Revdex.com: The 20% Off Coupon for In-store and Online was not printable There was no way to even copy and paste to print it with the bar code Dick's Sporting Goods did not read the complaint The barrel is irrelevant I wanted to print the 20% off coupon and go to the store and use it on something else Dick's sent me the 20% Off coupon for In-store and Online use at least times (I still have the e-mails) and each time it was not printable It sas right on the coupon "In-store or Online" use I get varoius store coupons all the time and this is the only time I was never able to print a store coupon Again the Dick's Sporting Goods employee/responder did not leave his/her name If the unknown Responder had looked into the defective coupons issued they would find out that it was designed in such a way so as it could not be printed to "use in-store" Dick's has done this before, this is not the first time I request Dick's Sporting Goods to truly investigate this matter with their Computer Programming/Computer Administration Department and get to the bottom of this problem

FYI:Dick’s Sporting Goods in FtSmith did finally take return of the defective Fitbit I purchased there and I received a full refund. I would consider this issue resolved to my satisfaction. The manager, *** or ***, was very helpful & understanding upon my 2nd return

During the online sales process Dicks online does not state that they can cancel an orderI have even provided the "Item Availability" information that is direct from the checkout link on Dicks Sporting Goods.comIn their policy it states that an item that is "instock" will provide an estimated delivery dateI have also provided the receipt I received from Dicks the day I purchased the itemI was given a Delivery Date of 12/8/to 12/14/meaning the item was in stock at the time of the orderI have never once asked Dicks to provide a rain check since the definition of a rain check is " a coupon issued to a customer by a store, guaranteeing that a sale item that is out of stock may be purchased by that customer at a later date at the same price." I had already purchased the item with my credit card and was told the item was in stock
