Dell refuses to honor an internet sale price They took the order, confirmed it and more than hours later sent me a cancellation notice claiming I cancelled the order Of course they sent that email out on a Sunday while their customer care department is not open After an hour on the phone Monday I was told that it was an online pricing error rather than a sale price and that the order was cancelled by Dell, not me Dell refuses to honor their listed price so I will never do business with Dell again, my wife's birthday is ruined and Dell has lost a customer for life

I purchased an extended warranty from Dell Incthrough Dell Concierge, and I've had a problem with regards to an issue with my speakers/bluetooth headphones/sound not working properlyI first spoke to ***- Dell ID#- [redacted] on Mar 4, beginning at 10:am- 1:pm, and he didn't resole the issue, bet he did hang up on meI called back at 1:pm Mar 4, and spoke to another Dell Concierge Technician [redacted] ***- Dell ID#- [redacted] at which time I also gave her control over my computer to resolve the issue, at around 4:pm the issue wasn't resolved, and she offered me an option because she said one of the files were infected, and she wanted me to give her permission to set up an account on the computers test site, and I quite naturally refused, because the test site is only for certain issues, and I quite naturally didn't want to have her to do that, plus the fact I had given her my password in an encrypted form so that she would be able to perform all of the necessary tasks
I purchased my Dell XPS laptop in July of Dell has a return policy of daysAfter days my computer started having significant hardware driver problems and had to be serviced and fixed over times in months Technicians came to my home to fix it and replaced the motherboard two timesUnfortunately nothing fixed the problemAfter begging for my money back or for a new laptop, Dell finally "conceded" and sent me a refurbished unit which they promised me would workOf course upon opening this unit, there was another hardware driver failure which they could not resolve I am apparently now stuck with this new "refurbished" product and they are refusing to give me a new computer My only option is to now send the refurbished unit (after they guaranteed this would be perfectly functioning) to be fixed after barely having it in my possession I have been out of a functioning laptop while in Physician Assistant school for way too long I think its preposterous that I
My System was sent to Dell Repair Depot for a problem with the batteryThe laptop did not read that it had a battery installed and it could not retain a charge and did not function unless attached directly to an AC adapterI sent my system to Dell Repair Depot as directed to by the Customer Service rep and when I received my laptop back, NOTHING WAS REPAIREDMy laptop again did not function without an AC adaptor RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX they shipped it back to me in and again read that no battery was installedDell depot summarized their repair with 1) battery replaced 2) driver installed They did not do a complete "system check" to diagnose the actual issue as stated on their Dell Depot site nor did they start up my laptop before sending it to even see that it was working! This was a waste of not only my time but of my warranty! The repair took days for me to get it back! A month of warranty wasted on not even repairing it

I have been very disappointed with Dell's Customer Service Department I have new laptop that was days old, that had a virus After contacting support, and spending an additional $for premium support and $for a different anti virus software AND 1/HOURS of my time, the problem, I thought was solved The very next day I tried to install a Dell Docking station After the install, the computer would not boot back up I contacted support again, and after another HOURS, a system restore was going to solve this problem The restore ran for hours and did not fix the problem Another call from support and another HOURS, I had to download Microsoft windows from another computer and then wipe out everything on my new laptop and reinstall windows 10, and other software that was wiped clean Everything seemed to be working fine after the total refresh I was able to install a new printer but when I tried to install the docking station, the same problem occurred when rebooting the machine This time I preformed a system restore and, at least the restore worked as expectedI only had to reinstall my software apps By now, I'm pretty disgusted and nervous to try and reinstall the docking station for a third time I called customer service and was told that I could not return the docking station! I asked to speak to the manager and Sandra from Central America would not budge! I said that this product is defective and I wasn't able to return I? I said that I have $piece of equipment that I cannot do anything with! That's right! There is nothing that Dell could do I can't even return it with a restocking fee??? I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR PURCHASE A DELL PRODUCT AGAIN!
