I placed an order for a Dell computer (order [redacted] ) on 6/9/ I immediately started a web chat with Dell asking if there was going to be any order hassles such as cancellation of the order without my permission or if there was anything else they needed to ensure a smooth order process In chat session ID [redacted] , Dell assured me there were no issues and they didn't need anything else On 6/10/16, my order was canceled without my permission

I placed an order for a lap top to be shipped to my son in college on 2-19-I didn't notice on the email I got overnight that your system had deleted part of his address (there's a UBox number after the FSU street address) but more importantly, your system changed his zip code to MY zip code! Dell makes subquality products They do not stand behind their products They're customer service is horrendous I have made all of this very clear to Dell after they ripped me off Yet, they still e-mail me after I told them not to

I bought a Dell Inspiron few years agodell sent a service man to repair the computer had the screen with himtold me I had the wrong insurance would not repair the computer, said it was my fault would not repair the computerthe computer screen was not physically broken or cracked

The Short Story: My laptop (Inspiron series) problem is the result of less than adequate manufacturing processesA hinge on the right side has failed, putting undue stress on other parts of the computerThis is and has been an ongoing issue within the Dell communityI believe that due to the initial construction of laptop that this problem falls outside the parameters of the expired warrantyThe Longer Story: I am a computer technician of years and have handled laptops from their inception, without EVER having broken oneI currently have 50+ laptops (nearly all of them Dell) due to the nature of my businessI have preferred their product throughout the decades and recommend them to all my clients and friendsI have ALWAYS conscientiously opened the laptops by applying symmetrical pressure to all corners of the screenI have NEVER dropped a laptopAnd of all the laptops that I have, the one in question now is the LEAST used -- typically opening and closing it once a week (because it is a specific use device)My main laptop (the Dell that I am typing on now) is easily open and closed more times in a few days than the broken one is in a yearUpon contacting Dell Support I was met with the standard approach that my laptop was out of the common one-year warranty which I readily acknowledgedI told them about about the following links (which was the result of spending five seconds in searching): https: [redacted] Dell was not interested in looking at themThe final agent, A***r, who the issue was escalated to, was impertinent at bestHis tone and words were non-conciliatory from the beginning and there was never an intention to work with me on the dispute (which I confirmed after he launched into a litany of reasons why Dell was standing its ground)I told him this was not "good business" especially considering all the above information which I had relayed to himIt is sad to see that Dell gave me the same short-sighted self-serving spiel every time the matter went up the ladder...and it does make me wonder how systemic the problem is

Computer has defective issue with Keyboard Tried times to call DellThe agents recorded my personal information but did not do any help on the repair 1st call, after hearing my problem, the representative hanged up my call2nd call, after I described the information, the representative told me he needed more time to see the problem, and ended the call 3rd time, the representative repeatedly told me I need to upgrade the driver to resolve the issueI told him, the Ctrl key does not work If only one key does not work, it means, hardware issueWhen I explained this to the representative, he just hanged up my call It seems like Dell Repair team just tried to kick the issue off to different department, but refused to take the computer back to fix Does it mean, repairing defective parts will cause employee to gain less bonus? The computer got this problem since the first time of use

I purchased a laptop..it didnt work way I wanted they wouldnt exchange for windows or so I returned it ..it has been a month ..I have called a dpzen times and still have not got my money back..they got their computer back withinhours..still no refund

On 6/15/I purchased dell laptop model 3052inspiron at the cost of $plus $Walmart insurance on the product The computer worked fine for approximately one month I called walmart insurance and they said I should refer problem to Dell I called Dell and explained problem They said I would have to pay to fix it I called a few times since and basically get the same response from Dell I would have to pay a charge that went from $to $to have them look at itwith no guarantee of repair I basically used this computer for one month and left it in the closet after the conversations with Dell and the warranty company for Walmart Since then I recently contacted Dell again to be told the same thing I bought this computer as aI backup for the one I am on now I have also read many stories of complaints of this computer crashing and Dell takes no responsibility for this

I perchesed my pc from dell in march it arrived in a damp and damaged box so I checked the computer and started it up it seemed to be working fine for the the first months then it started giving me problems now they tell me they wont fix it under warranty I sent pictures of the damaged box to them then was called a lie by different representatives

have dell latitude purchased via internet from reliable dealerand thought dell would stand behind their product and namethe computer is not old or usedbut since I have had it the transformer kandl a-apl-12-b gets extremely hot when chargingand the battery discharges faster then is normali contacted delland was told that THEY WOULDNOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT so when thus battery explodes they say its not their problem
