This is the email that I received from them, (attached)so different reasons now why they are not paying for the coat. But in the email the item was part of the GHD promotion and was canceled, so they could not pay on the promotion even though the item was in stock. I called minutes after I received the cancelation email and they put it in the system and I received the coat after the Christmas holiday.
