They said they see no errors. But I was giving an online banking page that is supposed to be accurate and that I can rely on. And on May 1st, it said that I had $21.91 available and so I transferred that back to my other account with them because I knew my sister was putting the money she owed me into my account. And by 11:36pm, it shows that that was in there and that my account was good. Then on the 3rd, things are switched to look like I only had $3 and something cents in my account and that they just let me transfer an extra $18 something dollars that I didn't have into my other account. And they wouldn't do that. If the $21.91 wasn't available, I wouldn't have been able to transfer it. So if they look at the pictures, they'll see I'm not making this up. Thanks for your help.

[I was told that my account would be straightened out regardless of where Citizen's process(es) came off the track.  Apparently that is not occurring and I am having to wait out their 'investigation' results.  They have admitted to receiving and depositing my check, even though their own employees approved the amount paid.  2 days ago the only thing we were waiting for was for them to be able to stop payment on the check they supposedly sent me on 12/15 to which I have never received.  IT'S THEIR OWN CHECK AND IT HAS BEEN VERIFIED THAT IT HAS NOT BEEN CASHED!!!!  The stall tactics and refusal to accept the original payment is totally contrary to resolving this issue.  I may be forced to speak to a mortgage attorney if this is not resolved immediately.

This is getting ridiculous. It has been over six weeks since this complaint was filed, and the business has done NOTHING to communicate with me or rectify the problem. I am incurring fees in their account as I had automatic bills set up. This needs to be taken care of and Citizens Bank needs to contact me. Regards,

[Citizens Bank spoke with me; then their Marketing Department; and left me a voice message that they will NOT give me the bonus.  Their marketing continues to be deceptive and there is no clear process or guidance on how to meet their requirements for the bonus.

It is unacceptable that this is taking so long to fix. It takes 30 seconds for them to ruin your credit report, but over 30 days for the to fix it.
