I'm Rejecting this because what and how the [redacted] do I suppose to read what they are saying when you didn't even send any type of link where I can see and read for what that company is trying to SAY????????????

 i have made a settlement with the representative of this company a collection agency called [redacted] on 6/22/2015. since then I have been paying them as I agreed. just week a go I have received a letter from different collection company called [redacted] outsourcing inc with outrageous balance. I have tried to resolve this with the collection agencies and no luck.

I do not know why you are closing this file when this matter has not been resolved. I am still waiting for a response from Citizens Bank. There is still the matter of correcting the derogatory information filed by Citizens Bank on my credit reports and the length of time it is taking to have it removed.

So as a follow-up to a previous complaint I had filed, I will post my experience in-store with a sales rep because the first complaint was from a phone call. On March 31st, I went into the [redacted] branch of Citizens Bank right when it opened at 9 am. Service was quick and within ten minutes I was...

out. The representative I spoke with, [redacted], is exceptionally friendly and nice and tried to help as much as he could in his power. Unfortunately, what he had the power to do was a joke. He submitted a rebate request for 4 separate overdraft charges because it was supposed to only go through once. And later that day, around 3pm, they called me back to tell me the request was denied. I will never bank with Citizens bank again, I will be closing my account as soon as I possibly can, Absolutely not a recommended bank to anybody, and its no surprise its' grade on this website is an F.I do not want to be contacted again.
