I purchased a PC from Dell for my business The PC I received did not match my needs so I returned it for a refund After waiting a few weeks, I noticed that no credit had been applied to my business account I called Dell to ask for clarification 7/10/- I was told by [redacted] that there was a glitch in the system on Dell's end That's why the refund had not been processed I was given a service request number and was told that the issue should be resolved in hours 7/12/- I called again because no credit had been applied to my account I was told that the refund was still being processed and it should be resolved in hours 7/16/- I called again because no credit had been applied to my account I was told that the refund would take more time to process because the IT department who needed to fix the glitch wasn't contacted until 7/ 7/is a Saturday, but the supervisor said they were contacted late Friday and could not address the issue

I bought a Precision from the Dell Outlet for my business in October 20th of from the Dell Business Outlet This was a "Certified Refurbished" computer and according to their description, it is to be "like new condition and fully inspected & tested" The computer arrived only to find: the power connection was misaligned and the cooling system was at an angle Called support and they sent someone out to repair the computer after the repair I found that the graphics card on the laptop was not the one advertised which was important for graphic work I perform I was told they could not repair or simply replace it and that I would have to send it back for a refund, I did so This was very inconvenient as I was depending on this for my business So I decided to make another purchase and put out extra money that I did not plan on while waiting for a refund due to the errors of Dell A more justified way to have handled this would have been to simply

This is a follto an earlier complaint I filed on 2/17/ The reason I am issuing a follcomplaint is simpleAfter the Revdex.com was responsive to the numerous issues I experienced with DellDell finally reached out to me over the phone and my bank refunded the $difference However, now months later in April, Dell reached out to my bank and had that $WITHDRAWN from my account yet AGAIN! Dell Inspiron 7559's left hinge failure A quick google search shows this is not an isolated issue and seems to stem from a design flaw Dell claims the issues stems from wear and tear or from user error However the same hinge fails in all similar issues no matter background or usage Dell also specifically lists hinges as out of warranty for this product which is suspect In fact, in their newer model of the same line, they change the hinge design entirely Upon the hinge experiencing a malfunction, the plastic casing near the hinge has shattered and brokenThe antenna for the runs close and through the hinge and seemingly has been damaged, as of this malfunction occurring the signal quality has been abysmal Besides these issues this product is exactly what I expected and I am pleasedHowever this build quality issue is disappointing, especially when it effects other components of the laptop
