I have placed an order on 07/( [redacted] ) and return the product in weeks (approximately 08/15)After that I have had numerous phone call and chat for refund but till today it is not resolvedNone of the customer service have any clue how to refundThey take hours to understand the issue and everyone says at the end "Please trust me that the refund will be processed in hours and I personally monitor it" It never happened till now
