I sold * *** *** *** *** on Stub Hub that have a value of $To date, Stub Hub has not sent the money direct deposit to my checking accountI called them once and got, in my opinion, a run around about this matter

I'm not sure if my experience is typical, but I will never do business with StubHub againOn Dec 4, I listed (8) tickets for a *** ** *** show in *** *** Each ticket was purchased for $each, so we're talking about a significant amount of money ($1136) I got an email confirmation that my tickets were listed and I confirmed the listing on the StubHub site several times On December 20, I went on to the StubHub site and my listing no longer appeared I tried to logon to my account and couldn't, so I called StubHub Customer Service Customer Service told me that my account was locked out because of "an issue with my financial institution" I told them if this was the case why did you not contact me The agent said, "I'm sorry sir, I do not know why" When I asked what financial institution they were referring to, they told me, "I'm sorry sir, all I can say is you need to contact your financial institution" Mind you, I am SELLING tickets, not buying them In any case, this is all they would tell me and they also said there was no "escalation process" for complaints Apparently, the Revdex.com is their escalation processI have just finished listing the tickets with *** -- I'm hoping that StubHub's incompetence and arrogance did not cost me $

Attempted to cancel an order within minutes of purchaseStubhub refused to issue a refund due to their business processTalked with Customer Service Manager and was repeatedly told there was nothing they could do

Please think twice before you sell tickets with StubHub!! My mother fell ill on the day of an event that she was attending and asked if I could help sell her ticketsI put her tickets up on StubHub with an option to mobile upload themThe instructions tell you to capture a photo of the entire ticket and then upload them directly on the site , which is what I didThe site said the tickets uploaded successfullyWithin minutes I received an e-mail that my tickets were soldI called StubHub customer care directly to be sure that the tickets uploaded properly and were going to be valid for useI was told that the mobile upload option doesn't work like that (even though the site clearly gave me instructions and allowed me to upload the tickets)So I told the representative to cancel the transaction because I only have hard copies of the ticketsI asked what my options were and she said that I could try taking them to will call but they needed to contact the buyer first to get appr

I ordered tickets from STUB Hub $*** **They were never deliveredCalled company and asked if the tickets could be reprintedStated that they would find outCalled several times after to cancel order completely

Throughout the entire checkout process it showed for my total, until I clicked submit, and my order*** was processed, then it showed over $being chargedI contacted them immediately and they did nothing to try to rectify the situation, would not cancel, and were not friendlyThey threatened to cancel my account and ban me from using their services, which is no great lossI will not ever use their service again, and will do my part to make sure no one else does either

Stub Hub took $*** from our bank account for a purchase that we never made or authorizedThey have no explanation as to why and no urgency to correct the situationThis is stealing and may cause penalty fees to our bank account which they say they will not reimburse and we feel this is wrong

I attempted to purchase tickets with Stubhub on Wed 9/7/** for a *** vs *** NFL football game for Thursday September 8, *** at *** *** *** in ***, **I choose seats for this game for my husband and I, totaling $*** and went though all the steps to complete purchaseAfter hitting submit for the purchase, a screen immediately popped up saying these seats were no longer availableThere was never a screen that popped up indicating that I had successfully purchased those ticketsOn the screen that immediately followed the attempted purchase, (the same screen that said the tickets were no longer available), there was only one option and that was to return to previous ticket search pageI presumed this meant that someone else purchased these specific seats while I was going through the processI did not have additional search screens open and was not looking on multiple windows or distracted in anyway during this timeI never received any confirmation of purch

I sell tickets via StubhubI buy tickets directly from vendors like *** *** *** and resell via *** I bought tickets for an event *** *** *** *** event date June 24, at *** *** *** *** directly from *** in March and May and I sold those tickets via Stubhub*** cancelled my tickets last minute without any notificationsThis resulted in fans not allowed into venue and resulting "Denied Entry claims" by buyers who bought tickets via Stubhub sold by meStubhub is charging more than 100% penalty fee as punitive charges which is extremely highIt is not disclosed with proof how much compensation was actually payed out to affected buyers by StubhubFor Stubhub order number *** my payout amount was $and Stubhub is charging me a total of $which includes punitive penalty fee of $As you can see penalty fee is % the amount of my payoutThis kind of charges are part of unethical business practices that big corporatio

So the story starts like thisI had purchased concert tickets for a PINK concert from a vendor called Vivid SeatsThose tickets were for GA-PIT seats for the PINK concert on March 15th in Kansas CityI received those tickets via electronically from Vivid Seats before the concertAbout a week or two before the concert I found out that I was unable to attend the concert so I opted to resell the tickets on STUBHUBI listed the tickets as GA-PIT and they soldOnce I received the tickets from Vivid Seats I then listed the barcodes for them to STUBHUB to finalize the transaction of the sold ticketsAt that point, STUBHUB informed me that the barcodes I sent them was coming up in their system under a different section, section However, the tickets were for PIT and stated PIT per the electronic ticketThey requested I send them the tickets physically, which I did for their reviewThey agreed that the tickets were for PIT but for some reason barcode wise kept coming up under a dif

I had trouble uploading the barcodes and then it went on to let someone purchase my ***-*** tickets for $** eachI called to ask them to fix their mistake and all they could say was "Sorry"If the site malfunctioned, there was no reason to not make a change in the orderIt was a maximum of seconds after "You've sold the tickets" to me calling about fixing the problemIf I wanted to dispute it they'd charge me 40% of the price plus what it costs to buy new tickets "promised" to the buyerAll said was sorry

Tickets were purchased for the *** *** concert on Nov 19, ***The concert started minutes late*** *** played songs then went on a extended rant before ending the showStubhub refuses to give refunds to a show that everyone was displeased in, this is a major media eventThis is what StubHubs live customer service chat had to say about my issue: *** *.: Per our Fan Protect Guarantee, if a show or event is cancelled and not rescheduled we will be issuing the refundPlease give us some time to get this worked out and we will email you an update for sureThe stubhub twitter says otherise, there is conflicting answers

We purchased two tickets from Stubhub to *** *** ** *** *** for a show on *** *** *** We were told that we had seats in *** *** *** ** *** ** *** **I downloaded both tickets from the appHowever, when we went to go in, one of the tickets worked (seat 13) and the other came back as declined (seat 12)The attendant tried seat multiple times -- along with seat to see if something was not working -- however seat kept showing up as declinedThe box office supervisor came over and tried to scan seat in as well -- it kept registering as invalidIn other words,, four people (me, my wife, the original ticket handler, and the box office supervisor) all checked the tickets to ensure that we had tickets for seats and and were witness to the fact that seat was ringing up as invalidWe tried calling Stubhub's help line but it was closedI then tried contacting them via chat and that was simply not workingwe had to basically beg the box office people to l

Worst customer service I have ever experiencedI was speaking with a supervisor named *** ** in the Carribeans who disconnected our call by saying "have a nice day" while I was in the middle of speakingI will never use StubHub again and am so disappointed in this terrible customer service

I am a *** season ticket holder for the past years, and was in the same section last year (section 107)Last year the section was labeled as "Lower Level Baseline", and this year the section is labeled as "Baseline"This I realized gives all tickets being resold on this site the "worst value rating" because there is no prior years data to compare it to (since the "baseline" section didn't existThis does not only affect meIt affects many hundreds of people selling tickets in these sectionsWe are not getting the same opportunity to sell these seats based on their value ratingI called them to inform them of the issue, and explained that they are losing thousands of dollars as wellThey proceeded to give me the worst customer service I have ever experiencedThey told me the issue was my fault, and that I couldn't get a resolutionWhen I saw that it was an ongoing issue, I called againThey seemed to understand the issue and said they couldn't do anything about it, then pr

I paid over $for tickets and company delivered fraudulent tickets- Just sent screen shots instead of tickets and advised me to use and if they work as I told the company they’re fraudThey said I have try - It was not even mins an they wouldn’t give me what I paid for - it’s clear case of Fraud You can pull the calls I had with *** *** *** - Who also lied to me that no supervisor was a available to talk & nothing can be doneI have complained to my Credit Card Company & filed a dispute - There have been numerous cases StuBHUB providing Fake Tickets I read onlinePlease help me

I purchased two tickets on 3/11/*** through their siteAfter going through the checkout process I had read that the seats for handicap patrons onlyI immediately called their customer support five minutes after selecting order approval to reverse itI was advised that nothing could possibly be done even though a few minutes had passed since the purchaseI made it clear that it is not right to prohibit same day cancellation and I will file a dispute with my bankThe company representative advised that was an option but my account would be locked for a period of a monthI filed the dispute and it was denied by their company so funds were than deducted from my account by this company on 4/11/***I tried multiple times to get into my account since it been a "month" and was deniedOn 5/10/*** I contacted another representative from their company about the issue and was told that a specific department would have to get back to me in order to activate my accountI provided my phon

This website is very deceptive!!! Buyer BEWARE!! It is highly recommended that you purchase your event tickets elsewhere, such as *** *** *** *** *** *** ***We purchased tickets to an Alter Bridge concert here in Seattle, we were super excited and thought that this was a sold out show (which it was not)We saw the price of $a ticket for main floor seats and purchased them thinking, this was the cost of the seat (as it has been in the past for this event)Now unfortunately, we did not know that *** does not regulate or control prices hikes on part of their sellersSo when we printed the tickets out, we saw that the actual cost of the ticket was $29.50, with a $venue feeThis is an outrageous mark up!! I don't mind paying more than the ticket price for a sold out show, but this level of mark up is criminal and was allowed by ***When we contacted the company to both complain and ask for an explanation and a solution, we got nothing more than "I'm sorry" and "that's just how we do business." type answersThey are definitely not winning customer service of the year awardsLong story short, stay away from ***, protect your wallets and go somewhere else that won't allow their sellers to rip you off

Being a first time seller on StubHub, I inadvertently uploaded the wrong tickets within a sale and was charged the $*** for the price of the tickets and a penalty fee of $***, totaling $*** being debited from my accountThere should be a system in place that prevents the uploading of duplicate tickets to protect the seller and the consumerInstead, there is no such system and people could buy duplicate tickets without knowing, arrive to the venue and not be admitted insideIf StubHub had screened the uploading of tickets, I would have easily noticed my error and corrected it immediatelyDue to this, four people were unable to attend a concert and I'm left being charged $***

As a seller, you're at risk of being taken advantage of and getting charged your ticket amount + a penalty feeDespite sending them the original tickets, receipts, and email confirmations that show my valid purchase for Afropunk Music Festival, StubHub claims that without a ticket scan report from the venue - they will assume the tickets are invalidAnd because *** *** and *** *** *** ** *** won't respond to requests for the ticket scan reports for the venue - I am now being chargedAs a seller, think twice before using StubhubTheir policies assume you are responsible for holding the organizers and ticket distributors accountableYou are presumed guilty before proven innocent - even if you share your good faith attempts at contacting organizers and it's not your fault if they don't respondAll of this, by the way, despite actually being able to provide valid proof of your ticket's validity via the original tickets and receiptsI didn't think to check up on Stubhub before using them - I hope this helps someone else avoid a costly and frustrating mistake
