*** *** ** *** *** * received an e-mail from *** stating my ticket sales had been canceled and that my PAYPAL account would be charged $as a result of itOn *** *** ** *** *** I received a bill to my BANK ACCOUNT with the charge of $Apart from the issue that the account that was charged was misrepresented, I was also awarded an overdraft fee as a result of this companies negligence as I did not have sufficient funding for this surprise of a chargeTODAY the 16th of JULY I called customer service complaining of the surprise charge and about the issue with the *** *** mistake they madePrior to explaining my bank account issue the customer service rep, *** advised me she was only able to return 50% of the charge that was given because it was a first time listing and I was not familiar with the company policy and chat service but after explaining the mistake made on their part that resulted in an overdraft fee I was offered an extr

I have been trying to get my refund as promised from Stubhub since*** as promisedSince the purchase was made in *** the card that was used has not expiredI advised the company of this and they told me on several occasions that they can refund it to another card on my account and would have the payment team call me to get my new card informationSo after days of going back and forth with the company I find out that they can only refund the original form of payment in which is not possible from what the supervisor advised me and he would have a check send outHe stated this would take business days in which I thought was unacceptable and it would take two business days just to cut the checkI asked for this to be expedited being that its been over the time I was promised they refund but the supervisor offered nothing and didn't care about how the wrong information the reps gave to me about my refundStubhub never contacted me to let me know it was issue with my refund I

Stub Hub is a house of thieves Attempted to sell tickets through them, found a buyer, buyer downloaded my tickets, Stub Hub sent me an e-mail saying everything is fine, and payment is on the way I go to the show, and check my e-mail several days later to discover they cancelled my order and charged me $ So I lost my tickets, which were used, and they charged me $ All this happened AFTER they sent me an e-mail saying everything is fine

I posted two Rose Bowl tickets for sale on Stubhub on December 29, The event was scheduled to take place on January After listing the tickets on 12/29, Stub Hub forwarded me an overnight labelBecause the holiday weekend was approaching, I called Stubhub and asked the representative to confirm I could overnight my tickets and still have them sold in time for the eventShe hung up and called back, confirming the tickets would get there in time if I used the overnight label it sent meI mailed the tickets using the UPS label PROVIDED BY STUBHUBOn December 31, I tracked my package and learned it still had not been received and was scheduled for delivery on January I contacted Stubhub and asked them to have UPS mail the tickets immediatelyThey refused because it was unlikely to get there anyway (which is probably true but I still would have appreciated a little effort)The rep promised someone would contact me in 24-hours to resolve the issueI gave him my cell phon

I bought MLB baseball tickets through StubHub for a Saturday night gameThe game got rained out and re-scheduled for a Tuesday midday gameIf you buy tickets from the actual baseball team, they will allow you to use your tickets to any regularly scheduled game (not just the rescheduled one)StubHub will only let you re-sell tickets, not apply the money to a different gameSo I am forced to sell tickets I payed a premium Saturday price for, at a Tuesday rateDO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM STUBHUBIf your game gets cancelled, you will be forced to eat the decrease in ticket price! I called their customer service and got zero help (though they did answer the phone which also surprised me)

I feel that the Revdex.com should be investigating the bait tactics of this companyIt seems like they are engaging in the same practices as the hotel industry in that they advertise a ticket price to bring you to the website and then do not disclose the fees until the last screen at checkoutWhen I contacted them they said that there is an option on the first page to see the fees but to the customer this step is not intuitiveWhy is it up to the customer to seek out hidden fees? The company should be forthcoming on the first screenIt is similar to the hotel industry advertising a room rate to lure you to their websiteMy experience is that they advertised a ticket price of *** for a face value seat of ***Then it turns out that after I took the time to fill out all the information, name address credit card it takes you to the check out screen and there was an additional *** in extra fees!!! By the time I realized this the other site that I was looking for tickets on were sold

absolutely awful I sold tickets there (thousands) and I uploaded the wrong tickets by mistake for one event that sold 4/22/ I was not notified until 4/26/(day of event) with a note that I would be charged the full price and a $fee without any chance to upload the correct tickets I lost the sale and got charged a very unreasonable fee There was no explanation of the amount - similar tickets were available for less money on their website

Someone hacked into my Stubhub account and made a large purchaseStubhub does not consider this fraudOn December 25, a purchase was presented to my bank by Stubhub and was paidI was notified by a text alert on December 28, I went to my bank and filed a dispute on December 29, The bank sent the paperwork to Stubhub who responded that the purchase was made online on my account and is not fraudThey do not consider purchases made by friends and/or family to be fraudI did not make the purchaseI did not authorize the purchase and this IS FRAUDThe charge was resubmitted on 02/17/and paid by my bank based on Stubhub's decisionStubhub failed to execute any real form of investigation deciding it had it's money, the purchase made on my account and wasn't fraudIdentity theft and fruad by hackers does exist and both Stubhub and my bank failed to properly investigate my claim

Wrongly charged for replacement ticketsI sold two sets of tickets for the Black Sabbath concert in Hamilton OntarioShortly after the concert I received an email from stub hub stating that there were issues with the buyers not being able to gain entry into the stadiumThe agent I talked with that StubHub told me to trying get a scan report from the stadiumI phoned the stadium and was told there were many issues with tickets that I had sold with my name on them for that concertI phone StubHub again and told him this information the lady I spoke with on the phone said she would look into it and get back to meI waited a number of days for a return phone call which never arrived what did arrive were emails that stated that StubHub had closed this investigation and it was billing me for the sale of the tickets plus a 20% service feeI've sold many tickets on stub hub in the pastI've been charged the 20% service fee plus the cost of tickets in the pastAnd never complained or h

I sold *** football tickets as I have before and for some reason, I could not get the barcodes to uploadI emailed them a picture of the tickets as they asked me to and then they proceeded to not only cancel the sale but also charged me to buy other new tickets for the person that purchased my tickets

I have been selling tickets with Stubhub for four months nowI have sold seven lots of ticketsStubhubs payment terms state 'you will receive payment within working days'I HAVE NEVER received payment within working daysEVERY TIME I have to contact Stubhub and ask where my payment isEVERY TIME I get the same response: not sure why this has happened, please be assured you will recieve your paymentIt is only when I prompt them that I receive paymentSo often payment can take 2-weeks beforeI've been told on two occasions: 'this won't happen again'It hasTheir customer service serve you up meaningless platitudes and attempts to placate youNothing gets done

I purchased tickets to see Jingle Jam for Dec 23rdFor a concert in San DiegoThe show was postponed and it has been almost monthsWhen I called about getting my money back it was recommended that I try to sell the tickets! For a show that is not scheduled? You’ve got to be kidding! There is no sign of the concert being scheduledWhen I called them and asked to speak to a manager I was told, “the managers were not taking calls at that time”, then received an email regarding their attempts to reach me by phoneNo such thing happened, therefore they lied in their emailThe suggestions made do not resolve the issueI Would like my money back without Having to sell tickets to a concert that does not exist at this timeI made a purchase for a foster child and she is no longer with me

Purchased tickets for an event, ticket price includes fees to protect my purchaseBand did not perform and Stub Hub is refusing to refund my money because even wasn't cancelled

My husband just traveled to NY to go to a Bruce Springsteen concert He met his friend, whose child has brain cancer and also traveled to NY for this concert Upon arriving at the theater they were told that other patrons were already in their seats The theater said that StubHub is a terrible company--this happens every single night StubHub couldn't get them tickets and said that there was a disclaimer on the website that even though you have purchased tickets they may not be there They offered to refund the tickets---but nothing about the travel costs Just an email that goes to everyone that says "we're sorry, we know you must be disappointed." How is this possible that they are allowed to sell the same set of tickets multiple times all of the time?

I ordered tickets to a concert taking place in Oshawa, On for October 29, *** on September 2, ***I selected "receive via mobile" on the pre-purchase screen, and the tickets were supposed to then transfer to my *** accountI did not receive themI called StubHub, and they offered me a full reimbursement, plus a $*** discount code for ***rWhen I called they stated that there were no seats left for the show when I purchased the ticketsMy reference number is #***

On Nov 24th, I attended the Guns n Roses concert at the Forum, with a ticket I previously purchased from TicketmasterIn early October, I got scheduled for work that day so I liste the ticket on Stub Hub for saleAfter weeks, I was informed I would not have to work anymore so I decided to take the ticket down from Stub Hub''s site and attend the concertOnce I got to the concert, there was a person in my seat, claiming he bought the ticket on Stub Hub the night beforeTo my dismay, I went to talk to the concierge at the Forum in Los AngelesThey said whatever was showing on their computer was correct, had I sold the ticket, it would have been listed as re-soldNeedless to say it was my seat, they double checked itBy that time, I already missed songs and they finally sat me and moved the guy to another seatAfter I got home that night, I immediately called Stub Hub to close my account (I am afraid it might have been hacked and they have all my bank information!) and I did i

I am trying to list VIP Balcony tickets for the *** *** concert at The *** Ballroom in Milwaukee WI on May 5thThis listing type is not available for this show so I have no way to sell my tickets for what they are worthOther shows at this same venue have the option for VIP balcony tickets so I know it can be doneHowever after attempts of contacting support to have it added I continue to get the same response, that it has been escalatedIt has been escalated for over a month and the concert is now less than one month awayToday after waiting for minutes in a chat que my question was cancled as soon as I got to #as if they read my message just said not today, and booted me

Paid $for tickets and they never showed or gave me a refundHad me hold for an hour*** * the customer service manager was no helpIts sad that you can pay $for concert tickets and not get them

Listed my tickets for sale, received an email confirmation of the listingA couple days later received another email saying my order has been cancelled and a penalty $$ has been charged to my credit cardCalled their CS and they said my tickets were indeed sold, and because I never delivered the tickets, I got penalizedI said, no email notification that the tickets soldThey said I was never supposed to rely on emailsSold tickets in the past, received emails on all stagesBut not this timeReceived email when tickets listed, and the penaltyBut not when they're sold? Come onThey said I was supposed to monitor the Stubhub account and not rely on the emailsAnd this was in the "terms of service"We all know most people don't read *** if this is such an important piece of information, Stubhub should try harder to get this message acrossMake it bold on the seller's portal or somethingIf Stubhub wants to focus on customers having a good experience (both buyers and sellers), they should not tell customers "hey it's in your *** your bad you didn't see it)

We bought tickets through StubHub for the *** * *** tennis tournament held in*** *** for the night session *** *** on *** *** It rained most of the day and the night session was cancelledThe tournament's rainout policy is that if they do not complete at least one of the marque matches for that session, it is a rainout, and the tournament has officially deemed Session as suchThey will issue a replacement to the original ticketholder for the same session to the event in Since we are not the original ticketholder, we should get out money back from StubHubWe've talked to StubHub directly, and their stance is that, since the tournament was completed, we're out of luckThat is unacceptableThe seller is getting a refund from the tournament, so they should give our money back
