I purchased a laptop and a mouse from Dell on 2/7/and an incorrect item was shippedA correct laptop was shipped to me and I was recharged for the second laptopAll items were returned but I only received a refund for oneI have contacted Dell numerous times to get a refund status and I was told it could take up to daysI called Dell on 3/4/16, I spoke a manager [redacted] who checked with the receiving department and was told they have located all the items and that I would be receiving a refundI called again on 3/23/because I still have not received any refundI am now told they have no record of receiving the items and that no refund would be issuedI am told they had issued only one return label which shows no movementAll the items were returned/picked up by UPS and I will not pay for items I do not have

On November 24, 2017, I purchased a brand new Inspiron series intel from Dell and May placed a service call to Dell when I discovered that the laptop was not chargingIt was discovered that I need a new charging cable and since I was within service warranty, I asked for the laptop to be repaired since it was missing two keys buttonThere was an agreement in place to ship the laptop back to them for repairThe original FedEx label I was given, got expired and I asked for a replacementThe company rep reissue a UPS shipping label as a replacement After weeks of going back and forth and in July, Dell's reps finally informed me that my computer was shipped to their destruction location and they will have to give me a used/refurbished computer I asked for brand new or they refund me back my purchase money

There was a promotion for an item namely a hard drive that was priced for $ I understood this was a great deal and quickly placed an order I received an order conformation shortly thereafter this was in the beginning of the weekas of minutes ago I recieved an email stating my order was canceled due to a pricing errorThis is not acceptable

I bought a dell laptop a couple of months ago for my college student son to do homework.The laptop is supposed to be capable of 5G bandwidth connection but from day one the laptop would barely connect at the G bandwidth because its 5G CONNECTION drops all the time to a point where my son had to use a USB network adapter dongle to connect at a lower speed.I reached out to dell tech support about the need to troubleshoot product around Nov 11th after we exhausted all efforts to get the built in wireless card to stay connected "every min or less it disconnects".Service request [redacted] ,the people it talked to in India were extremely nice and tried their best to help.Every troubleshooting session lasted over min & every time I thought we had a fix,the laptop will revert back to disconnecting from my LAN every to min.BTW I have other laptops and desktops in the house that stay connected 24xwithout any incident of disocnnection, except for this new laptop I got from D

This company has been the single most irritating and frustrating I have ever dealt withI purchased a laptop from them in September The laptop came in defective and without the proper equipment, mostly because of the language barrier Frustration number 1, you can not request to be connected to anyone within your own country so you may better understand options and they might better understand your needs When trying to return the item it took almost months for the return to take place I called times before ever receiving the email with the return labelThis equates to about hours of hold time and another hours of speaking to a rep Once the laptop was returned I contacted them again to place the new order This began in December, it is now February 22nd and I have still not received the laptop I have been on the phone about plus times trying to get a definitive answer as to why and when and no one knows One blames waiting on a part, one claims I need to speak to someone in fraud, another says my cc was declined (I called amex the charge was approved and dell never took the payment), yet another says it's being shipped (they still haven't taken payment) This company would be better suited if it were run by chimps Overall if I ever get in touch with anyone who knows what they are actually doing, I will cancel the order As of now, I am on hold again and the time is ticking away1:05:here goes another hours of my life I never wish any business ill will as I am a business owner myself, this one however, I pray bankrupts

I placed an order with dell computers with a gift card and a credit cardAt AM on the same day I think someone from Dell called to verify the credit card and because they could not reach me they canceled the orderThe order has been canceled by Dell for a week and I have not received a refund to my gift cardThe gift card expires in daysI have spoken to atleast different people at Dell and chatted with another about thisI can't believe this can be good for business - cancelling an order from a customer and making it impossible to place the order again

Dell has the worst customer service in the WORLD!! Dell lost a sell todayDialed three different numbers to speak with someone in US I was questioned why: because I want to spk with someone I can understand! Received laptop on 12/ Called to process return and was told that Dell's system showed that the laptop was not yet delivered, so I had to wait Once I pushed back they placed me on hold and advised me that they had submitted a request to update the order status and that would be completed within 24-hours I told them I was leaving town tomorrow and this was unacceptable, so which I was told that there was no other option Asked to speak to supervisor but was told that was impossible After several requests was finally transferred to supervisor [redacted] [redacted] told me I could not process the return for 24-hours while system updates She acknowledged that this is Dell internal issue I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said 'no' and then refused to say anything further Meanwhile Dell is holding over $1,ransom as they will not release funds until laptop is received

I ordered a Laptop from Dell on 11/It was delivered late and more importantly with the incorrect hardware on 12/ I have spent hours and hours dealing with the terrible customer service that this company provides I am simply trying to get the Laptop I paid for Now as of 1/nothing has been done I have wasted 20-hours being transferred from agent to agent and I have given up and Contested the charge through my CC company
