The company lied in their response to the Revdex.com. They are NOT currently working on trying to resolve this matter. They have been provided with all the information necessary to resolve this matter and reopen my account but refuse to do so. They have done absolutely nothing to help resolve this matter for months. ]

I decided to use Citizens Bank's mobile deposit feature to move money into my checking account from another bank, as I had made purchases via [redacted] and wanted to cover the amounts I was charged. As per Citizens Bank's website, customers are able to "conveniently use [their] mobile device to deposit a check from virtually anywhere" and "deposits by 10 pm ET count as same business day". However, this was not the case as I received two overdraft charges for $35 a piece on 12/31/15. A deposit was made on 12/28/15, money was taken out of my account on 12/29/15, then a deposit and withdrawal took place on 12/30/15. At no point was my account in the negative, as my personal record was in the positive and my online banking shows everything in the positive. Please refund these overdraft charges immediately. Please refund $70 (two overdraft charges).

Charter one/Citizen bank has requested a contact and received my number but has not followed up contacting.   Under duress, I have sent the $200 to prevent the lien process.  I still expect Charter One to put a lien on my property due to technicality reasons.    At this point I have not received a response from Charter and do not expect one.  They are not a local business, they are not from our community,  they do not from here,  they have no reason to reason because they have good lawyers writing contracts to benefit their bottom line.   The best they can do is say "Sorry" and yes they are a  Sorry bunch.
