Citizens Bank email simply states they have assigned someone to this matter and are looking into my issueI do appreciate this, but to date, my issue still has not been resolved as I do not yet have the title to my carI will leave the complaint open and allow Citizens Bank time to resolve my issue

I do not know what the offer is and because of the taking of so much money I am riding in a vehicle with grinding brakes and have no money for. groceries or gas. I don't make a lot of money but this has really put me in financial distress

Citizens Bank has agreed to revise its lack of accuracy for online banking, as well as increase customer response to issues such as this in an effort to reduce a customer having to resort to contacting the Revdex.com just to get thru to corporate !!

Please note that this situation aside from the inconvenience of the phone calls, some lasting over minutes, caused me to almost lose an excellent rate on the new loan due to Citizens inability to get me a simple payoff letter in the mailThey claim to have sent it times over a week periodI find that impossible to believeIn several calls to them after my first request, as I said in the complaint, they "offered" to send me a fax for $They would not provide an emailI asked them to wave the $fee and was told by the supervisor that they couldn'tIt wasn't until I made the Revdex.com complaint that someone actually faxed me a copy of the 3rd letter, a letter that wasn't received after days in the mail and was dated December 20th with a day period and received by me via email on December 29thThey couldn't even revise and re-date the letter This is horrible customer service! I will NEVER do business with Citizens and will be complaining at length to the dealer that set up the loan with themIf I could do more to ensure that they get the point and fix this horrible customer treatment please let me know and I will follow thru.Thank you for your assistance in this matter
