If you're looking for the most incompetently run company on the Internet, you've come to the right placeThese clowns can't do ANYTHING rightEVERY single interaction with them is fraught with incompetence Why? Because they hire and are employed by incompetent inexperienced lazy brainless millenials The website has repeated issuesTry and list something for sale for the first time, and you have to jump through hoops, and then they lock you out Sell something, they give you incorrect buyer information, and claim the never received email confirmations from youCalling them is even worse as the is they have answering the phones can barely tie their own shoelaces Playing video games, and hanging around the lounge playing Ping Pong, THAT, they can do, but run a businessForget it I have NEVER come across a more poorly run company Trust me, you will waste hours of your time trying to get them to fix their problems and handle issues properly Top to bottom, this company is a sad pathetic joke

I bought $worth of tickets based on a huge picture Stubhub posted onlineThis picture is a BAIT AND SWITCH!! The site led me to believe that this was the actual view from the seats I was buyingOnly too late did I find out they were actually “obstructed view” ticketsWhen I looked back at the site, I did see, in small print, that they had obstructed view” although I totally did not see it when I wa purchasing the ticketsThere is NO WAY I would have spent that kind of money for obstructed view, but when I called asking for an accomdation, they refused completely, failing to aknowledge how deceptive their advertising isAgain, if they are selling tickets with an obstructed view, they need to do more than hide that fact in the small printThere is zero chance I would have paid that kind of money without being misled by that pictureThe manager with whom I spoke told me the picture that I had relied upon was a “representation” of the seats I might be buyingI bought balcony se

The Band *** cancelled a concert in ***They or StubHub have not informed me of a rescheduling date or if they are cancelling permanentlyThey did refund me my processing feeBut I am tired of them not informing me of anything that will be happening in the futureI am Upset and would like them to give me a Full refundI will never use them again, as I will use *** only in the future

Recently sold tickets in StubhubHave a paypal account that has been verified and linked to my stubhub accountStubhub said they sent the money to my paypal account however I never received it and paypal doesn't see any record of it eitherPaypal asked me to get a 17digit transaction id from stubhubStubhub has given me numbers that will not workSo I'm out the money I sold my tickets for

A few weeks back (*** 12) I purchased some tickets to *** at the *** and was excited to take my girlfriend and make a little extra money to justify the purchase by selling the othersI used StubHub because they were said to be reliable and easy to useI posted the tickets a few weeks back using the seat numbers given to me from *** (the theatre in SF that is showing the performance) as the hard tickets haven’t been printed yet (the shows are in *** and ***) and labelled the seat numbers as they were postedIt was my first time selling with StubHub, and the process was fairly straightforwardOnce the tickets were posted I was under the impression that StubHub was good with how I posted themThey sold fairly quickly and I figured that was thatGiven that I had hit a few error messages while posting (I’m a newbie w/ selling tickets), once the posting went live I had assumed that StubHub had approved the tickets and the listing and that I was good to goI had sold the t

I purchased tickets on September 15th, for a concert through Stubhub for a November 9th, concertA few days before the concert the lead singer was admitted to the hospital and the show has been postponed indefinitelyAccording to the two customer service reps and the manager that I spoke with, the show is in fact postponed and is looking like it will be a or showStubhub refuses to refund my money because the tickets are still considered validI asked them how long this would go on for and they told me that unless they have official notification of cancellation, the tickets will remain valid for as long as it takesI am out $and they refuse to do anything about itThe told me that my only option was to sell the tickets on Stubhub but that I will not be able to do that until the show has an actual dateI can not believe that not only do I not have any protection but that they can get away with this

Stub Hub has deactivated my account with no notice or explanation while I have current ticket listings on the siteI have been trying to resolve two ticket disputes with the company and supplied them all requested information to help in settling the disputesThey refunded my sold tickets to my buyers without consulting me first and then charged absurd fees of more than the tickets were worth in addition to taking away my ticket salesI have emailed and called them repeatedly trying to get to these issues worked out and my money returned to meThis has been going on for over a month now with no solution in sightFor a little over a week I have received no calls back, no email response, or any indication they are working to resolve my claims and reactivate my accountI have done everything I can to try and work with Stub Hub to get this fix and have been treated with nothing but disrespectThey have caused me to lose hundreds of dollars and many hours of my valuable timeI am a s

SELLERS BEWARE!!! This was the first time and last time that I use StubhubI sold some tickets on their website(tickets to be accurate) and I get an email a week later saying that one of my tickets was invalid, and that they were trying to charge me Triple the amount that I had sold it forI called their investigation team and we had a conference call where we called the original supplier of the ticket and they confirmed that they ticket was scanned successfully and that it was later re-scanned( a few mins later) and then buyer claimed they couldn't get in when the buyer duplicated the ticket and tried to get someone else inSo now I'm being charged for someone else committing fraudSo Stubhub decides to charge the seller for something that the buyer didWhen I asked if I went and bought a ticket from their website and made a 2nd copy and hand it to a friend to get in and then claim I couldn't get in then they would refund my money and they couldn't answer meI told them that I would make sure to tell everyone I know to buy tickets from them and make a 2nd copy that way a buddy gets in for free and so do you and you get your money refunded backThey responded with no we don't want you telling people thatIn other words yes that would workI am disgusted with the way this company conducts business and will never be using them againthey ended with that is the risk you take by selling your ticket in an 2nd type marketplace

I purchased tickets from Stub Hub for a *** *** concert for July 23rd in *** ***Stub Hub will not refund our money due to the concert being postponedOur order number for the tickets is ***The purchase was made by *** *** for ticketsThis was the second time this concert was rescheduledEveryone know that *** *** is pregnant right now and will be going on tour any time soon

I purchased basketball tickets in DecemberIn January I posted them on stub hub because I was not able to make the gameMy plans changed and in February I took the tickets down because I was able to make the gameTwo nights ago I received an email stating my tickets have sold and to mail them outI called stub hub the next morning and explained how I am not selling the tickets, I took them down from their sightThey told me they would look further into itLast night I received and email from case management telling me that their tech team saw no issues with the site and that I have to send my tickets outIf I don't send them out they will charge me 40% or greater of the ticket priceI called stub hub this morning to resolved this issue and they are not willing to help meThey are just trying to keep collecting money from meThe lady told me that they will be charging the card on file the fine and if I do not have a card on file that they will place me for collectionsI am so

BEWARE! * ** *** *** *** *** *** *** * ** *** *** *** *** ***! I recently (Nov 13, 2017) purchased tickets to "Hello Dolly" in New York City through Stub HubWithout notice there was an additional charge of $on my credit card from "TDI Broadway" I found out that this is a fraudulent charge from a company in Lebanon that has been scamming through "Stub Hub" for over years! Stub Hub has not fixed this scam in over years! BadSecondly, by the end of the transaction through Stub Hub, the final ticket prices went up SUBSTANTIALLY! The tickets I picked were $eachThe final receipt sad the tickets were $each! Then a handling fee of was added to EACH ticket! These amounts were not the amounts that popped up during the purchasing processIt was after I had completed the purchase and got the grand total on my receiptI was expecting to pay about $to $for the pair of tickets, but was charged a grand total of $965.83! + from TDI Broadway! (I had to cancel my credit card)NEVER AGAIN Stub Hub!
On a positive note, the tickets were valid and they were delivered via e-mail on time for the showThat is the only reason I'll give stars

I was charged well over the price needed to remedy a situation on StubHubI had sold tickets that I could not deliverThe fee was *** of the selling price or whatever it cost StubHub to remedy the situation, whatever is higherThere were tickets for sale, on StubHub, for the same performance, well within the*** range, therefore, around *** to remedy my situationI was willing to take a *** or so charge, however, StubHub found tickets for over*** It should also be mentioned that I offered a solution to the situation and my request was not refused, but simply ignoredI still haven't received an email regarding receipt of my requestI

The March 23rd Cleveland Cavaliers game, Our season tickets were posted onlineThese tickets were not sold as of 6:50P ESTAt this point I logged onto my stubhub account and cancelled the listing so that other friends could enjoy the game and the tickets were not unusedAt approximately 7:P EST I received an email that the tickets had been soldWithin a few hours I had a email from Claims support about the ticket discrepancyI politely replied that this was a mistake as my listing had been nullified well before the tickets had been purchasedContinually, Customer service asked me to get with the venue and failed to acknowledge my question in regards to the malfunction that occurred in their system disallowing the cancelled listing to go throughI have used Stubhub for years, both as a buyer and sellerI was charged twice the amount of what the tickets were listed at to my credit cardCustomer service was no help with my issue back to the corporation

I bought a pair of international event tickets on stubhubThe tickets turned out to be of the wrong timing allocationI called stubhub right away saying I want to resaleThey tried to relist with it success about TimesThen they say their international team will help meA few days pass and then that team responds that the tickets cannot be relisted!!!
How can this company even expect someone to use this app when they have no sense of how these events have to be sold and tickets have to be delivered with relisting capabilitiesThey wouldn’t help me nor refund this is absurd and a bug in their system

A family member who was not authorized to use my credit card charged two tickets to a baseball gameWithin five minutes I was on the phone with my bank to stop payment and was told that the charge hadn't posted yet, so a stop payment was not possibleImmediately called StubHub and was told that cancellation was not possibleI asked how a transaction could be complete when the bank hadn't posted the payment and was advised to "sell your tickets back to get some of your money back"
Considering the fees involved and their lack of concern for people using their service, this is nothing more than legal(?) scalping

On ***, I purchased two aisle-seat tickets in row sidelines for a *** football game set for ***I paid $for the ticketsIn order to park and get to the venue in time for the *** events, patrons are instructed by *** Stadium to arrive up to hours ahead of game timeI was first contacted by StubHub at 11:am (the event was at 1:pm)The contact was in the form of an unintelligible voicemail, which I am happy to forward to youI was unable to decipher the voicemail or who the caller was, so I called back the 1-number to determine who had called meThe individual identified herself as a StubHub representative, then hung up on me when I asked what the call was aboutI called back again, eventually getting through to a customer service representative at 12:pmThe representative said that the tickets I purchased were “double sold” due to a “website glitch” and that my replacement tickets were instead in row 37, ten rows behind

I began with SH years ago Back then we mailed tickets to buyers via UPS The seller would be charged 10% and the buyer 15% for a total of 25% of each sale Recently I have been tracking SH's dynamic fee structure and their profit and greed should be outlawed and should be investigated by the attorney general and consumer protection agencies alike Most recent example, I am selling two $tickets for each SH gives me each if they sell which is charging me 20% and charges the buyer $which is a 50% mark up to them I would get and lose $and they would get $and make $on a pair of tickets Most importantly they are making from consumers to 70% on this and millions of other sales These tickets are for a last place team and there is no high demand to even justify the "dynamic" fee This is a consumer rip off and should be a violation and needs to be regulated or outlawed I don't begrudge SH the right to make money but this is obscene and Greed has disguised itself under the guise of dynamic pricing I will file with my states attorney general and I urge others to do the same!!! PS: I don't know how popular they are but they are reputable, I have bought tickets from TICKPICK with no problem and they only charge the seller 10% Maybe it is time for the dinosaur on top to have it's own greed bring it down

In July, I sold tickets to a theater show in *** (order #***) on StubHub, which I purchased through *** (but were not yet received in hand at the time of the StubHub transaction)At the time of listing the tickets, I marked the tickets with an added disclosure on StubHub as having a "Possible Obstruction" as *** noted that obstructed views when I purchased themSubsequently, StubHub cancelled the order noting that I had used the incorrect disclosure and should have selected "Limited or Obstructed View" insteadAs a result, I had to return the funds received from the transaction and was also charged $*** as a cancellation charge by StubHubSince then, the ticket price that I can resell these seats for has declined resulting in lost profits on my end as well

I purchased tickets for the Eagles concert in *** ***I paid $for my ticketsI found out on *** *** *** that my mom was having surgery and her surgery looked as though it was falling on the week of the concertIt was suggested to me that I place my tickets online to StubHub where I purchased themI did, but I deactivated the posting when my mother called me back to tell me her surgery was the week afterI clicked "deactivate"I went in to my postings and it said "no posting"I assumed the post was deactivatedOn June 26th 2018, I received a message via email congratulating me on selling my tickets?? I contacted the potential buyer via email and stated that I am going and tickets are not for sale- for I had deactivated the postI went to check on my account and it said "action needed to be taken"I have never clicked "confirm" for this saleThe potential buyer is not in receipt of these ticketsThese are my tickets! In contacting StubHub, which is a joke, o

Listed tickets I owned for sale on their websiteCanceled when I realized the posting was incorrectly priced, but not before someone had agreed to purchase itEven though I canceled, stubhub still charged me $fees for canceling since someone had purchased themI immediately called stubhub, and they referred me to their contracts, which bound me to their fees afterwards
