I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
My matter was not fully resolved. We spoke and talked over options that are not feasible for an individual working a normal job. Citizen's One will continue not to pay the principal down when given an electronic transfer from an outside bank due to system inadequacies.  I was asked to setup a bank account with them.   Unless I call each time an electronic transfer is made, go directly to a branch every time I wish to pay down principal or setup a bank account with them, they are unable to process my payment on principal as I requested.  We did not discuss the time table from the moment the money was delivered to when my principal was credited.  The time between the actual payment and the time the principal was applied matters.  The bank should not profit off of their poor systems. My lone transaction may be small, but over the multitude of transactions that occur, what is the cost to the general public? Why should a call be made every other week? Is my time not as valuable?  Should a second account have to be opened in order for a business to process additional payments? These are unreasonable requests.  I am very disappointed with the results of our conversation.

Please add your rejection comments below.Citizens Bank is 100 percent at fault here as the submit evidence will prove.  They lied to me and said they did not have my check.  So I stopped payment on it and issued a new check.  Then they tried to cash the check they claimed to not have.  The evidence here is black and white.  Plain and simple they lied.  They owe me the $15.00 for canceling the check.  I never would have canceled the check had they not told me they did not have it, so they are totally and completely to blame in this fiasco...Citizens Bank needs to stop cheating their customers and own up to their mistakes.  I refuse to be victimized by their dishonest business practices.

Revdex.com:I spoke with Citizens Bank on August 22, 2017.  I fully explained the situation.  Said that they cannot change this policy at the moment but would explain the issue to upper management with my recommendation.  At least they responded.

A purchase and a deposit both went through on 5/23/2016. Even though my account was in the positive, Citizens Bank decided to give me an overdraft charge because the mobile deposit couldn't go through until the next business day. Both the charge and the deposit were made the previous weekend and both would not be going through until the next business day, which was Monday, May 23rd. Now my account is in the negative because of Citizens Bank.  I would like a refund of $35 from the overdraft charge, as well as the daily charges that are bound to come through since Citizens Bank put my account in the negative.
