I listed tickets to the *** *** Game for sale on stubhub.com the week *** Upon listing the (four tickets - sets of tickets) tickets, I realized I had mobile tickets and was unsure if I could sell them so I contacted the stubhub chat where I was advised step by step as to how to upload the tickets and was told the tickets were uploaded properly and I also asked the rep to check to ensure ability to deliver to buyerHe responded that they were goodI have a complete copy of the chatHe stated the tickets were ok and he was delivering them to the buyer so I was totally safeA few minutes prior to game time I received an email from Stubhub stating my sale was cancelled because the tickets I delivered were not validI called Stubhub immediately and tried to speak with someone who could help resolve the situationThey advised me that no one was available to assist and I would have to call during business hours due to the severity of the situationThey also

Issue Summary: I previously purchased tickets (on StubHub) to a very high demand game in south Florida (Yankees @ Marlins) The day of the event, one member of my party was no longer able to come, so I successfully re-listed the ticket on StubHub (at a very reasonable price, as I just wanted to dump the ticket), and verified the listing was active by searching out the event and viewing my ticket for sale on the website Minutes later, I received an email from StubHub (***) from a customer service rep on behalf of a buyer, telling me there was a problem with the ticket barcode, with simple instructions to remedy the situation After the given remedy failed to “actively” list the tickets, the tickets remained in “pending”, and this barcode issue remained I then called customer service, where the representative told me the steps I took were correct, and he tried to take care of the issue using the same steps He reassured me there should not be a barcode issue, as I was simply trying to list a ticket I previously purchased from StubHub (not an outside vendor) He then told me he was escalating my issue to “Urgent” and that the issue was simple enough, and I should receive an email or call within 20-minutes, and my tickets will be relisted This was about 4-hours before the game, which I thought was fine, seeing as I had a buyer moments after initially listing my ticket Needless to say, I never received an email or call, and my ticket never got listed, thus robbing me of the chance of selling my ticketThe next day, I called customer service again to discuss potential recourse for this issue I spoke to a customer service rep named ***, calmly explained my issue, as discussed above, and her only rebuttal was “we don’t guarantee ticket sales”, as if there was a banner on the wall telling her to say that if she didn’t have any valid response to a complaint I then spoke to a supervisor who sounded like he fully understood my issue, but would not take any responsibility for the issueI feel that StubHub should take ownership here for the following reasons:
1) My ticket originally listed properly (at a price lower than nearly all other tickets, but in a desirable location – 1st row, legends section);
2) I received an email moments after listing from a customer service rep on behalf of a buyer asking me to fix my ‘barcode issue’, and giving me instructions to do so;
3) After the instructions failed, I spoke to a customer service rep who told me there should be no barcode issue, and the problem will be resolved in 20-minutes, and my ticket would be relistedIf my ticket sat on the site, and never sold, I would be fine with that But the fact is that the audit trail here shows that my ticket would have sold if not for technical issues from StubHub and promises from a customer service rep that the ticket would get relisted Clearly the ticket properly listed initially, otherwise I wouldn’t have been contacted on behalf of a buyer Why would anyone list tickets for sale on a website if technical issues may cause the tickets to become de-listed for reasons customer service can’t even explain? These interactions and technical issues have not only left me feeling as if I will never use StubHub again, but the other members of my party as well

I sold three tickets to Copa America through this websiteThey requested I sent those tickets out to the buyer within business dayThe tickets sold on Saturday for $(tickets are worth $300), they were dropped off in a UPS drop box (their choice of carrier) on Monday at noonI received an email on Tuesday stating they had cancelled the transaction due to my failure to deliver the ticketsWhen I contacted them immediately it was explained to me that there was no tracking information for the package and therefore they were cancelling the transaction and charging me $When I told them that the package had been dropped as per their instructions, I was told that the cancelation could not be reversedThe next day, Wednesday at 12:pm I got another email from this company stating the buyer had gotten their tickets and that I would be receiving payment within business daysAfter that, on Thursday (day prior to the event the tickets are for) they sent me yet ANOTHER email tell

I purchased tickets on StubHub via their mobile app to a UFC in Las VegasAs the event date came I had a conflict of schedule (family health-related) which required me to re-sell the same tickets I purchased on StubHub via the StubHub mobile appWithin a few days my tickets sold and I was happy to provide the new buyer my tickets in the same fashion (paper printouts) as I originally received them from StubHubI received an email shortly after from StubHub with instructions and an email address of the new buyerI uploaded the tickets via PDF and emailed them to the new buyerI then decided to call StubHub customer service to let them know that I was confused by their email instructions because I did not ask, request or set up any "Flash Seats" seller accountI thought maybe it was a mistakeThe first customer service rep said that I would have to cancel the sale, be charged $fee for cancelled sale and that StubHub would need to secure NEW tickets for the buyerI disagreed an

I purchased tickets from Stubhub for an out-of-state event (concert) on the same day as the event Upon arrival at the event, I was told that my tickets were already used I then spoke to a Stubhub agent, who claimed that the seller had "double sold" the tickets I could not gain admittance to the event Stubhub refunded the ticket price, but offered nothing for time, travel, or disappointment If this "double selling" is a known issue, the buyer should be able to ensure that their tickets are valid before traveling to the event And, Stubhub should have to pay the buyer a small fee to cover any costs incurred by the buyer if they receive fraudulent tickets from their site, as a form of insurance for the buyer

I listed two tickets for sale on *** on 4/11/and the tickets were sold in the following dayThe tickets were for the event in August and the tickets were supposed mailed to me before 8/4/so I promised in the listing that I would ship out the tickets no later than 8/4/I purchased the event ticket for $227/ticket and listed it for $(Stubhub charges transactions and listing fee, so I can earn around $per ticket)When I received my tickets at the end of July, I mailed out the tickets using Stubhub’s prepaid labelI even mailed out the tickets in the original envelope that it came withI thought it would be the end of the transaction but the story just beganAfter two days of the event, I received an email from Stubhub saying that one of my tickets was claim invalidI was asked to provide scan report from the event location and any other necessary documents to prove that my ticket is good, otherwise I will be charged a fine at around $(recoup half or

When I initially purchased by tickets for a hockey game at the SAP Center, all tickets were delivered to my mobile device, by the sellerThe day before the game, I attempted to view my tickets to no availA message popped up stating "error found, refresh page or try again later." On Friday the 17th I attempted to order Hamilton tickets on StubHubI entered my credit card information, chose the tickets I wanted, and waited at a processing screenThe processing screen continued to load for over an hour, at which point I decided that I likely wasn't going to get the tickets and I went to bedThe next week my wife asked why we had a $from StubHub, and I thought that maybe the Hamilton tickets went throughWhen I checked I found out that I was charged for two tickets to Stomp, which I never requested in the first place

I have requested several times that this business NOT store my credit card informationEach time I contact them about it I am given BS excuses and then told it will be removedIt's notEVERY other web commerce site gives customers the ability to not store their CC info, or remove it but this one

On *** *** *** I purchased, directly from Ticketmaster for $1161.50, tickets to a Coldplay concert on *** *** ** *** ** *** **Unfortunately, as we subsequently expected out of town guests that particular weekend, I tried to sell my tickets via Craigslist and Tickemaster at face value and then below face value without successI had never used Stubhub before, but because Ticketmaster’s website would not permit sale of tickets below face value, I turned to Stubhub to sell my ticketsOn *** *** *** *** *** *** **, I tried to create an account on Stubhub in order to list my ticketsI had a lot of trouble with the website’s freezing upI checked other websites and had no trouble with other websites; thus, the problem was with Stubhub’s website and not my computer or my connectionAfter aborting the process, closing my browser, and restarting the process several times, at last it allowed me to create an account and a listing for my ticketsWh
