StubHub has horrible customer serviceI purchased three tickets to a Weird Al Yankovic showI thought they were tickets to the actual show, but because the posting was not clearly labeled, I ended up purchasing three parking passes to the show, which I did not wantThe tickets were $in totalWhen I was purchasing the tickets nohwere did I see that they were parking passesI contacted StubHub immediately through their online chat service, and was told that I could not cancel the order, and that they would not refund my moneyStubHub does not allow you to contact the sellers of itemsStubHub told me that I should put the tickets that I purchased back up on StubHub to sell, that they would waive my seller feeBig deal! When I purchased the tickets, StubHub charged me a $feeIf I were to actually sell the tickets that I accidentally purchased, which I was told by StubHub was a high probability, and which did not actually sell), StubHub would stand to make another $in fees off a second buyerThis selling format very much resembles a pyramid scheme as the price of the tickets continually go up in price after each accidental purchaseAfter the agent that I chatted with told me that I could not cancel my order, he/she said that StubHub is a marketplaceIn what marketplace are you not able to contact the seller of an item and ask to cancel an order? Not many! When I called StubHub this morning, I asked to speak to the supervisor, and was told by the manager of StubHub's customer service that I could not be reimbursed for my moneyI rarely write reviews, but this company really screwed me over

If I could give stars I wouldAfter purchasing tickets for a *** *** concert in *** I arrived to the event to find out at the gate that they had magically disappearedSpent two hours on the phone arguing with StubHub and they admitted the tickets must have been fake and they were finding replacements but having troubleFinally I get a replacement on the opposite side of the stage rows backI missed the first two opening acts of the showThe only thing they could offer me was a $couponLike I wanted to use their services again$wasn't even half the price of one ticket I boughtSo I decided to use the $coupon for her *** showI receive an email from the seller two days later saying hes traveling out of country and he cant find the tickets to transfer them and cant get a hold of stubhub or *** ***AKA the seller and tickers are a scamI call again and let them know and they replace my tickets with once again worse tickets then I hadWhat would have happened if I wouldn't have seen this email? I would have drove to a different state and had the same thing happen that did at the *** showThe best thing StubHub could offer me was a $refundHAHAHA the tickets were $a piece!

I purchased concert tickets for a price of with guarantee of refundhours before the concert I was called by the vendor and told they could not give me the tickets I purchase but for me something comparableI accepted seeing this was a concert to celebrate another year of successful chemotherapy for stage breast cancerIn no way shape or form were the tickets comparable to what I purchasedI called customer service and was informed I would be getting a refundI did not receive one but I allowed a generous amount of time to give them the benefit of the doubtI called customer service today 4/3/and was basically til I’m not offered a refund and there is nothing they can doTo me this is an unacceptable way to do businessIf you re going to charge someone for a service if you need to change that service do something relatively close to thatThis was total disrespect and fraud to charge someone for a service that was not given and especially to a cancer patient

Purchased tickets for an event, ticket price includes fees to protect my purchaseBand did not perform and Stub Hub is refusing to refund my money because even wasn't cancelled

Someone hacked into my Stubhub account and made a large purchaseStubhub does not consider this fraudOn December 25, a purchase was presented to my bank by Stubhub and was paidI was notified by a text alert on December 28, I went to my bank and filed a dispute on December 29, The bank sent the paperwork to Stubhub who responded that the purchase was made online on my account and is not fraudThey do not consider purchases made by friends and/or family to be fraudI did not make the purchaseI did not authorize the purchase and this IS FRAUDThe charge was resubmitted on 02/17/and paid by my bank based on Stubhub's decisionStubhub failed to execute any real form of investigation deciding it had it's money, the purchase made on my account and wasn't fraudIdentity theft and fruad by hackers does exist and both Stubhub and my bank failed to properly investigate my claim

StubHub went directly against their posted policyI sold tickets to an event that was partially performedStubHub considered it cancelled and went ahead and charged my card for a cancelled eventthis was changed before I had been paid the original saleWhen I argued this with them multiple times they kept saying it was cancelledThey then agreed to refund put the refund in for processing and then cancelled itOnce I noticed this I went back to them and they again agreed to refundInstead they ended up charging my card a second timeSo now I have been charged twice when I should have been paid for selling ticketsThere may be a refund issued for this event however that has not yet happenedThis was weather related and event organizer must resolve with insurance company before issuing refunds which will be a minimum of two weeksYou would think stubhub would follow their own policy of partial event but they do not

If I could choose zero stars I wouldI just had my first and last experience with this customer and their poor customer serviceI listed tickets to an event on their site, but found a buyer elsewhereI immediately went to delete the listing on Stubhub, received an error message to "try again later" and tried multiple times until finally I did not receive this message againAssuming it had worked, I went on with my dayHours later, I received an email that my tickets had sold - the same listing I had deletedWhen I attempted to cancel the sale I was informed that I would be charged for replacement tickets for the Stubhub buyerI contacted customer service twice and was told that although the issue was on their end I will be charged anyway because they are a live siteThey suggested that I should have called customer service after deleting the listing to verify it had been deletedThere was no prompt to do this when I deleted the listing, so I am still unsure why they expect I would have called to verifyI now have to either try and get the original tickets back from the outside buyer or pay the same value for new tickets, effectively leaving me with no money for either sale

I posted two Rose Bowl tickets for sale on Stubhub on December 29, The event was scheduled to take place on January After listing the tickets on 12/29, Stub Hub forwarded me an overnight labelBecause the holiday weekend was approaching, I called Stubhub and asked the representative to confirm I could overnight my tickets and still have them sold in time for the eventShe hung up and called back, confirming the tickets would get there in time if I used the overnight label it sent meI mailed the tickets using the UPS label PROVIDED BY STUBHUBOn December 31, I tracked my package and learned it still had not been received and was scheduled for delivery on January I contacted Stubhub and asked them to have UPS mail the tickets immediatelyThey refused because it was unlikely to get there anyway (which is probably true but I still would have appreciated a little effort)The rep promised someone would contact me in 24-hours to resolve the issueI gave him my cell phon

I tried to sell my tickets for a soccer match on StubHubWhen I posted the tickets it said that "electronic tickets" were permissibleA buyer quickly purchased my ticketsWhen I tried to transfer them StubHub then said I had to have a .pdf of the actual ticketI told them I did not have that so the order was canceledA month later they came back requiring me to pay $fee for the transaction not going throughWhen I called customer service to talk about the issue I was told there was no manager to speak with and I was put on hold for over minutes while they tried to push the transaction through

absolutely awful I sold tickets there (thousands) and I uploaded the wrong tickets by mistake for one event that sold 4/22/ I was not notified until 4/26/(day of event) with a note that I would be charged the full price and a $fee without any chance to upload the correct tickets I lost the sale and got charged a very unreasonable fee There was no explanation of the amount - similar tickets were available for less money on their website

*** are not able to receive a direct deposit of funds from ticket salesNowhere on the site does it say direct deposit is not available for ***I've been trying for days to get someone to change my payment methodSo far I have dealt with separate peopleI want the money for the tickets I sold

I purchased Tickets through Stubhub*** and they were supposed to send them to me via emailI only ever received one of the two tickets purchased and was not able to attend my eventI contacted Stubhub*** and they said they did send two tickets, which I did not , and would not inviestage my claim further or offer me a refundI paid for a ticket I never received and this company refuses to take responsibilityI lost $because I was promised tickets that were never provided to me

I have been trying to get my refund as promised from Stubhub since*** as promisedSince the purchase was made in *** the card that was used has not expiredI advised the company of this and they told me on several occasions that they can refund it to another card on my account and would have the payment team call me to get my new card informationSo after days of going back and forth with the company I find out that they can only refund the original form of payment in which is not possible from what the supervisor advised me and he would have a check send outHe stated this would take business days in which I thought was unacceptable and it would take two business days just to cut the checkI asked for this to be expedited being that its been over the time I was promised they refund but the supervisor offered nothing and didn't care about how the wrong information the reps gave to me about my refundStubhub never contacted me to let me know it was issue with my refund I

On *** at 420pm I deleted a listing from the website(order # ***) (*** ** *** ***), I then printed out a new set of tickets(at 4:24pm) and proceeded to start going to the gameAt 4:I received an email from the company stated the tickets had been soldI contacted a customer service representative and explained the situation on a recorded line who advised me that the tickets were sold and the seller had the ticketsHe also advised me not to go to the game because that would cause a big problemhe also stated he would complete the sale online and process the paymentlater on that evening I checked my account and noticed that the payment was cancelledI again contacted a representative who stated that the tickets did not work and the sale was cancelledI again explained that I cancelled the order prior to my notification of the sale and that there must have been a software problem on their endThe male rep said he will open an investigation into the matter,

On Nov 24th, I attended the Guns n Roses concert at the Forum, with a ticket I previously purchased from TicketmasterIn early October, I got scheduled for work that day so I liste the ticket on Stub Hub for saleAfter weeks, I was informed I would not have to work anymore so I decided to take the ticket down from Stub Hub''s site and attend the concertOnce I got to the concert, there was a person in my seat, claiming he bought the ticket on Stub Hub the night beforeTo my dismay, I went to talk to the concierge at the Forum in Los AngelesThey said whatever was showing on their computer was correct, had I sold the ticket, it would have been listed as re-soldNeedless to say it was my seat, they double checked itBy that time, I already missed songs and they finally sat me and moved the guy to another seatAfter I got home that night, I immediately called Stub Hub to close my account (I am afraid it might have been hacked and they have all my bank information!) and I did i

I used their online internet engine to list a pair of *** *** concert ticketI followed all their rules and listed my tickets, but somehow later the tickets got returned and the company charged me more than $*** for the return items fees, which is totally not acceptable, since the pair of tickets are selling for $***There shall be some discipline on how much they charged, even worse is that my tickets got returned with no reason, but because the buyer did not want them anymore

I purchased tickets off of stub hub, and sold one before the game The two I kept did not work at the gate They claim I am responsible for the 3rd ticket, even though they were fraudulent! This is AFTER telling me during my first calls to the company that I would be refunded IN FULL! I will NEVER go through them again, and do not recommend anyone to, either!

I have been selling *** *** *** tickets on Stubhub for over yearsMore specifically, they were SROs (Standing Room Only) ticketsI have been listing them the same exact way over the past yearsI have clearly presented the information and description of the ticket onto my listingI would also show courtesy by adding a disclosure saying “Standing Room Only”However, Stubhub recently reached out to me and said that a day after buying my tickets, a customer complained that he had no idea my tickets were SROsThis was despite the fact that I put the section (224), and the Row as “SRO” (This was the same exact way the tickets are presented on the *** website)I was told that my ALL of my Standing Room Tickets tickets that were sold are going to be canceled, which is detrimental to my business because it is unlikely I would be able to resell the ticket for anywhere near the price I previously sold them atAt the same time, Stubhub told me that I will be also needing

Stub Hub sold the incorrect seatsThey had the correct section and the correct row but, sold the wrong seats in that rowI tried contacted them numerous times to correct this issue for the buyer because of their errorThey finally contact the buyer the next day and still fail to resolve this issue as they said they need to think about itI do not understand why they would need to think about itThese seats are closer to the aisle and in the same row and section from stub hubs error to begin withI spend a good hours of the next hours trying to resolve this situation for the buyer and Stub Hub shows me zero support even though they made the errorOn one of the calls the customer service rep admits that I deactivated Loge Row 5-seats and left seats 13-available on Monday April 18th for *** playoffs game On another call they told me the name of one of my buyers and the section, row, and seat of the buyer that switched out of my seatsThere was definitely dish

Today I made a mistakeA mistake that cost me $which I attempted to correct within the hour of foolishly making itI purchased tickets for a concert that is listed on the Stubhub website at times their face and available valueI called the stubhub customer service department to be told that it is their policy periodBasically I did a stupid thing in clicking while in a rush finalizing a purchase by mistakeNow what argument can the consumer have when it is clearly stated in the policy that no orders can be cancelled that the consumer may be paying over or under the face value and my agreement to all of this was predetermined by me being on the website and clicking yes to the orderMy argument here is for the consumerStubhub states that the sellers are being protected by this policy of no refunds or cancellationsBut are they the ones being "protected"? As a business when a situation arises that would require special consideration why can you consider the facts and com
