stage breast cancerIn no way shape or form were the tickets comparable to what I purchasedI called customer service and was informed I would be getting a refundI did not receive one but I allowed a generous amount of time to give them the benefit of the doubtI called customer service today 4/3/and was basically til I’m not offered a refund and there is nothing they can doTo me this is an unacceptable way to do businessIf you re going to charge someone for a service if you need to change that service do something relatively close to thatThis was total disrespect and fraud to charge someone for a service that was not given and especially to a cancer patient

Sold tickets here and the buyer claimed they did not workContacted STUBHUB and provided them with the ticket scan report and they still charged me! This company is as low as ***There is no seller rights or protections

If I could give stars I wouldAfter purchasing tickets for a *** *** concert in *** I arrived to the event to find out at the gate that they had magically disappearedSpent two hours on the phone arguing with StubHub and they admitted the tickets must have been fake and they were finding replacements but having troubleFinally I get a replacement on the opposite side of the stage rows backI missed the first two opening acts of the showThe only thing they could offer me was a $couponLike I wanted to use their services again$wasn't even half the price of one ticket I boughtSo I decided to use the $coupon for her *** showI receive an email from the seller two days later saying hes traveling out of country and he cant find the tickets to transfer them and cant get a hold of stubhub or *** ***AKA the seller and tickers are a scamI call again and let them know and they replace my tickets with once again worse tickets then I hadWhat would have happened if I wouldn't have seen this email? I would have drove to a different state and had the same thing happen that did at the *** showThe best thing StubHub could offer me was a $refundHAHAHA the tickets were $a piece!

*** *** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ** ** ***I wanted to buy concert tickets for August 6th,, in Raleigh, NC, where my husband and I live, for Foreigner and Cheap TrickWe had bought tickets and sat in VIP Section and clicked on StubHub and saw Foreigner Tickets for sale in that SectionI bought those tickets and belatedly realized I had purchased tickets for that Section but for the Charlotte concern of Foreigner on SaturdayI had googled for Foreigner - Raleigh, NC and got StubHubStubHub allows for no mistakes! If you do make a mistake of this kind you are on the hook for these tickets and NOW must resell this (if you can) for a loss because StubHub takes $or more of each ticket you have to resellI realized I made a mistake about minutes after I made itIn every business, you have a right to rescind a transaction within a certain given amount of time - and that amount of time should be reasonableThis is a scam operation because of the misdirection to the Charlotte concert - and then no recourse to undo a sale once it's madeBut the real issue is that reselling the tickets COSTS you money because of the exorbitant fees that STUB HUB charges for the resaleWill not do business here again!

On 12/3/I purchased tickets to a Broadway show in NYC for $to be charged to credit cardOn 12/6/we received shipment of the two tickets which both show value of $on each ticketPaid nearly four times the value of the ticketsWhen I spoke to a representative of Subhub.com I was informed that tickets are sold at seller price (whatever that may be) and once tickets are shipped to buyer there are no refunds/returns permittedIf gauging ticket prices (scalping) is not legal for consumers standing outside of venues to resell their unused tickets at a higher price then face value then how can this possibly be legal/permissible?

I sold tickets on the Stub Hub website and took them down when they did not sellA few days before the event, Stub Hub contacted me to indicate that I needed to upload the ticketsThese tickets had been sold on another reselling siteWhen I contacted the company they indicated that it had been a user error and I had reposted themI told them I had not (and if it were this easy to do so accidentally, then their website was deliberately deceptive)I also checked the website during the summer and it did not list any tickets under, 'Tickets I'm selling'They told me they would provide the buyer tickets and would be charging me 40% of the ticket priceThey said that the would escalate my issue to a manager (I had to contact them multiple times for this to happen) and eventually that manager left me a message and debited my account without speaking with meStub Hub made money off the tickets they sold, and then charged me a ridiculous sum more than they would have made off me had I a

I searched tickets for a concert in *** and some how tickets for *** *** came up and were the ones purchased, Stub Hub said the only thing I could do was relist the ticketsAfter a few conversations with friends this has happened to others and they were told it is a router that can be switched when searching....this seems wrong and I would like a refund on my tickets purchased rather than just having to wait and hope tickets are purchasedThis was my first time purchasing on Stub Hub and as of now it will probably be my last

StubHub has horrible customer serviceI purchased three tickets to a Weird Al Yankovic showI thought they were tickets to the actual show, but because the posting was not clearly labeled, I ended up purchasing three parking passes to the show, which I did not wantThe tickets were $in totalWhen I was purchasing the tickets nohwere did I see that they were parking passesI contacted StubHub immediately through their online chat service, and was told that I could not cancel the order, and that they would not refund my moneyStubHub does not allow you to contact the sellers of itemsStubHub told me that I should put the tickets that I purchased back up on StubHub to sell, that they would waive my seller feeBig deal! When I purchased the tickets, StubHub charged me a $feeIf I were to actually sell the tickets that I accidentally purchased, which I was told by StubHub was a high probability, and which did not actually sell), StubHub would stand to make another $in fees off a second buyerThis selling format very much resembles a pyramid scheme as the price of the tickets continually go up in price after each accidental purchaseAfter the agent that I chatted with told me that I could not cancel my order, he/she said that StubHub is a marketplaceIn what marketplace are you not able to contact the seller of an item and ask to cancel an order? Not many! When I called StubHub this morning, I asked to speak to the supervisor, and was told by the manager of StubHub's customer service that I could not be reimbursed for my moneyI rarely write reviews, but this company really screwed me over

Just completed a phone call (10/22) with customer service regarding my purchase of a "Solider Field Parking Lot - GA Southwest Lot, Parking Pass." Title seems pretty self explanatory, you buy the ticket and you park in the Soldier Field lot right? Wrong! This company (ticket poster) used the same parking logo as all the parking lots adjacent to the stadiumI explained the situation to the Stubhub Service Rep who seemed like a nice enough kid and placed me on a brief hold to investigate He came back and first asked me what I would like him to doI replied "Make it right, provide me a refund or at a minimum a credit." I also informed him that I have already purchased tickets for several events this year and have yet to have had an issue I was asking for a $PARKING PASS credit, when I have literally spent ~$2,in tickets over the past monthsHe proceeded to steer the conversation in a direction that essentially passed blame onto me for not going to the ticket sellers website (I purchased through the stubhub app!?) and for not being able to find the exact address (nor parking lot) which was not clarified until after purchase! Let me again clarify, NO ADDRESS WAS PRINTED ON THE TICKETThere are copious amount of ticket sellers out there and undoubtedly ones with more fiscal sense, integrity and customer service then a company willing to sacrifice a loyal customer for a measly $parking pass Not only did Stubhub not have the honesty to own up to a completely misleading posting, but they as made evident through this interaction, clearly support deceiving business practiceI will undoubtedly share this story with my family, friends and colleagues (many of which thoroughly enjoy live events) in a full effort to dissuade everyone from using their website and phone appGood luck to you (customer) if you decide to purchase through this company, but it is my highest recommendation that you place your business elsewhere

Long story short -- I listed tickets for *** *** *** in ***I listed my seat and row and uploaded the ticketIt was bought - and then the same day canceledOkay, no big deal - until I received a message saying my cc was charged $*** for non delivery of the ticketsHUH? Finally spoke to someone who said I did not list the right section (it was *** left) - but I was not given any option to list the section! This was a glitch with their system and now it's my fault? Again, I pleaded that they had no such option and they told me it was my responsibility to pay $*** for someones ticketsHuh? Why am I being charged for their mistake? In all of the customer rep correspondence (and I use that title lightly) they kept saying I didn't deliver my ticketsBut I did - their computer system is flawed and I am responsible

*** *** * *** *** *** I had to report this oneHorrible experience selling tickets with StubHub I said that I had tickets in hand (meaning that I had physical hard tickets) Tickets sold, then I was told to download a pdf, which was weird because I had hard tickets I called, they said I could UPS them (which I thought was free because I had hard tickets), and charged me $ I asked them to call the buyers to make sure that they knew that I was UPSing their tickets The buyers then refused the tickets, StubHub said that it is because I selected "Tickets in Hand", and that also means electronic tickets (????) Then they charged me nearly $because the buyers backed out Absolutely terrible experience, and I will never do business with them again BE CAREFUL!
