I recently purchased tickets for an event to *** *** ** *** *** *** The tickets were listed for *** *** *** *** + General AdmissionCome to find out that Stubhub tricks their users into believing that this ticket includes general admission, when in fact you'll get to the event and not even be able to get inI spoke with a representative and supervisor about this miscommunication and they were unable to do ANYTHINGThis is so wrong when Stubhub is at fault for misleading their customersIf a listing says General Admission, an average person is going to believe that they should be able to get into the eventNow I am out $with VIP passes that I can't even use because I can't get into the eventI'm sick of companies like this intentionally misleading their customers, when they say that customers are their priority
