I purchased a laptop and was told I would receive a free game with my purchasei am yet to receive my game 4monhts later and numerous emails and phone calls to resolve this issue

I was bought a laptop on dell.com, then my order was shipped but then they return the package to shipper, no notify, no refund, I lost my money and not get a laptop

The whole left silver plate of my laptop is brokenService tag [redacted] is no longer functioning

Hi, I ordered a Sony inch LED TV on 10/20/The TV was suppose to take days to come in but instead it took month I was also suppose to receive a $Dell gift card and another 5% gift card of the purchase price for being a Dell rewards member within 10-days after purchasing the TV They did not send any of the gift cardsI emailed and called multiple timesMany times I received no responseFinally just the other day on April 5th/2016, and a half moths after I bought the TV they sent me the $gift card BUT still have not sent the 5% in rewards I have emailed back and still no responsesI simply want to return the TV and will buy another one from a reputable company who honors their promotionsThank You

On Tuesday November 22, 2016, I placed an order on Dell.com for the Dell UltraSharp Dual Monitor Bundle - U2412M with MDS Payment was paid in full at time of purchase This was order# [redacted] and purchase ID: [redacted] The following day I received an email saying my order was cancelled "due to a pricing error."
