Dear Dell, I have been a loyal customer for over years and I'm so disappointed in you.I have a Dell Laptop and the right hinge has given me some problems since I've owned it but it recently broke offI called to get it replaced and they told be it would be $to buy an entire LCD screen to repair it !! BAD DESIGN! This is not how you treat your loyal customersThe hinges are an issue posted all over the web and you are well aware of this reoccuring problemThis is a common product defect in this computer so I don't know why you don't have a recall on it like other companies do? I worked hard to save my money to buy this computer and can't afford to buy a new one=( This will be a hardship for me I think you need to do the right thing and repair this product defect; otherwise you will lose a very loyal customer for lifeSo disappointed because I have always loved my Dell's!

On Friday, November 6, 2015, I purchased an Inspiron Model 3052, Customer No [redacted] , Dell Purchase ID: [redacted] , Order No914858218, Service Tag No [redacted] in the amount of $with a delivery date of Wednesday, November 11, Approximately seven months and two days later on Monday, June 13, 2016, the computer broke down I called my grandson later that evening and he tried effortlessly to get the computer working but to no avail On Tuesday, June 14, at noon, my daughter called Dell's technical department (###-###-####) and was on the phone until 1:pm They had her turn the computer on and off, press the Fand Fkeys countless times only to be told it needed a new hard drive My daughter was told Dell would send a new hard drive in the mail and the old one must be returned within two weeks She was told my files could not be retrieved and I would have to pay to get them retrieved In addition, my daughter informed Dell about my warranty

There is a problems with the batteries installed in the XPS laptopsThe battery swells and it is unsafe to use because it is a fire hazardDell has already recalled batteries for other models This battery should also be recalled and replaced at no charge to the consumer even if the computer is out of warranty

I purchase a Dell OptiPlex Micro Dell OptiPlex Micro I've been having issues with this computer from day The USB ports to not work I called Dell, and they shipped me a new computer, but it did not look new WE had the same issue with this computer A technician came to my house to replace the part The computer still was not working Another technician came to replace another part Computer is still not working I tried calling customer support, but my case needs to be handled by Client Resolution Expert They are in central time I tried calling that technician several times, but was another available when I was available I am missing work due to this issue
