I have now had a broken CPU for over six monthsOnce four was over days it quit workingI have contacted Dell over times via email and customer supportThere located in India and very rude on the phone [redacted] should be ashamed of what his company has becomeIf this is to be address I request an associate in the USA to call me back

Purchased a brand new laptop directly from Dell on March 8th Paid for express shipping because it was for a birthday gift to my wifeThey never told me that the computer had to be built and that it would take close to two weeks to shipThey utilized the express shipping two weeks laterI gave it to my wife on April 7th for her birthdayShe used it three times with no issuesToday April 27th the computer will not turn onWE called Dell Tech support who ran an online diagnostic report, determined that the hard drive was no goodWhen we asked what we needed to do the tech instructed my wife to get a screwdriver and remove the hard driveMy wife asked for instructions on how to do it because she was comfortable doing thatThe tech stated just take the two screws out, she again said I don't know what i'm looking forShe then asked what if she breaks something while doing it and he stated that it was not his problemHe stated that we had to send the hard drive back to Dell

I have been dealing with dell for about a week or to all to come to the conclusion that dell does not respect or Honor the customer warrantyI was pleged with a battery problem which the battery on my Alienware emploded basically leaking the battery acid from the lithium batter packThe underside of the laptop was destroyed when this happenedI contacted Dell/Alienwares customer support team immediately in good faith that all would be taken care of promptlyI was then told that they would send out a return shipping box where I could return the laptop and all would be taken care ofBoy was I thrown for a loop, I received the box the next day as promisedI then proceeded to stop the fedex guy to basically take the package immediately I went to get the laptop to put it in the plastic back that the box provided and the driver saw the fluid on the underside of the laptop and as what was it I then explained the situation and he denied my package because of it being hazardous waist

I ordered the item from Dell website on the 10/25/and they shipped the same day as a two day shipment (expedite) with FedEx 2Day I got provided with tracking number [redacted] and checking the status on FedEx website that keeps saying PendingIt's Sunday the 3rd of November and the item still not delivered and still saying pending Contacted FedEx and they have no idea where the item is and no any information that they could provide Called Dell several times to ship me a replacement or refund my money, and they just keep ignoring my requests

Ordered a Computer Component(a WD Blue PC SSD WDS250G1B0A ) off their site on Jan 4th and it was due to arrive on Jan 9th Shipment arrived at the local office and they fraudulently marked it as "refused by recipient" when it never had arrived at my house in order to be refused Fedex refused to comment on it further other than to state that it was at the request of the shipper Turns out Dell demanded they send the package back instead of delivering it like they are supposed to.(
