To date I have heard nothing from Citizens Bank regarding my complaint I did receive a phone msg but when I called the number to speak to the person, no one was available Since my original complaint, with no response, I have additional concerns no one is able to answer For instance, the November statement indicates the following: 10/24/AUTOMATIC PAYMENT $(principal) and $interest on a $payment When I asked HOW come my interest on $was a whopping $no one could tell me I have a 2.77% interest rate and this must be against the law I have gone to *** and refinanced the loan and I will NEVER deal with CitizensBank again I figure, since I only had this loan for mos or less, I should owe less than $in interest instead of the over $I have already paid I want my excess interest refunded as well as any over payment prior to Citizens receiving the payoff money Thanks, ***

I am responding to this complaint The company thus far has only sent the breakdown of the payments which I do not agree with and thy have not responded to my issue with them writing off the account and still collecting on the account I am rejecting their current attempts Please let me know the next steps
