I have received several calls.  The Office of the Chairman has asked me to send the fax confirmation of when I sent the Automatic draft payment in which I sent today.  They are not giving me details on if they plan on refunding me the late charges or if they will send letters to the credit bureaus to repair my credit that was unduly damaged.  I would prefer to keep this complaint open until I receive confirmation that my credit is restored and my late fees have been reimbursed.  I plan on pursuing this even to the point of implementing an attorney to this case.

 The rebates we received were due to errors by Citizen's Financial Group and were not due to consumer error. I do not accept Citizen's Financial Groups response. A bank should be accountable for their errors and should acknowledge them as such. A bank should rebate a consumer when they make an error. I provide proof of this error that this was deliberately done to make a profit. My complaint is not resolved.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Now 105 days since I first noticed my loan had been completely altered, not in my favor, and Citizens response to this complaint is to not fix anything but further delay a resolution.  No I do not accept the response and behalf of all your customers demand an answer and deserve more respect as a customer than this.  Consumers beware
