I have received not response from them.  I have left 5 voice mails for the [redacted] and have not receive any response from her.

I have not received any correspondence from [redacted] or Citizens Bank as I was promised. I instructed any correspondence to be sent to [redacted] and the letter was notarized and sent to citizens bank. I have not received anything to date. When I attempted to contact the bank a customer service rep said there was no phone number for HQ. I used a phone number found on the Revdex.com website but was never connected to a customer service rep.

They told me on July 3, 2015 that I will receive a letter in mail, and that my loan was under review for on-time closing guarantee and someone would follow up with me on that. As of 07/23/2015 I haven't received a letter and nobody followed up on the on-time closing guarantee. I called and left a message to the Office of the Chairman regarding this on 07/20/2015, no one returned my call.

 I received the attached letter from Citizens One on 10/24/16.  I would like to respond to specific items that were discussed in the letter.  1) I NEVER RECEIVED a denial letter from Citizens One.  They state they sent out this letter on 10/1/16.  The only reason I found out that my application was denied is because they sent an email on 10/1 asking me for more information regarding my student loan statements.  I don't know where this letter went, but I never received ANY COMMUNICATION. 2) Communication - On 10/1, Citizen's One sent me an email telling me that I needed to give them actual statements from my student loans.  I responded on 10/2 telling them that I don't get monthly statements, so if they could please advise me as to what I need to do instead.  NO RESPONSE.  What kind of a business just DOESN'T RESPOND to someone who is trying to give them business???  A simply email response saying that they couldn't give me any information and I would receive a letter in the mail, or something along those lines would have sufficed.  I also sent the attached email on 10/4 because I still hadn't heard anything from Citizen's One.  They claim they never received any more emails from me.  Again, please see attached.  And yet again, no response.  At this time I reported them to the Revdex.com and only THEN did I get a response from the Office of the Chairman. 3) If my denial was only due to my debt to income ratio, then WHY didn't I receive communication regarding the fact that if I had extra income, I could report that and my application would be reviewed again.  Or if I had a co-signer added to my application, it would be reviewed.  No, I simply received a denial with no further communication.  I do have extra income that I could report as well as having my husband be a co-signer on the loan, but no one from Citizens One has even told me about other options. I am simply trying to consolidate my federal student loans to get a LOWER INTEREST RATE.  I am not trying to take out more debt; I have enough student loan debt as it is.  I do have more income that I could report and I also could have my husband as a co-signer, but was never given an opportunity to.  The fact that Citizens One couldn't even give me the courtesy of a simply email communication when I asked questions or a phone call is amazing to me.  It is obvious that there is lack of customer service skills and unfortunately I had to experience that first hand.

I was at work in a meeting. I told the representative that I could not talk. I really don't have anything to say to [redacted] at this time. I've called their several times and I get the runaround. All I want [redacted] to do is two things: apologize for using the term "dispute" on my credit report and remove the word "dispute" from my credit report. That one word is causing me serious credit problems. I need them to remove the word dispute. This is so unprofessional. I should not have to go through this. JUST REMOVE THE DERROGATORY INFORMATION OFF MY CREDIT REPORT....PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't feel they did anything to help me recipe some of money.  They say they can't give me any money back.  I know it is an offset however I have read up on this matter and the bank is not allowed to take me below 1000.00 .  clearly they left me with no money to live off of.
