I purchased 'VIP' tickets for a concert from www.stubhub.com after being assured that they would include the extras included in the ticket selection description for the 'VIP' level of tickets soldThese extras included but are not limited to a special event lanyard, poster, early admission to the event for a meet & greet and pictures with the bandI purchased the tickets solely after the assurance by one of their customer service representatives (David L.) via live online chat that the VIP tickets did include all the extras mentioned in the VIP level ticket description in the seating map picture on the event pageJust to make sure that this was indeed true, I contacted customer service through live online chat again after purchasing the tickets, and again was assured (by Omar Pthis time) that the VIP extras mentioned were included in the purchase of the VIP tickets from their websiteOnce I arrived at the event, I was informed that the tickets I purchased from stubhub did not

Bought tickets to ACDC for lower section front seats paid for seats, according to dome seating chart provided at stubhub we were in lower front seating section AThe tickets that were delivered to us were for upper section row x where others paid per seatComplained to stubhub and we're told the tickets we received were an upgrade, the seating chart listed on liNE was incorrect email confirnation did not match seats viewed during purchase and did not match tickets delivered

Stub Hub is in fact a complete scamDo not use them for anythingYou are much better off buying tickets directly from the venueThe mark up is times the actual cost of the tickets and they add on all kinds of service fees without disclosing them upfrontTheir emails state "100% guaranteed or your money will be fully refunded" but, that is a lieThey will not refund your moneyWe purchased tickets to an event and they emailed the tickets but, the email would not open after many, many triesFinally contacted "Customer Service" who refused to help and refused to refund the moneyAfter almost an hour on the phone and talking to a supervisor (left on hold for at least minutes) finally they re-emailed the tickets so that they could be printed but, did not get the refund as advertised and requestedThen found out that the tickets were triple the cost that they should have beenGet the word out, never use Stub Hub

I was attempting to sell tickets to the *** *** *** ***I had two tickets to each of the following games: *** vs *** and *** vs ***In order to sell the tickets I had to follow a complex process, of which included turning my tickets over to the *** *** office which I did on June 7, ***The *** *** office posted the tickets on my behalf and never mentioned any disclaimers or the fact that the tickets would be removed from the site days prior to the eventIf I was told this I would have never turned them over to stub hubI noticed on monday June 13th the the listings were removedI immediately contacted customer service and they were going to look into thisthroughout the week I was told it was being investigatedfinally on friday june I contacted the *** office and was told they were removed due to the fact that it was close to the gameI was never told this and asked for a refund and the *** office indicated this had to be escalated to th

Uploaded tickets to be sold as I had done numerous times before, and a week after tickets had been sold and monies delivered, sale was canceled because of (what they claim) was an incorrect listingIsn't stubhubs upload system supposed to verify the listing i.eSeats/rows and if the tickets are behind the stage it's obviously a limited view seatSo because of an honest oversight which honestly I didn't know was my responsibility to double check, I got hit with a full refund and a 40% surchargeRidiculous....Won't be using this rip-off company ever again...Plenty of other services available!

I paid for four tickets for Foo Fighters for July 7th in Camden NJ Today I got a call from Stub Hub telling me that the tickets were sold from under me and offered far inferior seats The concert is this SaturdayThey have had my money for months The excuse I was given was that the sellers have arrangements with the venue I don't even know what this means I paid a lot of money for good tickets a long time ago I will never deal with Stub Hub again

I purchased VIP tickets to an eventWeeks before the event, I was told that the tickets were not availableThey offered me two other tickets that were not VIP, but were just as expensive due to the fact that the event was so closeI would have expected that they do something such as reduce their fees, but I was not offered anything other than an apologyI am certain that I will use another service in the future

Yesterday I bought what I thought was two tickets to Kaboo music festival for the whole weekendHowever when I received my tickets it was just for one dayTo me this is the classic bait and switch en ethical marketingIt is supposed to be per to per ticket sales, however the single day tickets were not even available when I purchase mine yesterday August 9th When I contacted customer service they were not willing to issue a refund and would not answer my questions, instead gave a company statementI would not recommend anyone do business with Stub Hub

Bought tickets even printed them out and was ready to go to the eventThen they cancel my order and say it was a seller order that made a mistake instead of he put in the sale price at $But once you sell something, it’s sold and is in possession of the buyerYou can take back what the buyer already purchased and give it to the sellerIf he made a mistake it his faultMistakes always come at a price and StubHub gave them a mistake free resolution at the cost of screwing me over

I listed tickets for sale on Stubhub for the 7/Jay-Z/Beyonce concert in *** On 7/13, I was reviewing my listing, and somehow the listing price was changed from ~$per ticket to $per ticket, WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR CONFIRMATIONMoments later, the tickets sold for that ridiculously low priceThis is the crux of the issue: I was in the process of researching a possible price change, when somehow the price was automatically changed without my knowledgeOn the listing page, there is a "price slider control" directly above an "Edit Listing" buttonMy previous changes to the price had been done by clicking on "Edit Listing"On 7/I never clicked that buttonI was later informed by a customer service rep that moving the price slider control AUTOMATICALLY changes the priceI never intentionally clicked on the slider, so I am skeptical that that is what happenedEven if I did accidentally click the slider, I was NEVER given a chance to confirm that I wanted to change the

For the first time ever, I used Stub Hub to purchase a festival ticketThe purchase screen was frozen, I tried to press buy, nothing was working or processingI wasnt led to an error or a confirmation pageI checked my bank to make sure I wasnt charged, and lo and behold, I had debits on my account for*** * of the debits were immediately refunded, but were notI called to make sure of the could be refunded, and also to find out if I even received a ticket because I hadn't gotten any email or confirmationI was told I had no orders on my account, and no charges

Hello, We have contacted Stubhub multiple times to refund our $that we were charged on our credit card for a fee we did not authorizeStubhub claimed that we “cancelled” our order when we found out the ticket purchaser was our neighbor, however what actually happened was our neighbor called in and cancelled and we were not informed of this chargeWe delivered the tickets to the buyer and were charged a $cancellation fee from stub hubWe didn’t cancel anything, we no longer have the tickets and we were charged $fee for nothingWe have also disputed this charge with our credit card company as this is fraud

I purchased theater tickets a month ago for a pm show that cost over dollars - my receipts, emails, everything showed pm show as orderedthe morning of the show *** *** i printed the tickets and we got on a train headed to nyc (we live over an hour away)while on the train I pulled out the tickets and realized they said pm show on them - I was immediately alarmed and called the customer service number, as they claim to have the best customer service, and it rang and rang for over an hour and then hung up on me, multiple times, as I sat on the train freaking outwe had lunch scheduled before at a nice restaurant near the theater as it was my husband's birthday celebration and at lunch I kept calling and calling only to be hung up on multiple times with no answersimultaneously I was trying to connect via mobile chat with the company which took over an hourthis was now ruining the birthday and the lunch and caused so much such stress and anxiety I am still up

Purchased Ed Sheeran tickets for my sister in *** in **Original tickets were never deliveredCalled stub hub on 8/requesting helpThey replaced the tickets with better ticketsWhen my sister in *** and my year old niece who had driven hours to get to concert, showed up at the venue with the replacement tickets they were told they were already used and were refused admissionContacted stub hub through chat sine it was only way and told by chat agent nothing he could do and the team that could handle was gone for night and refused to have a manger call me

TerribleI tried to list a concert ticket that I could not useWhen listing, I was not given any opportunity to choose a listing priceThe listing went live without my knowledge, with a price at about $below what I was planning to listSuddenly the ticket was bought, and I was expected to complete the sale despite the errorI went on the StubHub website, spent about an hour with a live agent who did not resolve the problemI am out $due to this misleading and faulty website

On *** I sold tickets for a *** *** in *** for the 12/20/show, for an order totaling $These tickets were sold through stubhubI mailed the tickets and never received the money I was owed for them -- as you probably know, these are extremely expensive tickets, and had I any idea whatsoever that I would not be reimbursed through Stubhub for the sale price that was promised to me, I would have found other means of selling or having these tickets usedSale *** As proof that I mailed these tickets, I would like to supply the tracking number given to me through ***, which was: *** *** As soon as I was not given the money owed to me by Stubhub for these tickets, I contacted the companyThe company initially assured me in an email that there was no fault on my end (as there was not), as sent an email promising that I would still be paid the amount agreed for these ticketsAs I did everything asked of me, and sold them in abidance with all Stubhub

While using the Stub Hub website, tickets for an event were purchased in error through Apple PayThis occurred when my wife had the web site open, glanced at the TV with her thumb on the home button, then glanced back at her phone only to see a purchase comfirmationWe called Stub Hub immediately to cancel the purchaseThey informed us all sales are finalWe even tried to dispute the charges through the credit card company we had linked to the Apple Pay profile, Discover CardThey informed us they could do nothingThis is not a case of buyers remorse, it was purchased in errorThe immediate response can be confirmed by reviewing our call time and date with each companyWe only waited this long to file a complaint as this was the time table provided by Discover Card to receive the outcome of he dispute

They provide two options listed a iOr iiDurning the cancelation procedure with absolutely no wording on stipulations between themI talked with Mackenzie through their customer service line who explained to me that they only acknowledge the first procedureThe two options provided then would be a blantant lie

I upload all my *** season ticket games and have done so for the past yearsRecently a sale went through for next to nothing, tickets were sold for $** US when they cost about $*** USI contacted StubHub customer service to mention that this was in fact an error and this sale should have no gone throughThey informed me that this was a mistake I madeThere is not chance that would happen, I am very diligent about making sure I get a reasonable price for my ticketsI always double check to make sure what I would get in USD is reasonable when converted to CanadianThere is either a glitch with their site or literally as I was typing the amount, someone purchased the tickets before I entered the final digitWhen I chance the ticket price on my computer, there is not need to hit submit or anythingI literally delete and enter the price and it goes in, so obviously there is some sort of issue with their systemI feel they have changed this for the exact reason above, now I obviou
