 Citizens Banks has NOT resolved ANYTHING.  I believe they are using some kind of stall tactic.  I want to keep this case open until something gets resolved.  I haven't gotten any answer from them in order to respond.

I spoke with Citizens Bank on the phone and we reached an agreement on how to resolve my complaint.  I was supposed to receive a final resolution letter in the mail and a check for the agreed upon amount.  I received a message from the Revdex.com confirmation that informationso I marked that I accepted it,but I did not receive the official letter or check from Citizens Bank.  I called the person with whom I spoke and left a message, but did not hear back.

I am disappointed in the Citizen's Bank group as a whole. I have banked with them for quite a long time and I feel that I am not a valued customer. I feel that the fact that I would have to spend additional monies to sue an ex spouse for a debt he created is shameful. I will never be able to collect this money that was taken from me because I am out of touch with this man and have been for almost 3 years. He will now get off free and clear of his debt that I have paid. I was a loyal customer and have always paid my own personal debts and it's a shame that empathy and understanding are not received from this company.

All I want is the $200 new customer bonus deposited in my account. I have made the prerequisite amount of deposits. This would take a simple click of a mouse, and I do not understand why they are fighting this so hard. I am simply asking for what they advertised.
