Sold tickets that did not exist and was never told there was an issue until hrs after I was to be able to print the ticketsI had to contact themAfter being told by the robot that the phone wait was over mins I did the online chat and was told the tickets did not exist and that they would find tickets under their warranty as a replacementWe were not offered what their warranty stated and was not given a proper refundAfter it was apparent that I was not getting any where on the refund the agent said I was taking too long to respond and ended the chatit was very abrupt and the only delay was me waiting on her to finish typing since it said "Agent Responding"After calling and spending over an hour on the phone and arguing the warranty and explaining that I did not get a comparable ticket or refund, I got no whereI was repeated put on hold so she could run this past her "team" and not progress was madeWhat is a warranty worth if you don't honor it over $plus taxes and feesToo many other business now that are clearance houses for tickets to have to deal with one as careless about service as this

Just have had a horrid Customer Service Experience with Stub HubBecause of a cancelled football game (because of hurricane), Stub Hub cancelled my sale and needed to collect back from me the proceeds I received from that sale That part is fineI called and gave them the needed information to charge my credit card They took my information, but failed to actually process the chargeThen a few weeks later they started with harassment techniques Within a hours stretch, I received emails and a phone call (all of this for a fairly small amount of money and for payment information that I had given to them several weeks earlier)Within minutes after the first of the emails, I again called Stub Hub to ensure they had the needed information, but that did not stop the relentless stream of emails, two of which misrepresented the facts (they stated that "They had not heard from me...") and threatening to turn my matter over to a third party for collectionTheir one published phone number provides no avenue to Customer Service And when requested to go to Customer Service, I was told that Customer Service was "too busy" to speak with customersFor Buying and Selling tickets, it works fine For Customer Service and even someone pretending to care about their customers, Stub Hub does not care

I purchased tickets for an eventI paid almost dollars for these ticketsThe event was “postponed” and still no idea of it being rescheduledStubhub states they guarantee their tickets but they will not give a refund unless rescheduledThis means the event will remain postponed while Stubhub and seller pockets it and leaves you with no tickets or moneyStubhub will not give out seller info to protect them and the buyer is left out of moneyStubhub should not promise to cover tickets then try to slither their way out of it by not trying to at least get these events rescheduledIt is advertising at its best

BEWARE - I bought tickets in April, never physically received them but was charged for them, was told (by StubHub) I'll receive them via *** before concert date (March 2019)Last week, I decided to sell them (family emergency), via StubHub-they sold, never paid, 1st told (by StubHub) there was a *** tracking issue with original tickets, few days later told (by StubHub) that the rep made a mistake, I wont be paid until I receive the tickets (by March 2019), now the tickets and my money are in StubHub limbo! I got nothing, StubHub doesn't care!

Purchased tickets online, went to pick them up, received them with the wrong time and requested my money back was denied a refund while the website said 100% money back guaranteeI called the corporate office number listed on the site and received worst customer service I've ever had in lifeI purchased tickets for a 7pm show online and I have screen shots and was given tickets for a 3pm show and instead returning my money or giving me 7pm tickets I was told basically told there was nothing this company couldWhat bothered me most, was standing there at 6:50pm the day of the show being given 3pm tickets! I am 100% sure I brought 7pm ticket because I have coupons that are only available for the 7pm show, smhI feel silly even having to explain why I know I brought 7pm tickets I spoke with a representative, a supervisor and manager and the demeanor of the conversation was extremely rude and he sounded so uninterested in what I had to sayBottom line, I trusted a site based off word of mouth and had my money stolen and my children and I were waiting in the cold while I had to figure out what was going onLong story short, I had to pay TWICEFor the same ticketCustomer service is EVERYTHING and I believe my situation could've been handled a lot better than telling me " oh well"I will not be using stub hub EVER again and I'll be sure to use the same "word of mouth" and save someone else that risk of losing hard earned money

I was charged for a purchase that I did not authorize The company will not refund my money
I was charged $for a purchase that I did not make on 2/7/ I immediately contacted Stubhub when PayPal notified me of the purchase, about minutes after the actual purchase on the Stubhub site The company refused to refund my money I expect that I will be refunded the amount in full

I purchased tickets months before the concert, I was told the tickets were delivered but I did not receive themThey were sent via mail and put in my mailboxMy mail unfortunately often ends up in a neighbors mailbox, this is not a safe way to deliver expensive ticketsI called Stub Hub and was told the seller could not have the tickets reprinted, this seemed very suspicious to me, why would you not be able to have the tickets reprinted unless they were obtained in a strange way???? I had no re-courseSo first I would not purchase tickets from these peopleIf you want to go ahead and purchase anyway make sure you have them sent certified or return receipt where a signature is requiredAlso, I would make sure they can be reprinted

I listed concert tickets that I had originally bought from Ticketmaster on this siteThe PDF version of the tickets was not immediately available and wouldn't be until days before said concertI had to list this specific date on stubhub before being able to lost the tickets for saleThe concert was in September and my tickets sold via an outside source in AugustI immediately logged in to stubhub to delete the listing only to find that when I followed the FAQ directions directly from*** my only option was to upload the PDF of the tickets or edit the details like section and rowI did NOT have the option to delete or deactivateLet me be clear, this was by clicking on Listings, and utilizing the drop down arrowIn a very unfortunate timing issue, this was right in the middle of* *** *** *** *** I tried calling for over an hour and could not get through to an agentI was also on the chat feature and it kept saying *searching* an agent will be with

This complaint is about a business practice by StubHub that I believe to be unethical at best, unlawful at worstStubHub is charging exorbitant penalty fees to Sellers who inadvertently make mistakes with their ticket sales listingsThe punishment *** *** *** *** *** doesn't seem to fit the crime and StubHub is making millions off of every day people who can't afford the feesThis is essentially the equivalent to a realtor charging a Seller thousands of dollars after they realized the square footage in their listing was incorrectHere's an example of my experience: I recently tried to sell tickets to a sporting event on StubHubI accidentally posted my quantity as tickets, when in reality, I only had ticketsIt was an honest mistakeI didn't realize my error until my tickets had soldUpon realizing my error, I immediately contacted StubHub via phone and spoke to an agentThe agent informed me that StubHub would contact the buyer and give them options: (

We purchased tickets from Stubhub for a football game The tickets we fairly pricey for the game we were buying for, but the "view" on the website appeared to be great seats However, when we got there, not only was the view that was shown on the site - not the view we got but we could not see the game at all! The seats were literally below the field, behind bushes We contacted Stubhub about this issue but they had no concern that they were selling tickets that we not "advertised" correctly The customer service was horrible! Think twice before buying anything from Stubhub, you do not know what you will get and customer service does not exist with this company!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITHThey have the worst customer service out thereI recently bought a parking pass for a 49ers game from them and they delivered the wrong pass and then refused to give me a refundWhen I called my credit card company for a chargeback, they deactivated my account saying I had to drop the request or I would be deactivated foreverNice customer service Stubhub!! F-

I purchased tickets from StubHub and got the order confirmationA day later I get and email stating my order didn't go throughI called in and the CS Repasked me for my information and sent me the wrong tickets (nose beeders) and will not give me the tickets I pruchasedthis is no way to do businessI will never do business with STUBHUB AGAIN

On *** ** *** I bought *** *** tickets for Oct The price said $each ticket before I clicked buyUntil recently you did not know how much you were paying until you clicked buyThe total price after I bought was $I knew there were extra charges but I didn't it would be that muchI've done a lot of business with stubhubThis is the first year you didn't know how much you were paying until you click buyThat has been fixed just recentlyI also had to pay a delivery chargeThe tickets I bought were coming FedExMy friend did not want to pay that muchI've tried to get someone else to goNo one wants to goI wanted to sell ticketsI usually enter barcodes & that's itIt wouldn't go throughCalled stubhub, they said to e-mail stubhub & get confirmation to list electronicallyI did this, they responded & wont let meI feel this is keeping my tickets from sellingThe cut off date is *** *** A lot of people buy their tickets at

StubHub routinely advertises sports ticket prices at attractive, affordable levels, and then bills at a considerably higher premiumFor example, I purchased what were advertised at $basketball tickets and then was billed at $higher than thisI consider this gross misrepresentation and advertisingHad I known the true price of the tickets I would have purchased less expensive seatsSince I have already mentioned the seats to my family, I feel that I should not cancel, but I request that StubHub refund the price difference

Purchased tickets for 8/9/Metallica concert in SeattleWhen we went to have our tickets scanned we were informed that our tickets had been refunded to the original purchaser and the the original purchaser resold fraudulent tickets well over plus times ON STUBHUBI'm failing to understand how stubhub was not able to catch that these tickets were being sold multiple times, with the same exact seat locationOver half of our family was in the venue while of us had to scramble to get new ticketsA concert like this is planned for months with much anticipation and excitementMy family planned this event with generations involved because its tradition to see Metallica as a familyYet, when this occurs it causes that excitement to endStubhub needs to discover a better system to fix this problem

Hey guys, I am simply trying to list my season tickets in bulk for the upcoming MLB *** SeasonStubhub offers the option to list in bulk but it doesn't seem to workI tried live chat twice and they really have no ideaBelow is a pasted copy of the second conversationI want to note that I am not trying to get the live chat person in trouble as I believe she did everything she could, however the infrastructure of the support system is dysfunctional in my opinionThis issue I ran into last year as well and it's absolutely painstaking to have to list games individuallyI have tried multiple browsers regarding the bulk listingsAll I get is an error "There was a problem, please try again." One of the live chats suggested I clear cookies and such and try in multiples of I tried that and I got one step furtherI could price the tickets for the listing of 20, however, when I tried to create said listing, all that happened was the page refreshedLive chat's only suggestion was

This complaint is in reference to StubHub Order #*** in which I am the seller of concert ticketsI first listed two tickets on StubHub for sale on April 15, ***The listing ID was ***, and the date of the event was 6/10/**I listed the "tickets in-hand date" as 5/13/** because that is when I was supposed to receive the tickets by from ***The tickets were sold on StubHub the following day on April **, ***May 13, *** arrived and I still had not received my tickets from ***I had called them twice regarding their whereabouts and they told me there was a delay in the shipping and they had just shipped them and I would have them soonSo on May 13, *** I logged onto StubHub and changed the "tickets in-hand date" to 5/20/**The email confirmation I received from StubHub stated "If you don't hear from us within next hours, the buyer is ok with the date change"I did not hear from StubHub so I assumed everything was okMay 20, *** arrived and I still

I purchased tickets through the StubHub app and found out that the artist rescheduled the eventI immediately notified Stubhub and was told that it was my responsibility to re-sell the ticketsI notified my credit card company because I found their business practices to be fraudulent and misleading for consumersShortly after I notified my credit card company, StubHub cancelled my account and this impeded me from conducting whatever resolution tactic they offered meNow, the show has been rescheduled and StubHub is not allowing me from gaining access of the tickets I purchasedAt the very least, I would like a refund of all the "convenience fees" and any other "listing fees" they would charge me in the event of me re-selling my ticketsOn April 17, - called customer service to get more information regarding my account I spoke with an "***" and an alleged supervisor *** - The representative I spoke with at 10am handled my call poorly; he kept laughing throughout the conv

I bought a days ticket on StubHub for EDC Las Vegas When I tried to register my ticket (which was a wristband) prior to the event, I wouldn't work so I called the costumer serviceThey told me that as long as I had the wristband I was fine, even if the previous owner had registered it to his name before selling it, and that I would be able to enter the festival no matter whatThe wristband worked fine the two first nights, but I couldn't get in on the third nightI was told that the original buyer cancelled the order and got a refound, and that the wristband I was carrying was worthlessI had paid dollars of hotel and shuttle just for that day, and I paid dollars of services on top of the dollars of ticket to StubHubAll that to have a ticket that didn't guarantee me access to the festivalNowhere was it said that the wristband was already registered to another name, or that it could be cancelled by the original buyer when I bought itSince it was 10pm on a Sunday night I couldn't reach costumer service and had to take the shuttle back to my Hotel aloneI called their costumer service the next day and had to wait at least 15min before I got transferred to someone who took all the info and told me I would get an estimation of my refund within 48hrsdays later I called again since I had no news, and they told me they had no trace of me calling the week before!
The people who work at the costumer service are nice, but that's the only good point! No organisation and no good tracking of problemsFinally they got me to talk to a manager, who said they were waiting for information from the seller to proceed to refund 1/of the ticket price to meThe seller who scammed me in the first place! And they don't care that you spent a lot of money and that you travelled two states to get to the event, they only refund 1/3rd of the ticket, even though they say they are 100% guaranteedI will NEVER use StubHub again, and I suggest that you use other sites that truly guarantee the integrity of the tickets

I sell tickets via StubhubI buy tickets directly from vendors like*** and *** and resell via ***I bought tickets for an event *** *** *** concert event date *** *** *** at *** *** *** *** *** *** *** in March and May and I sold those tickets via Stubhub* *** cancelled my tickets last minute without any notificationsThis resulted in fans not allowed into venue and resulting *** *** *** by buyers who bought tickets via Stubhub sold by meStubhub is charging more than 100% penalty fee as punitive charges which is extremely highIt is not disclosed with proof how much compensation was actually payed out to affected buyers by StubhubFor Stubhub order number *** my payout amount was $and Stubhub is charging me a total of $which includes punitive penalty fee of $As you can see penalty fee is % the amount of my payoutThis kind of charges are part of unethical business practices that big corporation
