I purchased *** *** tickets for her performance in *** ***She has permanently postponed her show to start a familyShe is now pregnant and all other companies have issued refunds except stub hubThe tour has been cancelled and there are no dates for any shows anywhereThey will not issue me a refund for the tickets and show that will never happen

I have sold tickets on StubHub I had never before purchased tickets until last Saturday while in StLouis When I got home to Wisconsin and printed my receipt I was astonished to receive a statement which did not itemize the specific charges which resulted in the total billed to my credit card How can that be legal? I purchased tickets at $each I was billed $ When I contacted StubHub, I was told that there was a "buying charge" of and a "billing charge" of $ Appalling!! I acknowledge that they can charge whatever the market will bear, but I firmly believe that they must itemize those charges on a customer's statement What are the laws pertaining to this flagrant disservice to the customer I guarantee you I shall never purchase tickets from StubHub again!

I would highly recommend using another avenue for buying and selling ticketsThis company is a joke and not forgiving in the lest bitMistakes happen, i.e wrong date, row, sectionThis doesn't change the ticket worth and ability to be usedA simple email to the buyer to explain the issue with an option to still purchase the ticket would sufficeBut Stubhub has first and foremost outrageous fees, and then if by chance there is an error there is an additional %of list price penalty incurredPlease don't use this serviceThere are many, many more services available

I recently purchased two concerts tickets for the *** *** *** *** upon arriving to the concert, Stubhub resold the tickets to someoneThe solution from Stubhub was me to repurchase tickets at the location and file a claim for a refundI had to purchase two additional tickets for a much higher price and felt that Stubhub did not attempt to resolve my issue as it was nothing they could doIn the meantime, I missed the OJays performanceAt least Stubhub should have compensated me for missing have of the concert and the additional plus dollars I was out of because of their negligenceAfter numerous attempt I finally received a check from Stubhub for the purchase amount

These guys are basically scalpers
When you order tickets through their website or call them on the phone, they will take your money and then call you the next day to tell you that there has been a mistake and change your seats to less desirable ones This happened to us when we bought Hamilton Tickets for the Boston tour We paid over $for tickets and the next day they called to tell us our seats will actually be rows back Not too bad, but then the very next day they called us again and said oops!they made another mistake and that now they would have to move us back more rows!! I have never experienced anything like this before We said ok because we didn't feel like we had a choice The next day we got nervous that they would just keep calling us to move the seats further back as we got closer to the show date we didn't trust them at this point, so we called Stub Hub to say that we thought it would be best if we got a refund as they had called us twice before to move our seats They said that they could give us a refund When we asked if we could possibly get another call from them to move our seats back again, they said that it could happen again!! Bait and switch is what you'll get if you use Stub Hubdo NOT ever use themThey show you a good price for decent seats to get you to pull out your credit card and ten they switch you to seats you would never have chosen This seems unfair to say the least They are NOT trustworthy and customer service is terrible!! They do NOT care about their customersthey care more about the original scalpers who have originally sold them the tickets that they're trying to to sell you!! Just got royally screwed by StubHub After buying tickets on StubHub for over $to a concert in Charlotte, we showed up with our guests and were informed that the tickets were not good The "instant" number that StubHub provides to address such issues on-site gave us a message that our call would be answered in minutes The ticket office at the venue informed us that the person who originally purchased the tickets prior to re-selling them on StubHub had already sold them to someone else prior to our purchase REALLY??? Hard to describe how frustrating and embarrassing the experience was for us We're waiting to hear from StubHub, but it would take a miracle for them to "make right" We won't ever use them again Warning to anyone who chooses to do so

I purchased tickets at a $premium from StubHub for a College Baseball game The tickets were advertised as General Admission but had a Row and Seat number when I hovered the cursor over the section When the tickets arrived in my Flash Seats account it said SRO (Standing Room Only) I called Stubhub and they told me that the row and seat number are put on the tickets just to monitor total number of tickets sold I complained and the this was deceptive and that I would report them I did go to the game and standing room only sections you could not even see the field and it was deep We left before the first inning was over I was cheated and deceived by StubHub and will never buy tickets from the sight againStubhub said they would have a manager call me back at a specific time the following day of purchase and nobody ever called
