the company has done nothing to fix this issue and what they have done is not close to what they made my account go I've been in a severe ripple effect because of this company and it's their fault

There is nothing in this response that addresses any of the open ended concerns, violations, regulatory impacts, burden of signed proof and agreements of their allegations, the bank failing to provide notice of fraudulent instruments being cashed until YEARS later; failure to comply with investigation of fraud; SEVERAL violations of the TCPA Act, my express written consent giving permissible use to autodial my cell phone, appropriate handling and reporting of my CBRs against my FDCPA rights amongst a list of other violations and practices inclusive of erroneous charges for a debt that cannot be substantiated that I agreed to pay.

A bank representative spoke to Ms. [redacted] on June 26, 2015 via telephone call and learned of her dissatisfaction with our initial resolution.  After further review of our customer’s concerns, a second response letter with check enclosure was mailed to our customer also on June 26th, to fully resolve their issue.  This complaint was closed by the Revdex.com  as unresolved and removed from the active portal on 7/2/15.  We would like to have the status of this complaint updated with the following information:   Customer issue resolved via mailed response on June 26, 2015.Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns with this update request.
