Dell is refusing to honor their Price Match Guarantee for the newly released XPS in and a HP Spectre x15t Their policy is here [redacted]  which states that Dell will price match any Dell Hp or Lenovo laptop with similar spec to a Dell productI have shown their sales reps both websites for similar models the Hp one here ( [redacted] ) retails at $and the Dell Laptop configuration here ( [redacted] ) retails at $Based off of Dell's websites criteria and guidelines two should be price match eligible but Dell has refused to honor their policy and not approved

Over last months our family dell laptop failed three times The system failures were so significant that the laptop was rendered totally inoperable on every occasion On first failure, I called, spent minutes on the phone trouble-shooting with the technical support desk which resulted in me mailing the laptop to dell technical support The determination was that the computer’s motherboard was faulty and needed replacement The second failure occurred three months later (estimate) It was determined that the cause was the same as the first failure I spent roughly minutes on the phone assisting the help desk with its standard trouble-shooting protocol I realized immediately that the computer suffered from the same issue as in the first instance – a failed motherboard I even explained to the Dell technician that the same # of beeps indicated the same issue I requested a new laptop, because it made sense that having the same issue happen twice in such a short timef

I've tried numerous times to transfer the ownership license of my computer I've tried over the telephone, using email, and using their online form I've tried for several months I cannot load some software until the license is transferred
