NEVER BUY Form DELL!! They are horrible with customer service, and they are liars!! I'm $in the hole because of them! I had purchased a laptop from Dell.com on Wednesday March 15th I had saw that it had discounts listed on the website but they would not apply to the purchase priceI had called and placed the order over the phone to correct the issue with the advertised discountsAs a dell Advantage rewards member I am entitled to expedited shipping on my orderafter placing my order I was told my item would arrive between Monday March 20th and Friday March 24th which is longer then the expedited shipping which is advertisedI am now days passed the day my order was submitted and when I look at the website it lists that my expected delivery date shows March 20th (updated) but it does not show that my order has shippedI first contacted Dell via their online chat on Tuesday March 21st and was told that the the product was in transit from Asia to the US and the expected ship date is will be Wednesday the 22nd and I should receive it by Friday the 24thToday on the 24th I look

I order a few things from Dell and they charge me for shipping overnight when all it was was a few consoles games for the Nintendo switch and console and one game for Xbox one x and they deliberately separate the items so they be shipped to me form different warehouse so they could charge me more for overnight shipping and it, not fora god gaming console that less than which is the switch and a few gamesI did manage to get them to get a partial credit but they refusing to refund the whole If they put all the items together and sent it out to me which I brought all at the same time in the basket it should be no more than I am guessing dollars for overnight shippingThat just one part of the problem the second problem is I ordered a 4k tv from them and it got damaged on the way to me when it was shippedI called them but only getting people from the third country India and I can't hear them because I am hard of hearing and ask them numerous times to put

I received a Alienware Laptop that was not in an acceptable conditionThere were scratches on the inside next to the keyboardI highly believe I was sold a refurbished computer as new, but it was not a brand new computerI keep the computer as the scratches were not too noticeableI also saw that the LED light has a factory defect and is not consistent with the lighting on the othersAlso there was bad black light screen bleedI let all of this pass, and eventually I ran into performance issues like frame drops and stuttering, so I attempted to correct the issue myself with an upgraded thermal paste and repadA customer should not have to repad and paste a brand new computerWell my temps were reduced after this repaste and repad, it was still stutteringI then called and informed them of what was happening, but they declined to send me a new computerRequesting a new laptop be sent in was now out of the question, as the one month window has expiredThis was just the start
