Was very difficult deactivating my account! Their website says to contact them, but the chat feature didn't work, there was no email provided and when you call by phone there's no menu option other than selling/buying/current orderI asked where the company was headquartered and I was misinformed that it was in Salt Lake City, not San FranciscoThey seem like a shady company, and they more then gouged me on the ticket price

In May my *** ** son purchased tickets to an Ed Sheeran concert in *** ** at *** Stadium on Saturday, November 10th for he and his wife as a special birthday gift to her from StubHubOn the morning of the Saturday concert on November 10th, just before driving to ***, he jumped online just to find out who the opening act would be (out of curiosity), and only then did he learn that the concert date had been changed, and it had been the night before, Friday, November 9th HE WAS NEVER ALERTED TO THE CHANGE BY STUBHUB AT ALL!!!
When he contacted StubHub to request a refund for the concert tickets, he was told that it was his own fault that he had not found information about the change of dates on social mediaI was absolutely astounded that a company could be getting away with such poor customer service and show such a huge lack of responsibility for something they should clearly be responsible for If I purchase a ticket from them, they should be the ones with the responsibility of letting me know if dates or venues change They had his phone number and email address!
DO NOT BUY ANY TICKETS FROM StubHub...there are many companies much better than StubHub for your entertainment tickets!!!
