I recently purchased a laptop from Dell At the time of purchase I added a laptop case yo mu order When I went into yhe invoice there were two laptop cases and so I removed the one I added The invoice for my order included a laptop case I have contacted Dell multiple times and via multiple avenues concerning this and I either get told that it's a cokputer issue and their system incorrectly added it to my invoice or I just get told that my order didn't come with a case, which I know because it was delivered without one When a CSR reads your invoice that was forwarded to them directly and acknowledges the case is on it then tells you it was their error but won't even offer to fix it, there's an issue and it needs to be resolved

I purchased an Inspiron gaming system in November I only use the system for gaming Since I've had it for the very short period of months, it intermittently will not turn on I have sent the system in once, and am sending it in again Don't buy a Dell The systems are unreliable and very quickly require repair even with minimal use

Purchased a new Dell laptop and received it on 10/Noticed immediately that the "Z" key was defectiveKey works but does not press down like the rest of the keys; it's as if there is something obstructing the key from going down all the wayCreated a chat session on 10/to notify Dell of the issue and was told to check for any obstructionsI did not see anything and told the representative I didn't want to remove the key in fear of voiding the warrantyRepresentative informed me the keyboard would have to be replaced and closed chat session after ignoring my question of how that process worksCalled Dell on Tuesday, 10/(my day off from work) to try and have the issue resolvedCustomer service representative informed me again, this time by phone that the keyboard would have to be replacedMy information was taken and a replacement "refurbished" keyboard was shipped overnight to my addressI emailed the customer service representative back about how to replace the keyboar

I am writing to issue a formal complaint against Dell ComputersI have serious issues with products and customer service with Dell ComputerI purchased: two computers, a laptop (May 6, ord.# [redacted] , and a desktop (May ord.# [redacted] ), from Dell; an in-home-service warranty; and a power cord At first the Laptop failed to power on from a known issue and the power cord broke from poor design I have never removed the Desktop from the box because of the issues with the laptop, repairs and service I bought a warranty after the Dell representative, [redacted] , made several promises of trustworthiness and service The first serviceman came and could not repair it after replacing partsHe left at least one screw out in reassembling itHe had a wrist and pad grounding device and used plastic pry piecesHe ordered more parts and said another repairman will contact me The second repairman came and did not use gounding devices, used a metal blade to pry the parts a

I had first received an email that there was a security issue related to the order I submitted, and that I needed to call a number seconds later, a second email appeared that said that Dell had confirmed my order, and assigned me [redacted] numbers for the gaming monitors that I ordered as part of a sale The next day, May 24th, 2017, I had received a call from Dell Customer Service from a frantic woman indicating that they were from the Fraud and Verification Department, but the call quality was very low that I did not hear much of what she had to sayShe did not give me her nameShe initially told me that she sent me an email with a link to my email address to verify, but when I told her that I did not receive an email and that the call I received seemed suspicious, she grew increasingly frantic and then hung up on me On May 26th, 2017, when the order was supposed to arrive via [redacted] Ground tracking #[withheld], I received a notification "Shipper requested sh

Received a new Christmas present. A big problem from day 1. Have to shut it down twice a day to work. I work from home.

Bought a computer for Christmas. I have used it for two weeks and it doesn't work properly. The computer freezes and won't load programs. I have been on with techs and no resolution. The manager stated we are 9 days over today but I called that amount of days ago to report this issue. They refuse to help, upgrade, or return this product.

Dell repeatedly sent me emails regarding the renewal of Microsoft Office from Dell Digital LockerI couldn't remember my password and sent emails (on May 16, 2018) requesting assistanceUpon sending the first email, I was redirected to the 'forgotten email page.' Upon sending the second email, a worker by the name of [redacted] stated no account exists under my current email addressI finally stumbled upon the password and was able to access my account on my ownI saw that I needed to update my credit card information, and proceeded to do so on the night of May 16, On May 19, 2018, I emailed the company to check on the status of my renewal to Microsoft Office A worker by the name of [redacted] stated that all was well with my account and that the service was renewedHowever, the very next day, on May 21, 2018, I receive an email from Dell stating that the product is still not renewedI contact the company via email once again, and [redacted] ap

I have owned Dell Computers for over yearsI recently purchase an XPS laptopThe QHD display would render some programs text and icons so small that I could not read themWhen I contacted Dell Customer Service after a few days trying to resolve the issue, I was told that there was nothing wrong with the hardware and that I would have to pay $for a "Software Warranty" if I wanted help from DellI refusedI did a lot of checking online, and it seems that this is a recurring issure with the way these high density displays render some programsDell insisted that it was not their problemAfter a "Heated" discussion with Dell Customer service since they refused to dicuss the problem further, they started hanging up on me whenever I called inI returned the Dell computer and bought an HP which works without problemsI have repeatedly slammed Dell on "Surveys" that they sent me, but have never received a responseIt has now been over days since the return was acceptedDell insists that I have been reimbursed for the payment, but my bank records show that I have not been paidI cannot escalate the request outside Dell's offshor supportOverall this has been one of the more frustrating experiences with any customer supportI will never buy another Dell productAvoid them like the plague if you think you will need their support for their product

On the Dell Outlet website - [redacted] - the banner has three ads, the first of which offers savings of "up to 17%" This takes you to another page - [redacted] - that similarly headlines "save up to 17%" Bearing in mind that this was up today - March 16th - before 9:59AM, this is and deceptive advertising Dell Inc is a tech-savvy company and could easily change the banners to reflect that a sale for 17% is not valid today, but they did not I only saw this for the first time this morning and though there were products on which I could save 17% offered today, but when I contacted Dell, I was told there was actually nothing on sale for 17% today and that this referred to a sale that began a few days ago and that the 17% off coupon was only good on March (expired at 9:59AM EDT on the 14th) Below is a copy of the transcript of the conversation I had with Dell cu

I purchased a Laptop Computer from Dell back in April of this year I received the laptop on April 17th and upon turning on the unit discovered it was not functional I contacted Dell and started the return process which they assured me would provide me a FULL Refund of the $that I spent on the non-functioning product The laptop was sent back UPS as Dell requested on April 18th on tracking number [redacted] I was just notified via email by a Dell Representative that my refund was applied to my AMEX Card When I logged in to my account I noticed the refund was only for $and not the original amount owed to me by Dell of $ I have tried contacting Dell several times and I keep getting the run around that they can't help and to call other departments This is beyond ridiculous and fraud in my opinion I have all of the supporting evidence that shows I am entitled to a full refund and will be happy to provide it if necessary Please help me get my money

I ordered a "Desktop" computer but received a small case containing the motherboard and processor that would fit in a laptop computer and powered with an external power adapter like a laptop It did not contain an internal power supply as with a desktop motherboard The product description did not mention it hosting a low powered motherboard or processor, nor did it refer to it as a micro or chromebook type processor as in a laptop This type of motherboard and processor has a much lower throughput than any desktop and does not function as a desktop Because this was purchased in January and given as a gift in March (thus unopened till March), Dell refused to allow a return of the product past it's day return window They refused to let me speak with a manager, the fraud department or anyone other than the Technical support who transferred me to Customer Support to begin with I called and spoke to Customer Support, Technical Support, Sales each twice They refused to assis

I brought a Dell 2-in-laptop, However I am very disappoint with DELL because this laptop has issues continuously since I got itAll parts of the laptop keeps broken one by oneI hope DELL could replace this low quality laptop, but they only replaced partsTill now the hard drive, motherboard, sound card, screen, etc., keeps failed one by one, but the Dell only replaced hard drive and motherboardNow Dell refused to replace their low quality parts such as sound card , screen, etc., for free because they said it is out of warrantHowever, Dell did not solve the problems when it was under warrant period, I think Dell as a company should not sell such a bad quality laptop to harm the consumers

I bought a new Dell computer from Dell.com and received it the end of AugustOn October it had a blue screen critical error and cut offOn the 18th it did the same thing and will not stay on for more than secondsHad it happened within days 9/they would've done a refund or exchanged for a new computerHowever, since it was not quite months old they had me talk to tech over and over and their offer was to have refurbished parts put in my new computerI did not just spend $for a used computerI paid for a new computerThe error message says it is hardwareIn the week since contacting them NOTHING has been resolvedAll talk and emailsThey are not even returning emails and phone calls like they said they would At this point I am tired of dealing with themI do not want a used computer after paying for a new one less than days agoRight now I'm just waiting AGAIN

Microsoft Office was ordered from Dell It was not delivered Refund / Credit was requested Refund / Credit refused Approximately hours of attorney time was spent attempting to obtain delivery of software and approximately hours of attorney time was spent attempting to obtain refund / credit without success Customer service from Dell, Incinvolves communications through several tiers of personnel with each contact date involving communications with to or more persons each unable, unwilling or provided with instructions designed to obstruct service and to delay or prevent customer needs and satisfaction

I purchased a Dell laptop model Inspiron - on 02/04/I noticed that after calibration of battery, The laptop was getting pretty warm under the key pad I contacted service support, after he performed remote diagnostics with Speccy from piriform, it shows that the CPU temperature was hovering around to Celsius and not FahrenheitThe tech tells me that they will not exchange the laptop because the retailer had the laptop on their shelf more than days ASUS, Toshiba and Acer do not do this to their customers I just purchased it and why should I have to be forced on this burden to pay $for the proper shipping material, 5-days ground shipping and it maybe Fedex Smart Post and that can take up to days to reach them Then, According to the Dell technician there is a 7-day waiting period for the repairs and to days for me to receive the laptop back People please do your research on Dell's warranty policies as it seems they don't car
