On November 22, I ordered a computer and opened a line of credit with Dell.I received confirmation that the computer would be delivered on November 30, 2018, it never arrivedI then contacted FedEx and was given a complaint number and told the package could not be locatedI then contacted Dell and was told day after day, to give them 24yrsto investigateDell refuses to reship the order to us and we aren't able to cancel eitherLast Friday we were also told a lie that they would expedite the order by 430pmI've never dealt with anything like this beforeWe are left in limbo while Dell fights with FedEx

This computer was purchased 5/12/ I started having issues with the screen going black and not returning and having to force it to shut down I could still hear whatever was running; it was just black Finally, it would not turn it back on at all I called for tech service; a Dell tech person wiped the computer, this not being ideal as I lost a bunch of stuff and had to start this major aggravation all over getting it set up again Whatever else she did, didn't work Since then, I have been with or different tech people, I have had to make time in my very busy schedule to be here waiting for a call Two times they messed up the time zone One time I missed them (or should I say they missed me); the next time I guessed what was going on so I waited longer As of this time, in the short time I have had this computer I have had to force shut down times! I have no more patience Clearly this computer is damaged What do I have to do to get this done?

I purchased a Dell Series All In One Computer September There is a year repair or replace warrantySince new I've had serious display problemsDell tried to help me by email and phone calls, but after much wasted time reinstalling windows, updating drivers, running diagnostics, making arrangements for technicians to call me to arrange visits for on-sight repair only to be stood up and ignored, I finally was able to get them to allow me to ship the computer to them for repairHowever weeks later I received it back unrepaired I've been trying for weeks now to try to get them to replace it since they were unable to repair it However, they refuse, citing their day return policy (which is ridiculous since a return policy has nothing to do with product warranty)Every time I insisted they replace the computer, their representative sent me a copy of their warranty and their day return policy, telling me I'm not entitled to a replacement

I strongly feel that they were screwing with me for funI assume that it was the same call center because every time a new person answered the phone I heard the same background noise After the last attempt to be transferred they once again sent me to the automated system, so I just gave upMy questions were still unresolvedSo, I decided to find them on twitter and I received an instant reply to private message themLittle help that wasTheir response was "Unfortunately we will not be able to help you with the current market price of the order nor do we have a mechanism to check it" I called at 12pm and it is now 4:17pmI just want to know how much my computer is selling forI have worked in the customer service industry for yearsI would never treat a person that way

I bought a software from dell, on November 11, so far I did not get the software, the order number is [redacted] and the dell locker number is [redacted] Would you please help me to get the refund

They had a pricing error on their website for a 250GB WD SSD hard drive The product was already paid for and shipped to the point where it was out for delivery and Dell called UPS and said "Bring that package back to your warehouse and ship it back to us." I'm sorry, but it took Dell almost a week to notice this pricing error and just when it was going to arrive on my doorstep, they had the nerve to bring it back Instead of just taking the small loss, Dell took an even HUGER loss by having it shipped back and are going to refund me(Which I haven't received any email about that at all.) Purchased and paid for order number [redacted] on Jan I was charged $for this order Item was shipped via FedEx tracking number [redacted] I was never contacted by anyone from Dell via phone or email, but FedEx says Dell called them to have the package returned to sender the morning it was on the truck to be delivered The item is on its way back to Dell per Dell's request to FedEx, but I have not been contacted about this matter and the charge has not been removed from my credit card At the very least, if Dell did not wish to fulfill this order, they should have contacted me by phone or email and refunded my money

I purchased a Dell XPS from the Dell.com web site on 3/19/ The price was $1,The hardware I eventually received was defective and would not boot I promptly reported the problem to Dell and was offered a refund if I shipped it to them I returned it to Dell via their shipping label on 4/11/and was promised a full refund >Service Request Number [redacted] >This credit will be issued to your original form of payment You should see this credit within calendar days On 4/29/2016, Dell credited my card $1,039.37, short-changing me by 253.86, contrary to their written promise for a refund
