Within months of owning the computer I purchased, it failedIt was sent to dell for repairsmonths after, it failed again, with the exact same issue they said was repairedThey want to charge me 250$ to repair the issue that they said already repaired, and will not take the computer back and refund my money

I purchased my dell computer 1/19/for my warranty to end 3/4/ I sent the computer back and a repair date of 11/06/They replaced the FAN and HeatsinkI get the computer back and the computer is OVERHEATING AGAIN and ALSO NOT HOLDING A CHARGEI sent the computer back on 2/23/and after calls this AM and over two hours they said the computer is in TRANSANT back to me, with only a adaptor replaced!!!? On August 9, I ordered a Dell Inspiron Series Windows laptop computer to replace my Dell model that had failedAt that time Dell was having many “Back to School” sales and many computers were greatly discountedI chose that computer from Dell’s online pages and chose it because of how it was equipped and the price which was $ I received a confirmation of the order on August 9thI was assigned Order # [redacted] Along with the confirmation I received a detailed parts list of what I would receive in my laptopMy order indicated Dell Purchase ID [redacted] It also said my Shipping Method was 3-Business DaysHowever, it did say that the delivery day would be 8/24/It was a delivery date that was further out than I wantedI needed the computer to replace my failed Dell model However, given the configuration and price I was willing to wait A few days after placing the order I called to see if I could add an external software package
