Good Afternoon, We would like to provide more information regarding Case #[redacted] for [redacted], a complaint currently being reported as “Closed as Unresolved”.  On February 2, 2017, we notified the Revdex.com we would be providing a detailed resolution to Mr. [redacted] by way of letter.   On February 3, 2017 the Revdex.com closed this complaint as unresolved.  A detailed response letter with enclosures has been provided to Mr. [redacted] via mail on February 7, 2017. Although this may not be the outcome Mr. [redacted] had hoped for, we have fully addressed our customers concerns and request this complaint status be updated accordingly. Please let me know if you need any further details. Thank you for your assistance with this matter,[redacted]Office of the ChairmanCitizens Bank

We attempted to contact Ms. [redacted] via phone regarding her original complaint on March 9 and March 11, 2016. We left detailed messages providing contact information for the Office of the Chairman advocate handling this customer issue.  Since we were unable to speak with Ms. [redacted] directly concerning her issue, an additional information request letter was mailed on March 15, 2016 providing contact information along with a self addressed return envelope for ease of responding.  (This letter was mailed to the address provided by Ms. [redacted] in her Revdex.com complaint). On March 25, 2016, Ms. [redacted] submitted a rebuttal complaint to the Revdex.com stating she had left several messages and had not heard from anyone.We again reached out to Ms. [redacted] via phone leaving detailed messages on March 29 and March 31, 2016.On April 1st  we notified the Revdex.com we were still researching this complaint and would be responding to Ms. [redacted] via mail once our research was completed. The Revdex.com closed this complaint as unresolved on April 12, 2016.  Our response is in the final stages of approval.  We will be providing a detailed resolution letter to Ms. [redacted] shortly.

[If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.] since I made the complaint I have been hearing the same thing that they will get back to me. it seems like they are just buying time. it's been over a month now and by now I expect something substantial not "we're reviewing it please get back to me with a resolution. I was lied to  and this needs to be resolve as soon as possible I was told by the loan officer that my interest would not be higher than 3.75 and It was suppose to be lower after I open an account with Citizens I fulfilled the request and open the accountyet I end up going to closing with an interest of 4% and my account was closed by the bank and they refused to tell me why so I need to know why the account was closed and I need my interest adjusted there has been more than enough time to resolve this matter  Thank you, [redacted]
