Purchased a new LG 75" TV from Dell, it was promised with a $Promo Gift Card, I screenshot the deal and Dell refuses to honor it

I bought a dell inspieron laptop at fred myers department store. It gave me probelems from the start. The mouse pad didn't work right.Say, on face book, I would scroll and nothing would move then all of a sudden the screen would move eradicalliyI spent hours on the phone with dell trying to get this fixed,it would work right for a short time then same thing.Ended up sending unit back to dell for repairs, worked ok for short period of time then same problem. Now they tell me my warrantee is up and they wont do anything else.A reasonable person would think, when theres an ongoing problem that has not been fixed a respectful company would make things right,BUT NOT DELL INCBottom line is they wasted so much of my time that I just gave up , I'm sure that's what they hope forI would think they should be capable of fixing their own productWith that I will never buy another DELL productOne other thing,to make a complaint to the Revdex.com they ask for dates, names of persons you spoke with, so keep records.I didnt think about doing this.I thought I was dealing with a repeatable company

I purchased a refurbished Dell Venue Pro Tablet Computer from Dell for $ After about hours of usage, the unit would not turn on Unfortunately, the Dell warranty had already expired The built in test indicated that the battery was dead I bought a new battery for $and installed it The unit still didn’t work properly I contacted the Dell Community Forum and after exchange of messages and photos, a Dell representative indicated that he didn’t know what was wrong but it was probably either a software and hardware issue with the Tablet As an engineer, I found this response superficial and unacceptable and suggested that Dell send me a replacement part and I would replace the part myself and ship them back the defective part for their further failure mode analysis Since the unit was priced at only $119, I couldn’t imagine that the price of the repair part was more than $to $ They refused I checked their web and found out that they do not sell the needed replacement part When I checked the Dell Community Forum about this issue, it seemed like there were hundreds of users on the Dell forum with a similar problem as mine It seems fairly obvious that this is a well-known defect in the product and that is why Dell no longer sells the product I find it very disappointing that Dell doesn’t stand behind their products I will think twice before I purchase another Dell product

On November 23, at 2:PM CST, I opened a sales chat with a Dell representative, [redacted] I was asking for a quote for an Alienware computer that supported monitors [redacted] immediately informed me in her first statement that I would "need to have dual video cards for that." I asked if I could "order one with duel video cards" and she stated, "Sure." At 3:PM CST, after almost minutes of waiting, I was quoted the price of "$1,+ taxes" for the following: "8th Gen Intel® Core™ i(6-Core, 12MB Cache, up to 4.6GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology) Windows Home 64bit English Dual NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX graphics with 8GB GDDReach (NVIDIA SLI® Enabled)6GB Dual Channel DDRat 2666MHz; up to 64GB (additional memory sold separately) 256GB MPCIe NVMe SSD (Boot) + 1TB 7200RPM SATA (Storage) Alienware™ Watt Multi-GPU Approved Power Supply with High Performance Liquid Cooling Qualcom 802.11ac 2xWireless, WiFi and Bluetooth (Standar

I was offered a $rebate card that I did not getI have called in several times and stated will return TV if dont get the rebate I was promisedAfter several calls, I was promised on 5/by a Resolution Rep would submit and have gift card information via email in a week I called today and told no record of call and no promotion going on at that timeIt was a promotion for several clearance TVs all over the siteAlso, another rep stated cant even look up previous promotions so how will be able to verify or tell me it was not a promotion

I purchased an Alienware Aurora Rdesktop from Dell.com in December 2016, and received the product in January At the time of purchase, I also bundled a copy of Microsoft Office Home and Student I never received the softwareFor the last several months, I have attempted to contact Dell to resolve the issue, both through email and via phone, even allowing a Dell technician to remotely access my computerHe confirmed that the software was not available on the machineIn spite of this, he refused to refund me, offering me an inferior product (Office 365), which would expire within a year and require renewal, while the version I purchased was good for the lifetime of desktopAll subsequent efforts to contact Dell have resulted in the company hanging up on me, giving me the run around by shuffling me between departments, and telling me they cannot help meAs such, I have decided to escalate the situation

This whole process started June 17th when Alienware’s website was running the following promotions that made the deal hard to pass upListed in order of importance/value to me: An Nvidia GTX for – a $700-value A FREE graphics amplifier, which is awesome and allows the laptop to use a desktop graphics card listed above – a value years of warranty for the price of a year warranty – a ~$value I called prior to placing the order to confirm the price on the graphics card was correct because it seemed like a pretty steep discountI would say too good to be true but they had a similar setup to mine on sale via the Microsoft store for $off a week after I purchased mine so it’s not unreasonable to expect this to be correctWhen I received the order confirmation the graphic card wasn’t listed so I chatted online with Dell order support and once again confirmed that it was on the original order and advised to wait and see what is actually shipped

My business purchased brand new computers from Dell and the 5th one is defective After sending it back to them for repairs twice; with no sign of the computer being fixed, I am now told that I can return it yet again for repairs and then if it still isn't fixed I will be able to exchange it for a refurbished computer I don't think it's fair to be given a refurbished computer when I purchased a new one; albeit defective I purchased brand new, therefore the replacement should be brand new I had spoken to several customer service representatives and they all told me different things It wouldn't surprise me if this is how they play their game so no one can catch them peddling defective productsIt was not very easy to get through to someone and I have documents supporting the entire ordeal I am quite angry and at this point, I just want my money back I am trying to run a business here and have already wasted too much time on this situation

I bought a laptop from DELL website May 2016, and DELL deliver my package by Fedex on May and it showed delivered on May But until now I didn't receive this packageThe tracking number is [redacted] I don't know where is my package nowMaybe it was stolen or something happenedI have asked my friend to check the neighbor building and they got nothingI always send online shopping package to this address and this never happened beforeAnd I have contacted with DELL, customer support of DELL ask me to file a complaint and forward DELL a scan copy, then order can be refundSo I just report and wish you can give me some help to get back my package or get my money backSo many thanks

I purchased a Dell laptop in late January I've used the laptop and impeccable care of the deviceI use the device about 3-time per week On June 19, 2016, when opening the case under circumstances the screw that holds the back left corner of the plastic case broke free from the casing, leaving a gap on the side of the laptop To open or close the laptop, you have to hold the gap together to prevent further damage to the case Warranty covers workmanship, and this if clearly a case of workmanshipThe case shows no damage in misuseIt broke under use Dell wants to charge me $for the replacement calling it as damage cause by abuse There are many threads on the internet of people with this exact issue

I have a Alienware Rthat ranging from temperatures Cto C within the first few minutes of a game starting The system performance causes multiple games to becomes enjoyably and unplayable This is because thermal throttling and stuttering within the games I was told that the stuttering is part of acceptable use conditions by a employee performing technical support [redacted] provided me assistance last and informed me he would not be fixing the stuttering in any manner, after I accepted not to push for a second replacement of the heat-sink as it was part of the system specifications Previously, I had contact with Dell technological support and set a call back time which I never received Next, I set up a way to email proof of the temperatures using a program they asked I never received an email Finally, I decided to work through it all in one time and spend hours waiting on hold for a supervisor then an additional hour plus to finish the diagnosis

On Jan I contacted Dell on the telephone and ordered "Intuit TurboTax Premier Federal + State Taxes + Fed Efile Tax Preparation Software - PC/Mac Disc." The Dell representative [redacted] ( [redacted] @dell.com; ###-###-####) indicated Dell would honor the price match of $as advertised that day on: [redacted] When the Dell representative processed the order (Order Number: [redacted] ), he did not include the price match and instead charged $for the boxed software and $(6%) in tax for a total of $ I have made repeated calls and sent repeated e-mails to the specific Dell salesperson and others at Dell with no response

I just bought a new Dell "all in one" computer at Best Buy on Thursday, August 24, I had my year old daughter unwrap the box and asked her to "set it up" for me After a few days I tried to use it, but it was misssing a small vital USB part that my daughter inadvertently overlooked and either threw it away with the box or it wasn't in the box with the computer So, I called Best Buy to find out how I could get a replacementThey told me to call DellDell representatives asked me for a service number that Best Buy employees had no knowledge of ever giving to any customer buying a computer int he store I called Dell again and explained I didn't have the "Service Tag Order number nor did the store know what they were talking about I again offered them all the numbers (including serial number) on my receipt for my computer They insisted and had me cal the store again The store personnel repeated what they said the first time--they didn't know what Dell was referri

I placed an order for an item on Dell's website on January 4, 2017, which included free expedited shippingI received an order confirmation email with an estimated delivery date of January 9, 2017, and my credit card was chargedAs the delivery date arrived, I noticed that my order status had not changed from confirmed to shipped, so I contacted Dell order supportI was then informed that due to a pricing mistake made by Dell, my order would be cancelled and the amount of the order will be refunded

I want to start off by thanking you for taking time out of your busy schedule to read thisI am writing this letter to address the issues I have had with my brand-new Dell XPS series touch screen laptop (Service Tag [redacted] )I purchased the laptop on May 6, on Amazon.com directly through Dell and have experienced nothing but issues with the computerThe “minor flaws” were the only nuisances that occurred until Monday September, 11, The night prior, the computer automatically installed a large, mandatory update for Windows 10; everything was working that nightThe next morning, however, I turn on my laptop, and nothing at all appears on the screen I called the IT Department of Dell and spoke with one of the tech support individuals over the phone in an attempt to address what to do in the situationSince I did not have a torx #screwdriver on hand to open the back panel, he told me that the best way to fix the problem is to send the laptop in and have them ta

Bought computer and extended service package in DecemberIt stops working at least 1x/day (lose all work, and I often work from home on my machine)Technical support, after hours, phone calls, etcHas been the worst experience everThere are a lot of issues with the nature of the technical supportOne representative took control of my machine to make repairs - they not only made the issue worse, but they installed software on my machine and hit the "accept" button to the terms and conditions without giving me the chance to read itThey entered me into a binding agreement - and then the escalation team told me this was company policy I've called customer support three times to try and see what phone number or email address I can use to make a complaint (e.g., ombudsman) and I've repeatedly been told to call back tech support and work it out with themThen to get me off the phone one rep told me [redacted] @dell.com (the email if you have questions about privacy or confidenti
