Dear Sir/Madam, I ordered a laptop computer from Dell on 5/15/through their websiteThe cost is $3,(DPID [redacted] )When I received this laptop, all lights and indicators on the keyboard, dashboard, and even power button were not function (always off) I called their service department and spent more than hours to help the engineer for repair but he could not figure out the problemThen he let me ship my laptop back to Dell for repairThe repair list includes reformat the hard drive, re-install the WindowsHowever, when I received my laptop, the problem is still there and no any changeI had to call the service department againThe remote diagnosis took me more than two hours but the service engineer still could not fix the problemAfter that, I received an email from Dell that they need to send an engineer to my house for the repair but the parts were out of stock and I had to wait for the parts comingFinally, a Dell's engineer came to my home on 7/

The process for buying a laptop from them is quite predatoryThere is no way that I found to even compare all the options for a certain modelClicking certain links will show you different options at different pricesThere must be at least different ways that they show different configurations the same productIf some one does not know that this is a thing they will easily be tricked in to buying a product without the configuration that they desire and be charges more for itThis should never exist under any circumstance it exist solely to trick the consumer into buying the wrong product for the wrong priceThere should never exist a practice that offers a lower price just because they used a different google search term
