I received the promotional code from Dell Advantage Rewards on 1/15/with a day expiration from the date of issuance, which I believed to be 1/15/ However, when I called today on 4/6/to make a purchase for a Dell printer, I was informed that the Promotional Code was expired as of 2/2/ I would like the date changed given that Dell did not provide me the promotional code until 1/15/ I had no idea that the promotional code had been "issued" since I never received it until I called and received it on 1/15/ The reason for the delay was because Dell made an error on my order from the beginning Dell sent my computer order to another address Dell never sent me my statements nor new credit card to my correct address even after I provided them with my correct address Dell never sent me the promotional code like they said they would do Today I learned that they should have sent that to me days after purchase, which that never occurred Again, I rece

Ordered an Xbox November 25th Got a confirmation email that it would arrive Dec 5th When it did not, I called them Was transferred to multiple departments, was on hold for hours, customer service repswere not helpful and rude This issue has not been resolved

I ordered some SSD (WD blue 250gb) hard drives from Dell.com when they had the hard drive for sale and ordered it for use in my server hardware (pcs)The order went through they had those in stock and I even have order confirmation email for my orderesNow they turned their back saying that there was a price error in the website and they are trying to cancel my order when there are people who have proof that their order for the same thing was deliveredI think it is highly unethical for huge businesses like these to do thatThey have already charged my credit card for that as well

Worst customer service I have ever hadRefused to issue a refund on a defective monitorWas told a new monitor could be shipped 1-days, and now im told it will take WEEKS

I have placed many orders with Dell and I have sent my Tax Exempt Documentation to the Tax Exempt Department of Dell, unfortunately Dell is the only company who makes it a nightmare to handle the Tax Exempt portion or the ordersIn the past I have successfully received tax refund from Dell in the form of a check many months after the order was placed and it was after many times contacting the company, pressuring again and againThis time I have placed many more orders worth well over $10,all requiring tax exempt status, yet I receive very little assistance from Dell in resolving this matter and they advise me that the process will take a very long time, and that all communications must be done through email to a department who does not assistThis has become a nightmare and I will be taking my business to other companies if you guys don't get your act together, this is a lack of professionalism and it is unacceptable

I have had the worst experience with DellI used to absolutely love them, and in November I bought a battery for my Dell laptopIn December, randomly, they charged me AGAIN for the battery, shipped one out to the address that I no longer live at, and took the money straight from my bank accountWhen I called to tell them, they gave me a really hard time about getting the money back (for something that I never purchased) and still, three and a half weeks later, have not given me my money backI message them almost daily asking for updates, and they continually make excuses for why they have not given me my money back yetThey illegally pulled money from my bank account without my consent and all I want is my money back, and yet they continue putting it off and saying they need "confirmation" from different departments, approval, etc

I am a full-time student in collegeI purchased a Dell 2-n-laptop that was over $at the beginning of FebruarySince then I have sent my laptop in or had a technician come to repair it times I am weeks into classes and I am having to send my laptop in again because the charger isn't working correctlyEvery time I call customer support they make me send it in again, the last time I sent it in the issue didn't even get repaired correctlyI have asked for a refund or a new laptop so I wouldn't have to send it in again but they denied my request because it has been over days since I purchased my product I am thoroughly frustrated with this product and their "customer support"

I had ordered a Dell laptop and was not satisfied with the product so therefore returned it to the company Dell received my returned laptop on October 11th As of November 16th, I have yet to receive my refund I’ve called Dell on several occasions and after a few lengthy conversations the best they can tell me is I should receive my refund shortly This length of time for a refund is unacceptable

Purchased an XPS laptop from Dell at the end of NovemberI received the computer 12/On 1/6/the computer completely failed and required it to be sent to the Dell depot for replacement of the hardrive and reinstallation of the operating system Returned to me in the end of JanuaryFirst week to February, the operating system fails againHours are spent on the phone with ITThey send a USB drive with the Operating system on it, but after installing, it does not have WIFI on itIn total I have had this computer for daysof which it did not function or it was in Dell's possessionThey have made no attempt to fix this situation and only send me back to technical supportWhere is the responsibility to the consumer? Clearly the computer is a dudIt has now effectively become a $paperweightThey refuse to send me a new computer or refund meI have been given the run around on the phone and they make it impossible to reach a true conclusionOriginally the comlute

I purchased a Dell Inspiron Computer through QVC, Order# [redacted] , October for my spouse He decided that he did not need a computer so it sat in the box and was never opened or used until August when I started taking classes The computer was brand new, never used and it only worked for less than a year I contacted Dell warranty service and they informed me that the computer was no longer under warranty so I paid them $to fix the motherboard as they informed me of the issue after performing an over the phone diagnostic, in which the computer powered up but the screen did not light or display Dell then created a work order ticket under service tag# [redacted] , Dispatch Number [redacted] initially on Jan and they sent me a box to ship the computer as instructed I did so The computer was returned to me on Jan from Dell at that time nothing worked The computer did not power up, the screen did not display anything I called Dell yet again and they inst

I purchased a laptop online (Dell Latitude 7480) on 12/30/ Because I was out of the country for most of January, I did not turn the laptop on until January I asked a family member to open the box upon delivery and verify that the contents looked OK, but she did not notice any issues When I returned to the country, I found that the keyboard was rather flexible in the lower right corner - pressing the right arrow key caused the keyboard to flex downward The ports on the right side of the laptop were also not aligned properly with the chassis I contacted Dell technical support and they said they would send a new keyboard and bottom plate for the laptop A technician would visit me onsite to install it The technician arrived, but instead of the keyboard and bottom plate, Dell had sent the palmrest and bottom plate The palmrest is the frame surrounding the keyboard It also contains the trackpad The technician replaced both those parts, which made the ports lin

Firstly I'd like to state that this issue has caused me a great deal of stress, the run around with people who were suppose to call me (Alienware supervisor [redacted] ) but then failed to do soLuckily a post I made on social media started to get a lot of views which prompted Alienware to reach out to me which I provided my service tag and behold I get a call (unfortunately the first time I was called once and was hung up on the moment I answered the call as it came through) My issue stems from wanting a replacement laptop after having motherboard changes, fan change, dism change, battery failures, etc with problems still lastingI simply wanted a replacement laptop because of the simple fact that I've experienced so many part changes that I felt I just needed to be over and done with it but unfortunately Dell has refused to give me one even after all of the issues presented on this PC There's been a long list of back n forth with videos showing my issues (USBs disabling wit

I bought my computer a little more than a year ago, and since that time I had to change it timesOn the last time I received a refurbished computer to replace my computer thta I bought as a new oneNow I simply cannot use it, nad I had to purchase e new computer in order to be able to complete my workI want a solution for that, I want my money back

My Alienware/Dell M18x Laptop is under warranty until October I notified Dell of an issue I was having with my laptop on March 29, They then tried to repair the laptop at their depot, by replacing the Video Cards, Motherboard, Ram, and re-installing the drivers and Operating system The re-install of the OS was done even though I clearly marked "no" with the question can Dell wipe your hard drive and reinstall the OS They called and said it HAD to be done to fix the laptop I received my laptop back and the same issue persisted despite Dell erasing my harddrive and all my saved files/photos/games I notified Dell immediately, and then after hours of calibrating the issues on the phone they sent a technician to repair my computer again They changed both ram sticks again as well as the motherboard The same issue persisted where my laptop would freeze after about 45-1hr of use After this I asked for a replacement laptop since they had now replaced every critical p

About a month ago I bought a Dell laptop through my college who ordered the laptop for meI picked it up from campus and took it homeI noticed that the computer had a noticeable crackling noise coming from it so I contacted Dell to get a replacementI did not have the computer for long so I new I would still be able to get an exchange for itWhen I contacted them I was told I could not get an exchange because the system was days oldBut I had owned the computer for just one weekCustomer service told me I could send in the computer for repair but they did not fix the problemI received the computer back with the annoying noise still stuck with itI believe I should have gotten a replacement for the computer since the computer was not in my procession for more then a weekOn top of this it took an entire month of contacting customer service at Dell to fix the problem which was not fixed at the end

I have been trying to retrieve an operating system I purchased from Dell, this system is out of warranty The OS is located on their web site, but they no longer provide access for out of warranty computers even though I have a valid paid for Microsoft Key Microsoft told me that my OS should be available for download since I own the key for it, but since it's an OEM key, it can't be downloaded from MS, we have to go though dell, who owns wants to charge 21.xx dollars for a sub drive with the OS on it, when in fact they sold m other computers with retail versions of the operating system This is just an outright money making scheme and fraud I own the OS key, this should of Ben a retail copy so I can download this at any time from Microsoft

Requested and was told that I would receive a refund in 10-days on or about October, On November, 2016, was told by company representative that the refund had not been processed because it was awaiting approvalWas told that an internal corporate email would be sent to get approval and that if a positive response was received, result would be a refund in (another) 10-days Have spent three hours on the phone being bounced around to multiple departments and was denied the opportunity for immediate resolution at an appropriate managerial level Want to talk to a corporate representative in Round Rock, TX, but to date haven't been able to get to anyone inside

My Dell Laptop hard drive failedI purchased a new hard drive and needed to reinstall WindowsThe Windows operating system disk was not provided with my computer, the program was pre-installed on machineI called Dell Tech Support and they instructed me to purchase a Windows USB Key and I didUpon paying $to get access to the Windows license I already purchased when buying the machine, it was a miss match with the computerI later learned that Dell imprints the Windows Key onto the Mother Board, so my key did not matchCalled Dell again to which they told me I had to pay they additional money So I purchased a product, Dell Computer + Windows license and now I own a machine that cannot have an operation system loadedIt is worthlessDell has refused to make me whole or fix their issues without charging me for their breakdown Worst service I have ever receivedNever again, never Dell

I bought a Dell Inspiron April of last year (2016)At no surprise the warranty ended and the computer then decided to crap outThe warranty ended April of this year (2017)The Battery went, the wifi adapter went, and the charger wentAll within monthsThe battery itself costs almost 100$ and the laptop was only worth 450$So I contacted support and they did absolutely nothing for meThey actually sold me a piece of junk and could care less that it stopped working within a month of the warranty endingThey design these computers to last for as little as possibleThe customer service was a joke as well as their knowledgeI work for Batteries Plus Bulbs and we deal with laptop batteries on a daily basisThe battery itself was put through the re-conditioner and came back as failedThe battery went as well as the chargerI was planning on buying an Alienware computer but now I will just go with MSINever will I invest another dime into Dell againWhat a joke!

I have a Dell Inspiron that been having an issueI've been hearing a clicking sound every time I open and close this laptopThen I noticed that the right side hinge has been popping open and close every time I open and close the laptopIt's clearly a product/hardware design issueCalled Dell a few times talked to their warranty dept and they sent me to their owarranty deptThey said they would not cover this unless I pay themI did some looking around for support and it turns out I'm not the only one this same exact issueI called back and asked if there is a known issue or recall on this laptop lineThey told me noI did state that there is a support forum on their own website ( [redacted]  ) that has pages of the same issue that I have and how can they not see a trendShe claimed she had no such knowledge of the issue(Strange she knew my exact issue and pricing when I explained my situation but cla
