I purchased tickets to a Jaheim concert in Columbia South Carolina at the township auditorium for February of The concert did not take place, as the artist himself stated that he never had an event booked for that venue at allStubhub will not give me a refund, as they insist on stating they dont give refunds for postponements, although this was an event that never existed in the first placeIt was fraudulently advertised by a booking agent according to the artistI simply want my money back

I posted a *** *** *** * *** tickets game for sale on stubhub *** *** *** *** Someone purchased them on *** *** After someone purchased it and I received an email I realized immediately that I mistakenly put up the wrong tickets for sale (I posted games about games and included that one by accident)I notified stubhub within half hour that I do not have the ticketsAt the time of the posting there was many tickets available in the same center sections for the same priceOn *** *** I was informed I will be charged $for cancelling the saleAt the time of the sale they could of easily replaced the buyers tickets with other tickets of the same price, the event is months away, I posted the tickets day before and cancelled within minutes of purchase, and I have sold over $2,worth of tickets in the last year and many thousands of dollars more over the past I had over tickets posted right nowI have never made this mistake before where I h

I utilized stubhub to sell my two *** *** *** VIP 3- Day Tier tickets for a total of *** which stubhub would take a portion of the cost for a service feeWhen I was selecting the drop down boxes the only options for the ticket information were *** ***" or "*** *** Plus"I picked *** *** Plus because *** *** VIP was not an option and nor did the *** *** Plus specify what the plus was i.eparking, shuttle buses, etcPer the *** website *** advertise the tickets as *** *** or *** *** + drink packageI called *** corporate at *** and they stated the way stubhub labeled their tickets were incorrect and did not represent how *** labeled or advertised their ticketsA day after I posted the tickets I received notification someone bought both tickets and I mailed them same dayHowever, the next day I received a call from stubh

I purchased VIP tickets to an eventWeeks before the event, I was told that the tickets were not availableThey offered me two other tickets that were not VIP, but were just as expensive due to the fact that the event was so closeI would have expected that they do something such as reduce their fees, but I was not offered anything other than an apologyI am certain that I will use another service in the future

Hello, I purchased tickets for a *** *** concert from stub hub for $*** In *** ***This event has been canceled by the artist twice and a new date for the event has not been scheduledI have contacted stub hub times asking for a refund but the company is stating they are not refunding since the event is postponed and not canceledTo date the artist has not rescheduled the event and this can be indefiniteI would like stub hub to offer me a refund since *** has offererrd refunds for customers who bought tickets directly from them

I purchased tickets for a concert that was cancelledThey say it was postponed when on every other website including the artists it has been cancelledThey refuse to give me my money back until they find out it is canceled which I am sure they already know Then they said if it did come up with a new date and I couldn’t go they would re-sell my tickets for me which is just another scam to collect more money from these tickets Every other business that sells tickets has refunded the money for this concert and they will notIt is a scam Not to mention there is no timeframe for which these tickets will expire so they will never give me my money back and they know it is cancelledIt is a scam

I ordered tickets through stub hub for a game I paid $*** for the tickets when I got them in the mail they were $ *** tickets I feelvlike ive been ripped off when I asked for a refund they said no

I clicked on a particular set of tickets on StubHub.com for purchaseOnce my purchase was complete, I realized that I had been given different tickets (in this case, tickets with an obstructed view)I called StubHub to complain and spoke with someone named *** *She said that their system showed that I actually purchased the bad tickets, and there was nothing they could do but help me relist themThat means that sometime during the purchase process (when I was ent***g account info), the tickets changed from the ones I clicked on to a different, less valuable set of ticketsYes, I should have checked, but why is StubHub changing tickets in the middle of the purchase process without notifying me??? I want my money back

I purchased theater tickets a month ago for a pm show that cost over dollars - my receipts, emails, everything showed pm show as orderedthe morning of the show *** *** i printed the tickets and we got on a train headed to nyc (we live over an hour away)while on the train I pulled out the tickets and realized they said pm show on them - I was immediately alarmed and called the customer service number, as they claim to have the best customer service, and it rang and rang for over an hour and then hung up on me, multiple times, as I sat on the train freaking outwe had lunch scheduled before at a nice restaurant near the theater as it was my husband's birthday celebration and at lunch I kept calling and calling only to be hung up on multiple times with no answersimultaneously I was trying to connect via mobile chat with the company which took over an hourthis was now ruining the birthday and the lunch and caused so much such stress and anxiety I am still up

Hello, We have contacted Stubhub multiple times to refund our $that we were charged on our credit card for a fee we did not authorizeStubhub claimed that we “cancelled” our order when we found out the ticket purchaser was our neighbor, however what actually happened was our neighbor called in and cancelled and we were not informed of this chargeWe delivered the tickets to the buyer and were charged a $cancellation fee from stub hubWe didn’t cancel anything, we no longer have the tickets and we were charged $fee for nothingWe have also disputed this charge with our credit card company as this is fraud

I purchased hockey playoff tickets from *** on May 5, I was informed I would receive the tickets via email very soon I never received the tickets, but I was charged for the tickets *** called me about three hours after purchasing the tickets to inform me they did not have the tickets they sold me They then told me at no additional charge they could find me comparable seats *** fees are extremely high as it is
The tickets/seats they ended up giving me were not comparable to what I had purchasedThe seats were not in as nice an area as what I had originally puchased
I feel *** originally sold me good seats, then turned around and gave me bad seats A bait and switch type situation
Someone needs to look into ***'s practicesConsumer Affairs has a huge number of complaints about their practices They are unethicalThey have no empathy for their customersAnd they lie to us

Purchased Ed Sheeran tickets for my sister in *** in **Original tickets were never deliveredCalled stub hub on 8/requesting helpThey replaced the tickets with better ticketsWhen my sister in *** and my year old niece who had driven hours to get to concert, showed up at the venue with the replacement tickets they were told they were already used and were refused admissionContacted stub hub through chat sine it was only way and told by chat agent nothing he could do and the team that could handle was gone for night and refused to have a manger call me

While using the Stub Hub website, tickets for an event were purchased in error through Apple PayThis occurred when my wife had the web site open, glanced at the TV with her thumb on the home button, then glanced back at her phone only to see a purchase comfirmationWe called Stub Hub immediately to cancel the purchaseThey informed us all sales are finalWe even tried to dispute the charges through the credit card company we had linked to the Apple Pay profile, Discover CardThey informed us they could do nothingThis is not a case of buyers remorse, it was purchased in errorThe immediate response can be confirmed by reviewing our call time and date with each companyWe only waited this long to file a complaint as this was the time table provided by Discover Card to receive the outcome of he dispute

This company is trying to make me pay dollars for an event I never went tooI was never told about the OUTRAGEOUSE fees associated with reselling tickets-----Original Message----- From: *** *** *** To: claimsupport*** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** * *** Invalid Ticket Claim None of this was explained to me and I am formally making demand for the additional money that I am dueFirst, the person on the your end that contacted me (times) did not explain to me the current ticket hold upI explained to him exactly what I had seen on the screen and he agreed there was nothing more that I could doIf he was to explain the situation, (like the second person I had contacted did) the issue would have been resolved immediatelyyou're training and employee monitoring is poor at bestSecond, your website is not explanative for sellers to follow though to complete the transfer and I must say, very misl

I listed tickets for sale on Stubhub for the 7/Jay-Z/Beyonce concert in *** On 7/13, I was reviewing my listing, and somehow the listing price was changed from ~$per ticket to $per ticket, WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR CONFIRMATIONMoments later, the tickets sold for that ridiculously low priceThis is the crux of the issue: I was in the process of researching a possible price change, when somehow the price was automatically changed without my knowledgeOn the listing page, there is a "price slider control" directly above an "Edit Listing" buttonMy previous changes to the price had been done by clicking on "Edit Listing"On 7/I never clicked that buttonI was later informed by a customer service rep that moving the price slider control AUTOMATICALLY changes the priceI never intentionally clicked on the slider, so I am skeptical that that is what happenedEven if I did accidentally click the slider, I was NEVER given a chance to confirm that I wanted to change the

Bought tickets even printed them out and was ready to go to the eventThen they cancel my order and say it was a seller order that made a mistake instead of he put in the sale price at $But once you sell something, it’s sold and is in possession of the buyerYou can take back what the buyer already purchased and give it to the sellerIf he made a mistake it his faultMistakes always come at a price and StubHub gave them a mistake free resolution at the cost of screwing me over

I used their ticking listing *** to list my tickets for sale then uploaded the tickets (or so I thought)Very quick process and easy, maybe a bit too easyOne day I receive a call from a strange phone number (no voicemail)I called back 20minutes later (when I noticed the missed call) and it was stubhub, it turned out my listed tickets sold (great right!? WRONG) stub hub called to inform me that I hadn’t loaded the tickets correctly (even though the *** gave me the green light on ticket verification) so they were canceling the ticket sale transaction which results in a 40% fee of the final sale priceWOWAll because I couldn’t answer the phone right away to resolveI was on an important business meeting and could not drop that callBecause of this (no grace period), I’m being charged a non-refundable feeThis was a first time offense and I still could not get any assistance from stubhub after numerous attempts to resolve

On *** I sold tickets for a *** *** in *** for the 12/20/show, for an order totaling $These tickets were sold through stubhubI mailed the tickets and never received the money I was owed for them -- as you probably know, these are extremely expensive tickets, and had I any idea whatsoever that I would not be reimbursed through Stubhub for the sale price that was promised to me, I would have found other means of selling or having these tickets usedSale *** As proof that I mailed these tickets, I would like to supply the tracking number given to me through ***, which was: *** *** As soon as I was not given the money owed to me by Stubhub for these tickets, I contacted the companyThe company initially assured me in an email that there was no fault on my end (as there was not), as sent an email promising that I would still be paid the amount agreed for these ticketsAs I did everything asked of me, and sold them in abidance with all Stubhub

I sold a ticket to the *** *** *** *** game on Saturday June Order number ***I chose for the tickets to be delivered on 5/to be delivered by ***I spoke with a stub hub representative via chat (history recorded) and let him know that I had the tickets ready to be delivered but *** was closed Sunday and Monday for the holidayHe said the order was fine and the tickets could even be mailed out Tuesday but he was going to change them to electronic so the order could be processed quickerHe had me check my account to make sure I could see the order was changed for deliveryAs I went to upload the tickets, three minutes later, to deliver the order I received an email from stub hub saying the order was cancelled and I was charged 20% addition to get replacement ticketsI followed up immediately by talking with the rep Jonathan T, and manager Jerome C in the CT officeI was clearly lied to by Stubhub and they are not allowing me to fulfill my order per user agreementOn

On 9/1/I sold tickets to a concert on Stubhub(Note: these tickets were originally purchased from StubHub on 5/10/17)Instead of paying me $for the tickets, StubHub charged me $on 9/1/and then refunded me the same exact amount on 9/4/They have since claimed faudulent activity on my StubHub account and closed my account and now refuse to discuss anything related to this account with meI can provide email receipts showing that I was the original purchaser of these concert tickets and have the original credit card used to purchasae the ticketsI find it unacceptable that they will not even allow me to discuss the issue with the fraud team - they have completely ignored any and all attempts to address the issue with them directly
