I sold a ticket to the *** *** *** *** game on Saturday June Order number ***I chose for the tickets to be delivered on 5/to be delivered by ***I spoke with a stub hub representative via chat (history recorded) and let him know that I had the tickets ready to be delivered but *** was closed Sunday and Monday for the holidayHe said the order was fine and the tickets could even be mailed out Tuesday but he was going to change them to electronic so the order could be processed quickerHe had me check my account to make sure I could see the order was changed for deliveryAs I went to upload the tickets, three minutes later, to deliver the order I received an email from stub hub saying the order was cancelled and I was charged 20% addition to get replacement ticketsI followed up immediately by talking with the rep Jonathan T, and manager Jerome C in the CT officeI was clearly lied to by Stubhub and they are not allowing me to fulfill my order per user agreementOn

I purchased an electronic ticket through the StubHub website to a San Jose Sharks vs Las Vegas Knights hockey game played on March Although I purchased and paid for the ticket on March 18, the company refused and/or failed to deliver the electronic ticketI contacted the company roughly times in attempt to receive the tickets without successAs of now (March 23), company has failed to provide reimbursement

In March I had a horrible experience with Stubhub where the main event of a fight I purchased tickets for was canceled and I had to waste a ton of time and ultimately get the Revdex.com involved to get a credit even though they have this great guarantee that they advertise Fast Forward to last month where I use the $credit and an additional $to purchase tickets weeks before a concert for me and my fiancé I was given an estimated delivery of a week before in my account Time comes and no tickets that delivered I call and the date is moved up, nothing that day call again, oh they are being overnighted and will arrive Sept 1st The Friday of labor day weekend Guess what No tickets I call last weekend and am told they will be delivered the 5th, the day of the concert, to my house, where no one will be bc My fiancé works in the bay and I am in Oakland at Kaiser with a sick kid every day It was impossible for us to actually use these tickets The representative this time

On 9/1/I sold tickets to a concert on Stubhub(Note: these tickets were originally purchased from StubHub on 5/10/17)Instead of paying me $for the tickets, StubHub charged me $on 9/1/and then refunded me the same exact amount on 9/4/They have since claimed faudulent activity on my StubHub account and closed my account and now refuse to discuss anything related to this account with meI can provide email receipts showing that I was the original purchaser of these concert tickets and have the original credit card used to purchasae the ticketsI find it unacceptable that they will not even allow me to discuss the issue with the fraud team - they have completely ignored any and all attempts to address the issue with them directly

First let me start with the fact that I started my purchase for tickets to *** *** *** *** on 10/18/***These tickets where for my son's 21st birthday (witch is today)All he wanted was to attending this music festival with plus of this friendsThe day after my order, I received a email saying that my tickets we unavailable, but don't worry StubHub is working hard to find me a replacementA replacement was sent to us on 10/20/***However these tickets where unusable as whom ever was in charge of finding new tickets failed to read the details of tickets and sent us VIP ticketsThat would have been great but it states on the event website that "you must be to enter with a VIP ticket"I had to go out of my way to return tickets that should have never been sent to me, as I order tickets for and olderSo back to square oneI had to call StubHub and explain the situation and hope for new ticketsI called everyday until I finally got an email stating new

I was purchasing two tickets to a concertI clicked on the concert I wanted, went thru the order process and when I got my tickets, they were for a totally different concertI contacted StubHub customer support and they told me there was no return policy even tho this was the incorrect concert that I was actually orderingThey said I could only relist the tickets for sale, but the incorrect concert is only a few days away and I have little chance of recouping my moneyI could not find the no return policy on the website

This company is trying to make me pay dollars for an event I never went tooI was never told about the OUTRAGEOUSE fees associated with reselling tickets-----Original Message----- From: *** *** *** To: claimsupport*** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** * *** Invalid Ticket Claim None of this was explained to me and I am formally making demand for the additional money that I am dueFirst, the person on the your end that contacted me (times) did not explain to me the current ticket hold upI explained to him exactly what I had seen on the screen and he agreed there was nothing more that I could doIf he was to explain the situation, (like the second person I had contacted did) the issue would have been resolved immediatelyyou're training and employee monitoring is poor at bestSecond, your website is not explanative for sellers to follow though to complete the transfer and I must say, very misl

I used their ticking listing *** to list my tickets for sale then uploaded the tickets (or so I thought)Very quick process and easy, maybe a bit too easyOne day I receive a call from a strange phone number (no voicemail)I called back 20minutes later (when I noticed the missed call) and it was stubhub, it turned out my listed tickets sold (great right!? WRONG) stub hub called to inform me that I hadn’t loaded the tickets correctly (even though the *** gave me the green light on ticket verification) so they were canceling the ticket sale transaction which results in a 40% fee of the final sale priceWOWAll because I couldn’t answer the phone right away to resolveI was on an important business meeting and could not drop that callBecause of this (no grace period), I’m being charged a non-refundable feeThis was a first time offense and I still could not get any assistance from stubhub after numerous attempts to resolve

This is an overall fail by StubHub in every wayI purchased set of club tickets to the*** ** *** on ***I received emails stating the orders and then got emails saying there was an issue and to pick up these orders at the box office will callUpon getting to the game only tickets were available at will callI then looked a my email and the other order was cancelled as they could not fulfill the order even though I received the email stating to pick them up at the box office will callI call StubHub and they proceed to tell me that they could not fill the order and they could not find any other club seats for the gameI was on the site and found plenty of seats in the club sectionThe agent was less then helpful and transferred me to another ticketing agency *** *** and told me I would have to purchase other ticketsto the gameI was promised a call back after the game and again the morning after with no callIs it policy to send your customers to other ticket

Went to purchase tickets to a show in New YorkCompared several seating options looking for a good seat at a good priceThe seat I ended up purchasing for $total was described as a “great value” and a really good seatOnce printed and at the venue, it turns out it was a $ticket with a PARTIAL VIEWI could not see anythingIf this was notated in the sales process it must have been in tiny printWhen I showed the ticket to the manager at the theater he shook his head and said “stubhub?”

I purchased hockey playoff tickets from *** on May 5, I was informed I would receive the tickets via email very soon I never received the tickets, but I was charged for the tickets *** called me about three hours after purchasing the tickets to inform me they did not have the tickets they sold me They then told me at no additional charge they could find me comparable seats *** fees are extremely high as it is
The tickets/seats they ended up giving me were not comparable to what I had purchasedThe seats were not in as nice an area as what I had originally puchased
I feel *** originally sold me good seats, then turned around and gave me bad seats A bait and switch type situation
Someone needs to look into ***'s practicesConsumer Affairs has a huge number of complaints about their practices They are unethicalThey have no empathy for their customersAnd they lie to us

I'm never using StubHub again! They charged my credit card for an order that I did not placeWhen I contacted them to dispute the charge, they gave me the run-around...basically telling me that they would "look into it" and get back to me After several days, I receive an email telling me that the charge will not be reversed After being a loyal customer for several years, they reward me by charging me $for an order I never placed?!? I'm out!!

Dear Stub hub, I purchased tickets today from your web siteHowever when I paid for them the price was more than what they should have beenMy order number is Order#*** Please see the following explanationAs you can see by following the guidelines from stub hub I clicked on searching for prices with fees, the tickets I am looking at are the *** * when you click the add fees you find the price is listed as per ticketsHowever when you go to check out the total price is which is actually per ticketMaking the price for four tickets more than what is should beYes I should have checked the final price before checking out, my bad but I did not know that you would actually change the price per ticket from the order details page to the checkout pageI believe that that is a deceptive practiceAnd in fact after researching more found out that Stub hub is being sued because of deceptive pricing practices

This company has a hidden, arbitrary, and usurious fee policy on both sides of every transactionThey deceptively overcharged me on the original transaction and then are trying to cash in again on the supposed resale in lieu of a full or even partial refund for an additional $*** dollarsNew total for two seats is $***This is a complete outrageThis was their deceptive attempt at "customer service"Original - Order #*** *** and that doesn't include what they charged the seller for, which was not disclosed

I purchased tickets for $*** dollars a piece and my entire total was $***.I hit submit and realized the total was incorrect.I tried to contact the stub hub by chat right away they were closed.I told them what I just stated and they said I was charged $** something buying fee and a $*** charge for shipping.I was not shown either one if these charges nor is it stated on the website,I somewhat understand they shipping fee since it's coming from *** but there's options for people to download the tickets, shich wasn't an option for me.I asked for the buying fee back, and was told since it showed at check out,I'm not getting it back.S lo Thevrep told me where to go to and it still didn't show, she even called me and walked me through and it was not showing, even when I view my order through email it does not show.So I should have gotten a refund since the rep verified I couldn't see it,and I did not.She emailed me a breakdown that was not showing the time of purchase nor when she called m

I had called c**tom** service several days ago and have not heard backI purchased *** for ov** $for the Sept 29th *** ** *** match in *** a few weeks before the eventMy reference numb** is *** I provided my *** home address in ***, thinking that the ticket would be sent out well in advance of the event*** that was what I was told. The first notification I received that the *** were shipped out for delivery was the evening of Thursday Septemb** 27th, less than hrs before eventThe first attempt at delivery to my *** home was hrs before the eventShe was not home *** Septemb** 28th was h** wedding dayI spent almost one hour at h** wedding (And ov** $in phone charged to call ** *** **) trying to figure out where the *** were*** my call I was told I needed to go to *** *** (I was staying in *** ***) to retrieve the *** at the local post officeI did this on the day of the event, and I had to

Someone purchased tickets on my stubhub account, I contacted their customer service times to have them refund my credit cardThey claim even though I do not know who bought the tickets, that it is considered "friendly fraud" and they can not refund meSomeone purchasing things with your credit card, without your permissionI do not know how they can be called "friendly" Their solution to resolving the issues was to help me (the victim) resell the tickets so I didn't lose out on the moneyThat is mind blowing to me, I did not purchase these ticketsI gave no permission to anyone purchasing these tickets and they are going to label it friendly fraudTwice I asked to speak to a manager and was placed on hold for a period of time, to have the same person come back on the lineFor her to only repeat that we cannot refund your money, but help you list the tickets ( and she said, to maybe even make money of them) Completely ignoring to get me someone higher up than her

I sold a ticket on Stubhub and they claim that they sent the money to my bank accountMy bank is saying that they have no such transferStubhub is claiming that, even though they transferred the money, they have no record or reference number to give meI believe they stole the money from me and intended to make me believe it was lost somewhere in ***"After speaking to my bank, I am 100% confident that Stubhub is lying to me and has not sent me the money for the ticket I sold

Order #***I sold bona fide paper tickets on StubHub that were later deemed by Stubhub's process to NOT be legitimate ticketsThe buyer of my tickets allegedly was not able to enter the arena on the night of the showI had a minimum of three phone calls with StubHub, in each call was asked to take additional action to address the situation myself and to prove that the tickets were realI did everything requested, and was still told that I could not be paid for tickets that were not real and that maybe the original seller had issued me a ticket that did not work(I have been to over concerts and events in my life and have never had this problem with an actual paper ticket.) When I all of the additional work requested, I was still told there was nothing they could do and that I could not be paid for the tickets that I soldAs a result of this, I 1) was not able to go to the concert, 2) lost the money that I paid for the original tickets, 3) lost the opportunity to sell th

Ordered concert tickets for UPS delivery on 2/4/After the purchase, they informed me the tickets would take months for delivery arriving the day before the concert, which is in another state from our residenceAsked for help contacting the seller to see what the hold up is the declinedThis is after last year, same venue, also in SeptemberWe traveled from California only to find one of our Stub Hub purchased tickets were not validIn that case they only refunded one ticket after, ruining our travel and leaving us with the cost of the trip without the experienceThis company has not accountability and a lack of any sort of customer appreciation or service
