On Nov 17th a payment was sent to Dell by mistake when it should have gone to my propane dealer , I called Dell to get the payment back it went to Dell electronically and asked for it to be electronically returned due to the fact that I will be getting late fees for the bill that should have been paid I was told that it would take to weeks and I am getting late fees, I have not received a call back like they told me and I also emailed them and no answers at allI believe off they are going to hold my money that long I should receive interest on it they would charge me for making them wait
