Good Afternoon, We would like to provide more information regarding Case #*** for *** ***, a complaint currently being reported as “Closed as Unresolved”. On January 3, we received a rebuttal communication from Ms*** in response to our status update stating we were still researching her concerns and would be providing a detailed resolution by way of telephone or letter once our research was completed. On January 5, we provided a second status update to Ms*** stating our response was in the final stages of approval. A detailed response letter has been provided to our customer via mail on March 2, ( Copy attached for your files) We have fully addressed Ms*** concerns and request this complaint status be updated accordingly. Citizens Bank did contact me, but did not convey anything that would solve my problem. I have never dealt with a company with such low customer service regards. I would recommend no one to do business with Citizens Bank.

I have logs that state when deposits were made in my account and when transactions occurredAt no time did my account go into the negativeCitizen Bank policy states that if a deposit is made same business day fees will be waivedMy intention is to pay any balance owed and I want the account cancelled immediatelyActs such as holding transactions to deliberately force an overdraft and rearranging transactions in order to receive maximum overdraft fees consist of fraud in my opinionI will not accept any response other than my account being credited for the overdraft fees on transactions in which they didn't actually occur.
