This website is very deceptive!!! My first ever experience with them was awfulI purchased two tickets to Phantom of the Opera, Atlanta, GA, in the morning of Saturday for same day night showI bought two tickets for the price of $plus $fee each for main floor seats and thought this was the cost of not bad seats (as it has been in the past for the similar event)I did not know beforehand that StubHub does not regulate or control prices hikes on part of their sellersSo when I printed the tickets out, I saw that the actual cost of the ticket was only $This is an outrageous mark up!! This level of mark up is totally criminal/illegal against state lawI don't mind paying more than the ticket price for good seats, but the two seats were at very first front view and very far leftWe couldn't see any anythingWhen I contacted the company to both complain and ask for an explanation and a solution, we got nothing more than "I'm sorry" and "that's just how we do business." type answersThey definitely do not care buyer's interest and rightsThere is no disclosure on how much the seller selling above the face value of a ticketAnd point to the wrong section of the theater for rough locations of the seatsThey definitely lose my businessStay away from this company, don't buy tickets without knowing what you will get and how much more you will pay more than the face value of ticketsThey are allowing and supporting sellers to do illegal thingsProtect your wallets and rights to know what you are paying for, never risk your wallet and joys of life to the business who allows seller to rip you off

I purchased event tickets from Stubhub.com on the evening of May 6, The transaction was complete, and my forms of payment were accepted, as evidenced by an email I received from Stubhub.com immediately thereafterSimultaneously, I received a second email from Stubhub.com, informing me that the sale was cancelled, my account was locked, and the tickets I had purchased had been released for sale to someone elseThrough their chat function, I asked their agent what had happenedThe agent could only confirm that my account indeed had been locked, the tickets released, and that I would be contacted by their security team in 24-hoursOne of my two forms of payment was a gift card, which had been purchased through a reputable 3rd party sellerI followed the instructions on the stubhub.com site, and the payment was properly credited to my account for this purchaseI paid the remainder of the purchase price with a credit card in my nameAs of now, I have no tickets, Stubhub has

Just bought tickets realized I made a mistake on dates called within minutes of mistake and they told I'm an owner of the tickets but they'll relist them and then advised for me to sell them for about 40% of what I paid for them.......Have a son who loves baseball just got back to the states from doing a tour in Iraq and will be home Friday for a week leave and wanted to go to Sundays game but I bought the tickets to Thursday's gameThis was my 1st attempt to use this provider for tickets and not a very satisfied customer to say the least!!!!

My husband just traveled to NY to go to a Bruce Springsteen concert He met his friend, whose child has brain cancer and also traveled to NY for this concert Upon arriving at the theater they were told that other patrons were already in their seats The theater said that StubHub is a terrible company--this happens every single night StubHub couldn't get them tickets and said that there was a disclaimer on the website that even though you have purchased tickets they may not be there They offered to refund the tickets---but nothing about the travel costs Just an email that goes to everyone that says "we're sorry, we know you must be disappointed." How is this possible that they are allowed to sell the same set of tickets multiple times all of the time?

I ordered tickets to a concert taking place in Oshawa, On for October 29, *** on September 2, ***I selected "receive via mobile" on the pre-purchase screen, and the tickets were supposed to then transfer to my *** accountI did not receive themI called StubHub, and they offered me a full reimbursement, plus a $*** discount code for ***rWhen I called they stated that there were no seats left for the show when I purchased the ticketsMy reference number is #***

I attempted to use the Stub Hub website o 5/for the first time to sell ticketsI created an account on 5/9, attached my *** information and I listed my tickets for sale and indicated that I had the tickets in hand, so that whoever was going to buy them knew that I had them and could transfer them immediatelyI received two emails that day - 5/- indicating that my account was set up and my listing was set up (***)On 5/10, I checked my email to see if the tickets had soldI had no messages, so I was a little disappointed, but I figured I'd check again on 5/That morning, I noticed that late in the evening, I received an email that my ticket sale was cancelledI was confused because I didn't receive notification that any sale had occurredI checked my email, my junk mail and my trash, and there were no sale related emailsI can prove this by sending you screenshots and full access to my gmail accountI thought that perhaps the person who had supposedly purchase

I sold some tickets on stubhub and was told that they must be shipped through UPS within hoursin order to make the deadline I had to use the UPS Drop box because by the time I got off work the UPS Store was already closedso I had the tickets in UPS' possesion hours before the deadlinebut later I came to find out by the time UPS emptied the Drop box it would make the shipping date a day later than the deadline.I explained to stubhub the situation, I told them if I waited until UPS opened the next morning I would still be late, all they had to say was that I should have found a store that was openAlso the buyer who purchased the tickets would have still received the tickets days before the event so it didn't impact there situation at allStub hub charged me $and said they would have to reroute my tickets back to meafter they contacted UPS and got everything rerouted I received the tickets after the date of the eventSo when everything was all said and done Stubhub charged me $325, I lost the original amount that I paid for the tickets, and the tickets were wasted, and I followed there shipping instruction exactly as they stated in the confirmation emailIf they don't want you to use the UPS drop box, then they should tell you thatI recommend that you do not use stubhub to resell tickets, because you never know what fee they might charge you

I purchased tickets for $1,to the *** *** ** *** *** at the *** *** *** *** on January 12, When I arrived to sit in my seats, someone was sitting in our seats with the same exact tickets purchased from Stub HubInitial On-site staff informed that this happens all the time with Stub Hub and that it is 'First ComeFirst Serve.", so since the other ticket holder arrived first...the seats were hisI stood in the aisle and was repeatedly harassed by both fans for obstructing their view and ** *** staff for standing in the aisleThe next two staff members told me the same thing the prior one informed meThen I was then told by a staff member that I needed to go to the *** *** office at *** **I told them that I would not go without the other ticket holder, but the ticket holder repeatedly refused to accompany me to *** ** and the staff refused to do anything about itIt wasn't until the 5th staff member, a retired police office, i

Paid $for tickets and they never showed or gave me a refundHad me hold for an hour*** * the customer service manager was no helpIts sad that you can pay $for concert tickets and not get them

I bought tickets via Stubhub for a concert in February (I was the buyer originally), I was not able to go so I resold them (as the seller)The individuals who bought the tickets from me, that I bought on Stubhub, claimed the tickets did not workFirst and far-most, in my opinion, their business model is the most unprofessional I have ever come across in my lifetimeWhen you sell tickets via Stubhub, you agree to their terms and conditionsInside that contact you agree that if there is any problem with your ticket transaction (even if someone lies and claims they do not work) it falls on the seller, not the buyerFor example, when I sold tickets, not only did they retract the amount of money I sold the tickets for, but they also installed feesThese fees they charge are due to the "work and troubles" their business faces when having to work out this investigation, which brings me to my next partYou also agree in the terms and conditions after selling these tickets that you lead

I listed two concert tickets on the StubHub websiteThe tickets were for seats that were not togetherWhen I posted the tickets, I listed the seat numbers, in order to ensure that the purchaser would know the seats were not togetherStubHub's website allowed me to list these two tickets, that were not seated togetherThe tickets were sold to a person who was informed that the seats were not together, however, I received an email from StubHub stating that I would need to pay a 40% fee because the seats were not together

I sold tickets on StubHub weeks agoTheir terms and conditions state I will be paid via PayPal within days of receipt of the tickets by StubHubI have contacted StubHub times in the last week and have been told a special department has to reach out to me and they will do so within 24-hoursIt has been weeks and no one has contacted me and I have not been paidI cannot get any one in customer service to put me in contact with this deptAll I hear is that someone will reach out to meStubHub has committed a felony according to the State of California by taking my $2,worth of tickets on the pretense that they will pay me for them and not paying me for them

We bought tickets through StubHub for the *** * *** tennis tournament held in*** *** for the night session *** *** on *** *** It rained most of the day and the night session was cancelledThe tournament's rainout policy is that if they do not complete at least one of the marque matches for that session, it is a rainout, and the tournament has officially deemed Session as suchThey will issue a replacement to the original ticketholder for the same session to the event in Since we are not the original ticketholder, we should get out money back from StubHubWe've talked to StubHub directly, and their stance is that, since the tournament was completed, we're out of luckThat is unacceptableThe seller is getting a refund from the tournament, so they should give our money back

Listed my tickets for sale, received an email confirmation of the listingA couple days later received another email saying my order has been cancelled and a penalty $$ has been charged to my credit cardCalled their CS and they said my tickets were indeed sold, and because I never delivered the tickets, I got penalizedI said, no email notification that the tickets soldThey said I was never supposed to rely on emailsSold tickets in the past, received emails on all stagesBut not this timeReceived email when tickets listed, and the penaltyBut not when they're sold? Come onThey said I was supposed to monitor the Stubhub account and not rely on the emailsAnd this was in the "terms of service"We all know most people don't read *** if this is such an important piece of information, Stubhub should try harder to get this message acrossMake it bold on the seller's portal or somethingIf Stubhub wants to focus on customers having a good experience (both buyers and sellers), they should not tell customers "hey it's in your *** your bad you didn't see it)

When buying NFL tickets, fees went up about $per ticket in the middle of the process with no explanation I talked to a representative on the phone and they could not track the process Instead they had completely different ticket price numbers from what I had--this all confused the situationThese tickets were very expensive and the fees high as well--should have better service and a more stream-lined system

I am trying to list VIP Balcony tickets for the *** *** concert at The *** Ballroom in Milwaukee WI on May 5thThis listing type is not available for this show so I have no way to sell my tickets for what they are worthOther shows at this same venue have the option for VIP balcony tickets so I know it can be doneHowever after attempts of contacting support to have it added I continue to get the same response, that it has been escalatedIt has been escalated for over a month and the concert is now less than one month awayToday after waiting for minutes in a chat que my question was cancled as soon as I got to #as if they read my message just said not today, and booted me

My account with StubHub was hacked and used to make purchasesI submitted a claim with StubHub to restore my account which they neglected to act onI got another notification that the hacker had updated some information on my account and the number provided for resolution requires a purchase to talk to an agentThis is completely unacceptableI need my account deleted immediately to avoid future hacks

StubHub treats their sellers like garbageThey will send out an email saying that there was an error with your sale and not to send the ticketsThen they will bill you for not sending the tickets, that you never got paid for because they cancelled the saleWhen you approach their customer service they'll tell you that your account is deactivated and disconnect you with no resolutionSo customer service for a ticket seller is Zero

I had a great experience Very easy!

I bought tickets to a soccer game from StubhubA few weeks later, I found out that the game was not allowing visitorsHistorically, in ***, if a supporter of a rival team is present at a game where only one team is allowed to be supported, there has been serious violence and even deathTherefore, as soon as I found out, I asked for a refundStubhub's buyer safety guarantee says that a seller will not receive payment until after the eventHowever, they refused to give me a refund and instead told me to relist the ticketsI did soThree hours before the match, they told me that the tickets didn't sell and that they would deliver them to my houseHowever, I lived hours away from the stadium, and I had no way of knowing if the tickets would get to me in timeSo I called them to have someone help me with the problemThey told me to leave a number and that they would call me back soonI didn't receive any calls, so I emailed them, and they said that they couldn't get throu
