Some how I have four charges that we have been able to verify on my account pertaining to [redacted] charges that [redacted] has no record of. Where did those charges come from? Did any of those charges cause a domino effect of over draft charges? Balance fluctuation after the two deposits on 21JUN15 at Brnch location Ann Arbor, MI.?

 I am emailing you because the link for my complaint is no longer valid. At this time my complaint has not yet been resolved and [redacted] from citizens one has not called me back after at least 5 voicemails to her.I have also left 5 messages for [redacted] and have had one returned phone call from some random person at citizens one who did not know anything about my issue.I want to escalate this up as high as I can go because at this point it's getting ridiculous. I have been advised several times my issue has been corrected, it has not.  The last time I spoke to [redacted], who was the responder after my Revdex.com complaint, I told her that supposedly the issue was resolved but that I would have to wait until the end of April to know for sure. At that time she advised me that she would set up a reminder to call me to ensure my issue was resolved, she did not.After I was double billed again at the end of April I received an email that my refund was processed and I should expect the money in my account within 5 business days.  Another thing that did not happen. The woman who contacted me last advised that there was a glitch in the system that prevented me from getting that refund. This was a week ago and still no response as to what's going on. I advised her during our conversation that I would like to have that loan taken off of automatic payment she said "I'll look into it."  Your guess is as good as mine what that means and if that will actually get done.It seems that citizens one has had alleged glitch after glitch with no explanation why or when a resolution will come. I want action on this immediately. It's sad that in the computer age a banking institution is unable to correct glitches or banking errors in a timely fashion.I am sick and tired of dealing with this matter and the incompetent employees that work at citizens one.Thanks[redacted]

[I have reached out to multiple agencies to report this activity that citizens is doing to their customers as of today my account STILL does not reflect that the balance was EVER negative  But according to citizens your not supposed to view or go by what is showing on line or on their app.  Once they supposedly send their response by mail or call I will update this complaint]

Good Morning, We would like to provide more information regarding Case #[redacted] for [redacted], a complaint currently being reported as “Closed as Unresolved”.  On August 16, 2017 we received a rebuttal communication from Ms. [redacted] in response to our status update stating we were still researching her concerns and would be providing a detailed resolution by way of telephone or letter once our research was completed.   On August 24, 2017 we provided a second status update to which Ms. [redacted] communicated a second rebuttal complaint. A detailed response letter has been provided to our customer via mail on October 3, 2017. I have been unable to reach the Bank as they have given me only a generalcustomer service number.I have received no contact from the Bank and have asked that they send mea letter certifying that they have removed my social security number fromtheir files.  I have heard nothing.This matter is in no way resolved.

 I responded after this recorded telephone conversation per the Office of the Chairman request attachedGood Morning [redacted];Per your request here is the printed documentation that was originated from the [redacted] on 1.6.17 by [redacted].  All of this information you requested on the recorded conversation on 2.13.17 @ 4:48pm EST. We are looking for a full refund of allocated funds that was being taken out of [redacted]’s Bank account entitled “overdraft line payment” and applied erroneously on a fraudulent check written.  The amount of $49.85 per month was being taken out of her Simple Checking account and applied  for 110 months totaling $5483.50 as the records your branch printed indicate.  We are requesting full refund. We are also requesting the dispute be finalized to reflect Fraud on all three Credit Reporting Bureau reports; as this has dragged her score down for years without resolve causing her credit rating to be tarnished infringing upon her rights.  Your direct negligence of appropriate handling of this matter due to her being a victim of fraud has caused immeasurable impacts and wrongful damage inclusive of higher interest loans, loan denials, loss of credit capacity, aggravation, loss of credit reputation and increased out of pocket expenses to resolve with Citizens bank.  Your improper handling of this fraud/ identity theft issue needs to be removed from all three credit reports to consider this impact as problem mitigated no civil lawsuit necessary once you take appropriate action and diligence to handle this dispute/ fraud check.  If not you leave us no choice but to purse legal counsel. As indicated on the recorded conversation we had yesterday, I have researched the Routing and Account number from the back of the check that was stolen and fraudulently cashed with [redacted]’s Federal Reserve Bank based out of [redacted]  We are willing to cooperate to pursue fraud charges against this institution and this individual to the fullest extent of the law.  [redacted] is willing to commit to a fraud affidavit to assist Citizens bank in recouping their loss, however we vehemently deny responsibility. Please advise on a timeline of when the Office of the Chairman will get back to [redacted] and I so that we can pursue protection legally if needed.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].  This response is not sufficient, I received a call from a Citizens Bank representative on 2/1/17 from [redacted] from the Office of the Chairman, tel [redacted] in the morning.  She stated she would call the local branch I have been in contact with to investigate my claim of Fraud as well as any backup documentation they printed for me.  She also stated that the collection calls will cease.  However, on 2/2/17 in the morning, I received an autodialer call from the collection department even after several requests to cease the harassment and even after [redacted]'s promise to get these harassing calls to stop.   My rights are being violated and there are civil penalties that are now recorded on my cell phone to back up the harassment that was supposed to stop.  Perhaps a lawsuit will stop the calls at this point?  I thought they would oblige after I escalated this all the way up to the Office of the Chairman, but apparently they do not follow the laws of the CFPB.  I have never gotten any response in writing that I requested on 3 separate occasions and got absolutely no results to get my money back that they were taking out of my checking account for a fraudulent check written from my account causing an overdraft which is the root of the problem that the branch provided the proof of the front and back of the check, however they seem to be doing no justice with protecting my rights to pursue fraud.  I want results, I want the response in writing, I want my money back that they were taking to pay themselves back for cashing a stolen check and I want the collection calls to stop.  I want them to follow the law, I want my credit report to be updated and I want them to oblige otherwise I have no other recourse but to take legal action since I have tried every other amicable way to resolve this on several occasions with zero help from those acting on behalf of Citizens bank.  Shame on you for harassing your customers all the way to push them to the limit to file Civil Lawsuits....unfortunate you will not do the right thing required by Federal Regulations.
