Revdex.com:Citizens did respond on monday this week only to tell me they had no answer for what I was told.  They still have not taken responsibility for there employees response while at the same time agreeing what I was told was incorrect.  This all being on a recorded call.  I was told monday from [redacted] that I would hear from her soon friday has come and gone

The second case #[redacted] for [redacted] was closed on August 21, 2015 by the Revdex.com as “Answered - the business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer remains dissatisfied”. Then, on September 2nd the Revdex.com status was changed to “Closed as Unresolved”.  We would like the status changed back to “Answered” because, although Mr. [redacted] may still not be satisfied, we did completely address his rebuttal by way of mailed letter on  August 28, 2015.

Good Morning, We would like to provide more information regarding Revdex.com complaint #[redacted] for [redacted], , a complaint currently being reported as “Closed as Unresolved”.  We mailed our response letter to Ms. [redacted] on November 15, 2016. Our resolution letter explained to Ms. [redacted] that she had already been extended courtesy rebates so she was ineligible for any additional rebates unless due to bank error. Although this was not the outcome Ms. [redacted] had hoped for we do take our customer’s concerns seriously.We feel we have fully addressed this matter and consider this issue resolved. We request to have the Revdex.com reporting status updated accordingly. Please let me know if you need any further details. Thank you for your assistance with this matter,[redacted]Office of the ChairmanCitizens Bank

[They sent me an envelope with a very long, rambling, obviously written in advance and at the ready to give people the run around when they rip them off. I have the receipts, there was no 3 overdrafts PERIOD. There was one. Instead of charging that, they manipulated the account to take 3. It's unfortunate they treat their customers like this. As soon as I opted out of overdraft protection after this event, an amazing thing happened, all my charges show up on time and in the correct order! They took almost $200 from my account this month!!!, which is clearly labeled child support by the way, it's unacceptable. If you look at their [redacted] comments, they don't have the option to rate for obvious reasons, they're ripping everyone off. I'll switch to a bank that's not deceptive, sneaky and probably criminal. ]

they called me one time on Tuesday april 19th - I couldnt pick up the phone - left me a message - Lady name [redacted]i tried to call them back on wednesday and friday but only her answering machine was on today april 25th - I callled again and I left the message - now answering machine saying that this lady is off till may 2nd so still no contact

I do not understand this delay since I have been trying to resolve since July 2016. What they did is on the contract or it is not. All I need is for them to show me where on the contract it says they are allowed to charge me what they charged me. Via the phone call from them ,I gave specific names and dates of mislead and false statements from their employees. Statements from them saying they can do what they did because its state law and also FDIC enforcement.Both statements are false, misleading and threatening on my behalf.                                                                                                                Regards,
